Abstract

Dérivés de phénylalanine comme inhibiteurs de la dipeptidyl-peptidase pour le traitement ou la prévention du diabète La présente invention concerne des dérivés de phénylalanine qui sont des inhibiteurs de l'enzyme dipeptidyl-peptidase-IV (?? inhibiteurs de la DP-IV ”) et qui sont utiles dans le traitement ou la prévention de maladies dans lesquelles l'enzyme dipeptidyl-peptidase-IV est impliquée, telles que le diabète et en particulier le diabète type 2. L'invention concerne aussi des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant ces composés et l'usage de ces composés et compositions dans la prévention ou le traitement de telles maladies dans lesquelles l'enzyme dipeptidyl-peptidase-IV enzyme est impliquée.
