Abstract

La invención actual se refiere a derivados de fenilalanina los cuales son inhibidores de la enzima dipeptidilpeptidasa-IV ("inhibidores de DP-IV") y los cuales son útiles en el tratamiento o prevención de enfermedades en las cuales está implicada la enzima dipeptidilpeptidasa-IV, tal como diabetes y en particular diabetes de tipo 2.
