Abstract

Den foreliggende oppfinnelse er rettet mot fenylalaninderivater som er inhibitorer for dipeptidylpeptidase-IVenzymet ("DP-IV-inhibitorer") og som er anvendbare ved behandlingen eller profylaksen av sykdommer hvor dipeptidylpeptidase-IV-enzymet er involvert, slik som sukkersyke og særlig sukkersyke av type 2. oppfinnelsen er også rettet mot farmasøytiske preparater som omfatter disse forbindelsene, og anvendelsen av disse forbindelsene og preparatene ved profylaksen eller behandlingen av slike sykdommer hvor dipeptidylpeptidase-IVenzymet er involvert.
