Claims (6)

1. Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Zierfäden, die sich im wesentlichen aus einer Vielzahl an Seite an Seite an einem gemeinsamen Trägerrahmen (1) befestigten Arbeitsstellen zusammensetzt, wobei jede Arbeitsstelle folgendes enthält:
- Eine Vorlagestelle (2) an zumindest zwei Fäden, von denen der eine zur Bildung des Kernes und der andere zur Bildung des Effektes vorgesehen ist;
- zumindest eine Hohlspindel (13), durch deren Schaftinnenraum die zuvor genannten Fäden laufen, wobei die Spindel (13) eine Spule (14) für einen Bindefaden trägt, und wobei die Kern- und Effektfäden dieser Spindel mittels positiv angetriebener Zubringer zugeliefert werden, wobei jeder Fadenzubringer auf einem unabhängig steuerbaren Wellenstrang angebracht ist;
- Mittel (17) zum Aufwickeln des gebildeten Zierfadens,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebswellen der Zubringer (10, 11, 12) des Kernfadens und des Effektfadens und des Aufwickelsystems (17) jeweils einzeln durch synchronisierte Motoren angetrieben werden, die durch einen Rechner gesteuert werden, der numerisch einen Frequenzteiler- + Frequenzwandler-Zusammenbau derart steuert, daß die genannten Fäden unterschiedslos Effekt oder Kern werden können.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen mittigen Trägerrahmen (1) aufweist, an dem auf beiden Seiten symmetrisch eine Reihe an Arbeitsstellen angeordnet ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Bindefaden- . spule tragende Hohlspindel (13) als individuell steuerbare (Motorspindel) ausgebildet ist, wobei nach der Bindehohlspindel eine konventionelle Vordrehspindel angeordnet sein kann, wobei die Vordrehspindel unabhängig von der Hohlspindel steuerbar ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie drei Kernfaden-und Effektfadenzubringer (10, 11, 12) aufweist, die derart steuerbar sind, daß die Fäden unabhängig voneinander unterschiedlos Effekt oder Kern werden können.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Wärmebehandlungsofen aufweist, der zwischen dem Ausgang der Bindehohlspindel (13) und einem Aufwickelsystem (17) angeordnet ist.
6. Zierfaden, hergestellt durch die Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, der zumindest zwei Fäden aufweist, von denen einer einen Kernfaden und der andere einen Effektfaden bildet, wobei die genannten Fäden mittels eines Bindefadens untereinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Fäden unterschiedslos den Kern oder den Effekt bilden.
