Abstract
La presente invenci?n cubre compuestos de furoindazol de f?rmula general (I): (conforme a gr?fico constante en la memoria t?cnica) (I) en la cual R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7a y R7b son como se define en la presente, m?todos para preparar dichos compuestos, compuestos intermediarios ?tiles para preparar dichos compuestos, composiciones farmac?uticas que comprenden dichos compuestos y el uso de dichos compuestos para elaborar composiciones farmac?uticas para el tratamiento o la profilaxis de enfermedades, en particular de enfermedades autoinmunes tales como esclerosis m?ltiple, psoriasis, artritis psori?sica, artritis reumatoidea, espondilitis anquilosante, lupus eritematoso sist?mico, uve?tis autoinmune primaria y secundaria, trastornos inflamatorios como endometriosis, enfermedades oculares inflamatorias, enfermedades renales inflamatorias, enfermedades hep?ticas inflamatorias como enfermedades hep?ticas no alcoh?licas, alcoh?licas y de h?gado graso t?xicas, enfermedades pulmonares como asma, fibrosis pulmonar idiop?tica, enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva cr?nica, y trastornos metab?licos y metab?lico?endocrinos como s?ndrome metab?lico, resistencia a la insulina, diabetes mellitus tipo I y tipo II, y trastornos de s?ndrome de ovario poliqu?stico (PCOS), trastornos de dolor neurop?tico e inflamatorio en humanos y animales.
