Abstract
La invención proporciona una composición líquida y una composición liofilizada que comprende una cantidad efectiva terapéuticamente de un conjugado que comprende un anticuerpo acoplado químicamente a un maytansinoide. La invención proporciona adicionalmente un método para destruir una célula en un humano que comprende administrar al humano cualquiera de las composiciones de modo que el anticuerpo enlace a la superficie de la célula y es activada la citotoxicidad del maytansinoide, con lo cual es destruida la célula.
