Description

Patentkrav: 1. Konserveringsmiddel omfattende en vandig opløsning af C1-C3 carboxylsyrer i blanding med deres salte, kendetegnet ved,at opløsningen omfatter 20-80 vægt-% CVC3 carboxylsyrer i blanding med deres salte, 0,01-2 vægt-% antioxidant, der er et gallat stabiliseret med 0,01-2 vægt-% korrosionshæmmer, der er ascorbinsyre. 2. Konserveringsmiddel ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved,at indholdet af gallat er 0,25-1,5 vægt-%, og indholdet af ascorbinsyre er 0,25-1,5 vægt-%. 3. Konserveringsmiddel ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at gallatet er propylgallat. 4. Produkt ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at carboxylsyrerne er myresyre og/eller eddikesyre og/eller mælkesyre. 5. Produkt ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at kationen er kalium. 6. Produkt ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at mindst 50 mol-% af carboxylsyrerne er på udissocieret form.
