Claims (10)
1. Fremgangsmåde til at dele et endestykke af et arbejdsemne i længderetningen i forhold til arbejdsemnet, hvor arbejdsemnet er en metalplade (1), som har en hvilken som helst af en rektangulær, polygonal eller ellipseformet form, eller en metalstang (2), der har et tværsnit med en hvilken som helst af en cirkelformet, ellipseformet, rektangulær eller polygonal form, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter de følgende trin at fastgøre arbejdsemnet sikkert ved at sammentrykke begge sider af metalpladen (1) eller mindst to over for hinanden liggende dele ved metalstangens (2) omkreds med en klemmeindretning (3); at dele arbejdsemnet i længderetningen, ved at presse en langsnitsstansemaskine (4) eller en spaltningsstansemaskine (5) mod fladen af en ende af arbejdsemnet; at føre delingen af arbejdsemnet videre ved at anvende den proces, hvor lang-snitstansemaskinen (4) eller spaltningsstansemaskinen (5) presses mod delingsspalten en ekstra gang eller gentagne to eller flere gange, indtil en delingslængde når et specificeret omfang, kendetegnet ved, at, mellem hver pressedelingsproces, positionen af mindst en side af klemmeindretningen (3), som sammentrykker begge sider af arbejdsemnet, bevæges i forhold til arbejdsemnet med et langsgående slag, der svarer til afstanden fra positionen af delingsspalten, til næsten den samme position som den distale ende af en del, der ønskes delt.
2. Fremgangsmåde til delvist at dele en del af et endestykke af et arbejdsemne i længderetningen i forhold til arbejdsemnet, hvor arbejdsemnet er en metalplade (1), som har en hvilken som helst af en rektangulær, polygonal eller ellipseformet form, eller en del af en metalstang (2), der har et tværsnit med en hvilken som helst af en cirkelformet, ellipseformet, rektangulær eller polygonal form, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter de følgende trin at danne en ønsket skæreplanslængde (10) i metalpladens (2) tykkelsesretning (1), eller i metalstangens (2) diameterretning (2); at anvende en langsnitsstansemaskine (4) eller en spaltningsstansemaskine (5) på tværsnittet af den ende af metalpladen (1), der ønskes delt, eller metalstangen (2), ved en omkreds dannet af skæreplanet (10); at fastgøre arbejdsemnet sikkert ved at sammentrykke begge sider af en del af metalpladen (1), der ønskes delt, eller mindst to over for hinanden liggende dele ved en del af omkredsen af en del af metalstangen (2), der ønskes delt, med en klemmeindretning (3); at dele arbejdsemnet delvist i længderetningen, ved at presse en langsnitsstansemaskine (4) eller en spaltningsstansemaskine (5) mod fladen af en ende af arbejdsemnet; at føre delingen af arbejdsemnet videre ved at anvende den proces, hvor lang-snitstansemaskinen (4) eller spaltningsstansemaskinen (5) presses mod den spalten af den delvise delings en ekstra gang eller gentagne to eller flere gange, indtil en delingslængde når et specificeret omfang, kendetegnet ved, at, mellem hver pressedelingsproces, positionen af mindst en side af klemmeindretningen (3), som sammentrykker begge sider af arbejdsemnet, bevæges i forhold til arbejdsemnet med et langsgående slag, der varer til afstanden fra positionen af delingsspalten, til næsten den samme position som den distale ende af en del, der ønskes delt; og arbejdsemnet deles derved delvist i længderetningen langs med skæreplanet (10).
3. Fremgangsmåde til at dele et endestykke af arbejdsemnet ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor en justering i positioneringen for at bestemme delingsdetaljer udføres ved at bevæge enten klemmeindretningen (3) på mindst en side af klemmeindret-ningerne eller arbejdsemnet, således at en ende af klemmeindretningen (3) på mindst en side af klemmeindretningerne vil komme til næsten den samme position af den distale ende af den del, der ønskes delt, fra en ende af arbejdsemnet.
4. Fremgangsmåde til at dele et endestykke af arbejdsemnet, ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, hvor pressedelingen udføres ved at presse langsnitsstansemaskinen (4) eller spaltningsstansemaskinen (5) mod fladen af en ende af arbejdsemnet, og mod delingsspalten, at gentage processer med at fastgøre arbejdsemnet sikkert ved at anvende klemmeindretningen (3) efter at have bevæget enten klemme-indretningen (3) på mindst en side af arbejdsemnets klemmeindretninger, ved hjælp af et specificeret slag i en retning.
5. Fremgangsmåde til at dele et endestykke af arbejdsemnet, ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, hvor et notindsnit (8) eller en kærvlinje (9) udføres på forhånd på mindst et af stederne i en omkredsdel af arbejdsemnet, hvor stederne er et sted, hvor langsnitsstansemaskinen (4) eller spaltningsstansemaskinen (5) anvendes, og et sted på arbejdsemnets omkreds, som svarer til den del af arbejdsemnet, der ønskes delt.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en T-figur-formet metaldel (15), hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter: at dele en ende af et arbejdsemne ved hjælp af fremgangsmåden defineret i et af kravene 1 til 5, at folde kantdelen af en side eller begge sider i delingsenden af arbejdsemnet, ind mod midten; og at gennemgå en presseformning eller krympning, således at den således foldede del er flad.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en metaldel, der skal anvendes som en metalbase (17) af en lufttæt beholder hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter: at dele en kantdel af omkredsen af en metalplade ved hjælp af fremgangsmåden defineret i et af kravene 1 til 5; at forme kantdelen (18) til en L-figur-form; derved at forme en en forhøjet rand, der skal anvendes til at blive samlet eller forbundet med en afdækning (16) fremstillet af metal eller harpiks ved metalpladens (1) omkreds; og at fremstille afdækningen (16) på metalbasen (17) ved hjælp af en hvilken som helst fremgangsmåde af en presseformning, svejsning, lodning og limning.
8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en metaldel, der har et antikorrosions-dæklag på en delingsflade af et arbejdsemne, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter: at dele en ende af et arbejdsemne ved hjælp af fremgangsmåden defineret i et af kravene 1 til 5; og at forme antikorrosionsdæklaget i det mindste på delingsfladen deraf ved hjælp af en hvilken som helst fremgangsmåde af metallisk coating, organisk coating, uorganisk coating eller kemisk omdannelsescoating.
9. Fremgangsmåde til sammenføjning af metaldele, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter: at dele en ende af et arbejdsemne ved hjælp af fremgangsmåden defineret i et af kravene 1 til 5; og at indsætte en anden metalplade (20) mellem delingsenderne af arbejdsemnet; og at sammenføje begge metallerne indbyrdes ved hjælp af en hvilken som helst fremgangsmåde af presning, svejsning, lodning, boltning, nitning eller limning.
10. Fremgangsmåde til sammenføjning af metaldele defineret i krav 9, hvor sammenføjningen af delingsmetalpladen (1), eller metalstangen (2), og en anden metalplade (20) er en sammenføjning mellem metaller, der ikke ligner hinanden.
