Claims (5)

  1. Système d'échappement, avec un carter métallique (1, 7, 10; 1', 9), réalisé en deux coquilles, au moins par tronçons, le carter intérieur métallique (7, 10; 9) guidant les gaz étant monté dans le carter extérieur métallique (1, 1'), par l'intermédiaire d'un matelas de fibres minérales élastique , caractérisé en ce que le carter intérieur (7, 10; 9) est formé d'un matelas tissé en fils métalliques, à mailles étroites et permettant un coulissement élastique, et fixé au deux extrémités, soit sur le carter extérieur (1, 1'), soit sur un corps support (4, 4') monté à l'intérieur de celui-ci.
  2. Dispositif d'épuration de gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 1, avec un carter extérieur composé de deux demi-coquilles, dans lequel, par l'intermédiaire d'un matelas support élastique, au moins un corps support à structure en nid d'abeilles, ainsi que des entonnoirs d'isolation intérieur,situés côté entrée et côté sortie, ainsi que, le cas échéant, des bagues d'isolation, sont montés entres des corps support successifs, caractérisé en ce que l'entonnoir d'isolation (7), fixé par serrage ou soudage dans la tubulure de raccordement, entoure avec serrage l'extrémité frontale du corps de support (4, 4').
  3. Dispositif d'épuration de gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les bagues d'isolation (10) entourent avec serrage les extrémités voisines des corps supports.
  4. Dispositif d'épuration de gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les entonnoirs d'isolation (7) et les bagues d'isolation (10) sont formés de couches, séparées au moyen d'une couche intermédiaire isolant de la chaleur, de matelas tissés en fils métalliques.
  5. Dispositif d'épuration de gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la couche intermédiaire est en matériau à base de fibres céramiques, se présentant sous la forme d'un tissu, d'un papier, d'une couche de couverture ou d'un matelas de fibres.
