Abstract

Un procédé de fabrication de tuiles de toiture consiste à introduire le matériau formant les tuiles dans une trémie (1) en permettant la décharge successive sur une série de palettes mobiles consécutives (8) formant un ruban de base (11) qui est découpé en tuiles individuelles (12). Un ou plusieurs pigments de coloration du corps sont ajoutés au matériau avant son introduction dans la trémie (1), par exemple dans un convoyeur à vis sans fin (2) conduisant à la trémie, et on ajoute un ou plusieurs pigments secondaires de coloration au matériau dans la trémie (1) de manière à obtenir des tuiles présentant des rayures en surface.

Claims (10)

1. Procédé pour la fabrication de tuiles (12) de toit en béton, dans lequel un pigment coloré est ajouté à une quantité de mortier formant la substance principale de la tuile et mélangé à celui-ci, la quantité de mortier est introduite dans une trémie (1), un matériau secondaire est ajouté à la quantité de mortier dans la trémie, le matériau secondaire comprenant un second pigment coloré dont la couleur est différente de celle du premier pigment coloré, la quantité de mortier et le matériau secondaire sont partiellement mélangés dans la trémie de façon à fournir une masse de mortier ayant une couleur bigarrée comprenant des zones importantes dont la couleur est déterminée de manière prédominante par le premier pigment et des zones dont la couleur est déterminée de manière prédominante par le second pigment, et la masse de mortier est extrudée sur une succession de palettes (8) mobiles pour former un ruban de base (11) qui est comprimé et coupé en tuiles individuelles (12), les tuiles ayant une couleur bigarrée, caractérisé en ce que le matériau secondaire est une seconde quantité de mortier formant la substance principale, le second pigment coloré étant ajouté à la seconde quantité de mortier et au moins partiellement mélangé à celui-ci avant d'être introduit dans la trémie (1), et le dispositif étant tel qu'à travers la masse de mortier qui est extrudé pour former les tuiles (12), il y a, en plus des zones importantes dont la couleur est déterminée de manière prédominante par le premier pigment, des zones importantes dont la couleur est déterminée de manière prédominante par le second pigment et des zones importantes dont la couleur est déterminée par un mélange des premier et second pigments, de sorte que les tuiles ont une couleur de substance bigarrée correspondante.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un flux de mortier est fourni à la trémie (1) et les premier et second pigments sont par intermittence délivrés dans le flux de telle façon que, dans le flux alimentant la trémie (1 ), il y a des quantités de mortier qui sont colorées de manière prédominante par le premier pigment et des quantités qui sont colorées de manière prédominante par le second pigment.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le premier et le second pigments sont introduits de façon telle qu'il y a un mélange incomplet avec leurs quantités respectives de mortier avant de passer dans la trémie (1).
4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le flux de mortier est obtenu par un convoyeur (5) d'alimentation à vis, et les pigments sont introduits dans le mortier dans des positions (15) situées vers la sortie (6) du convoyeur.
5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier et le second pigments sont prémélangés avec leurs quantités respectives de mortier et disposés en charges (20) qui sont introduites par intermittence dans la trémie (1).
6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un pigment coloré différent supplémentaire est introduit dans le mortier de la même manière que le second pigment.
7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un pigment colorant de surface est introduit dans la trémie (1) de manière à fournir des stries de couleur sur les surfaces supérieures des tuiles (12) en plus de la couleur de la substance bigarrée produite par les autres pigments.
8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le pigment colorant de surface est ajouté à l'aide de moyens (16) d'alimentation aboutissant au-dessus du niveau du mortier dans la trémie (1).
9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il y a un rouleau (9) dans la trémie (1) disposé pour comprimer le mortier contre les palettes (8) et les moyens (18) d'alimentation sont positionnés au-dessus du rouleau (9).
10. Procédé selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'alimentation (16) ont un mouvement de va et vient latéralement par rapport à la trémie (1).
