  • a spring 14 compressed between the hub 11 of the disc 12 and a guide cap 15 is held integral with the plate 6 by means of screws 16, for example with a flat head, thereby allowing limited movements of the working head in the vertical direction, which head can moreover be subjected to limited oscillations with respect to the work surface owing to the fact that the opening with a square section made in the hub 11 of the disc 12 has dimensions slightly greater than those of the square section of part 10 'of axis 10.

  • Fig. 15 shows that on the extension 30, provided hollow, engages a rubber insert 32; after inserting this insert 32 and a sleeve 33 engaged externally on said extension 30, the assembly is blocked with a screw 34 in order to prevent any movement of the two rubber elements 32 and 33.
