Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un mousse estable al almacenamiento que comprende una emulsión aireada de aceite-en-agua en la cual el mousse tiene un módulo de almacenamiento de 20ºC de menos de 50,000 Pa. La invención también proporciona un procedimiento para preparar dicho mousse.
