Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a unas envolturas de celulosa, ya sean reforzadas o no, capaces de transferir color al producto embutido en ellas. Estas envolturas contienen un colorante alimentario transferible al embutido durante su procesamiento. La presente invención también se refiere al método de obtención de la envoltura y al producto embutido en dicha envoltura.
