Abstract

Se proporcionan análogos de incretina que tienen actividad en cada uno de los receptores de GIP, GLP-1 y glucagón. Los análogos de incretina tienen características estructurales que dan como resultado una actividad equilibrada y una duración de acción extendida en cada uno de estos receptores.
