3. Mutant interleukin-2-polypeptid ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor aminosyremutationen ved positionen svarende til resten 72 af humant IL-2 er aminosyresubstitutionen L72G.

7. Mutant interleukin-2-polypeptid ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, yderligere omfattende en aminosyremutation der eliminerer 0-glycosyleringsstedet af IL-2 ved en position svarende til resten 3 af humant IL-2.
8. Mutant interleukin-2-polypeptid ifølge krav 7, hvor aminosyremutationen der eliminerer O-glycosyleringsstedet af IL-2 ved en position svarende til resten 3 af humant IL-2 er en aminosyresubstitution valgt fra gruppen af T3A, T3G, T3Q, T3E, T3N, T3D, T3R, T3K, og T3P.
9. Mutant interleukin-2-polypeptid ifølge krav 7 eller 8, hvor aminosyremutationen der eliminerer O-glycosyleringsstedet af IL-2 ved en position svarende til resten 3 af humant IL-2 er aminosyresubstitutionen T3A.
10. Mutant interleukin-2-polypeptid ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, hvor mutant IL-2-polypeptidet er et humant IL-2-molekyle.

21. Farmaceutisk sammensætning omfattende mutant IL-2-polypeptid eller immunokonjugat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 17 og en farmaceutisk acceptabel bærer.
22. Mutant IL-2-polypeptid eller immunokonjugat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 17 til anvendelse i behandlingen af en sygdom i et individ med behov derfor.
23. Mutant IL-2-polypeptid eller immunokonjugat ifølge krav 22 til anvendelse i behandlingen af en sygdom, hvor sygdommen er cancer.
