Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a alquil-estra-1,3,5(10)-trienos 8 -vinil-11ß-( -sustituidos) de la fórmula general I con actividad antagonista de ERß, a procedimientos para su preparación, a sus productos intermediarios, a preparados farmacéuticos que contienen los compuestos según la invención, así como a su uso para preparar medicamentos. Los nuevos compuestos pueden aplicarse para la anticoncepción en el hombre y en la mujer, sin que afecten otros órganos sensibles a los estrógenos, tales como el útero o el hígado. También son apropiados para el tratamiento de enfermedades proliferativas benignas o malignas del ovario como carcinomas de ovario y tumores de células granulosas.
