Claims (19)
1. Bestrålingsindretning til indføring i en åbning i kroppen på en menneskepatient for at tilvejebringe fotodynamisk terapi, hvilken åbning er hunkønsreproduktionskanalen eller rektum, indretningen omfatter: et hus (1, 21, 31, 51, 61, 71) tilpasset til at blive helt indført og fastgjort i åbningen af huset (1,21,31,51,61,71) omfattende et LED-lampesystem (5, 25, 35, 45, 54, 62, 72) og en energikilde (41, 68, 78) til energiforsyne LED-lampesystemet (5, 25, 35, 45, 54, 62, 72) og huset (1, 21, 31, 51, 61, 71) omfattende en behandlingsflade (2, 22, 32, 63, 73) med LED-systemet indrettet til at, når indretningen er i drift, udsende lys fra behandlingsfladen (2, 22, 32, 63, 73), hvor behandlingsfladen (2, 22, 32, 63, 73) er mindst delvist transparent for lyset og hvor indretningen er uafhængigt drivbar mens den er anbragt i åbningen; hvor behandlingsfladen har en størrelse og/eller form egnet til komplementær pasning med et behandlingsområde inde i åbningen sådan at, når indretningen er i drift, belyses behandlingsområdet af dette lys, kendetegnet ved at huset har en fleksibel yderdel der kan justere sin form til at danne en sikker pasning med vægge af åbningen og LED-systemet er indrettet til at udsende lys ved en lysintensitet i området på 1-50 mW/cm2.
2. Indretning ifølge krav 1, hvor et transparent materiale anvendes til at danne både huset (1, 21, 31, 51, 61, 71) omsluttende LED-lampesystemet (5, 25, 35,45, 54, 62, 72) og behandlingsfladen (2, 22, 32, 63, 73), og materialet virker som en diffuser for lyset udsendt fra LED-lampesystemet (5, 25, 35, 45, 54, 62, 72).
3. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav hvor LED-lampesystemet (5, 25, 35, 45, 54, 62, 72) er indrettet til, når indretningen er i drift, at udsende lys ved en lysintensitet i området på 1 to 10 mW/cm2.
4. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav hvor LED-lampesystemet (5, 25, 35, 45, 54, 62, 72) udsender lys med bølgelængder i området på 300-800 nm, fortrinsvis i området på 630-690 nm.
5. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, yderligere omfattende et lægemiddelbærende område til at bære en sammensætning omfattende en fotosensibilisator eller prekursor af en fotosensibilisator

7. Indretning ifølge krav 5 og 6 og bærende en sammensætning i det lægemiddelbærende område, hvor sammensætningen omfatter 5-ALA eller et derivat af 5-ALA eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf.

Indretning ifølge krav 7, hvor sammensætningen omfatter en 5-ALA-ester eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf, fortrinsvis en 5-ALA-ester der er en forbindelse med formel (I) eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf: R^N-CHzCOHz-CHzCO-OR1 hvor R1 er ligekædet Ci-Cealkyl og begge R2 betegner hydrogen.
9. Indretning ifølge krav 8, hvor ALA-esteren er 5-ALA-hexylester eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf.
10. Indretning ifølge kravene 5 til 9, hvor sammensætningen er er en halv-fast eller fast sammensætning.
11. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor indretningen omfatter ét eller flere træk der fremmer enkelt-anvendelse og/eller forhindrer gentagen anvendelse.
12. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor LED-lampesystemet (5, 25, 35, 45, 54, 62, 72) af indretningen er indrettet til frembringe en lysdosis på 10 til 200 J/cm2.
13. Kit omfattende bestrålingsindretningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6 og mindst én sammensætning omfattende en fotosensibilisator eller prekursor af en fotosensibilisator til anvendelse med indretningen.
14. Kit ifølge krav 13, hvor sammensætningen omfatter 5-ALA eller et derivat af 5-ALA eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf.
15. Kit ifølge krav 14, hvor sammensætningen omfatter en 5-ALA-ester eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf, fortrinsvis en 5-ALA-ester der er forbindelse med formel (I) eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf: R^N-CHzCOHz-CHzCO-OR1 hvor R1 er ligekædet Ci-Ce alkyl og begge R2 betegner hydrogen.
16. Kit ifølge krav 15, hvor ALA-esteren er 5-ALA-hexylester eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf.
17. Kit ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 13 til 16, hvor sammensætningen er er en halv-fast eller fast sammensætning.
18. Kit ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 13 til 17 til anvendelse i fotodynamisk terapi af skeden eller livmoderhalsen.
19. Kit ifølge krav 18 til anvendelse i fotodynamisk terapi af livmoderhalsen, fortrinsvis til anvendelse i fotodynamisk terapi af servikal cancer og servikale sygdomme, læsioner eller tilstande.
