Claims (2)
- Vorrichtung für die Bildung eines mehrschichtigen Vlieses aus zufallsorientierten Fasern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus der Kopplung mechanischer Mittel (12, 17, 17', 20, 20', 18, 19, 22, 27, 27', 30, 30', 28, 29) wie Zylinder, Kämme und Ähnliches für die Entnahme der Fasern aus der Haupttrommel (11) besteht und ein Ansaugsystem (21, 23, 25, 26) für die Entnahme der restlichen Fasern (31) aus der Haupttrommel (11) aufweist und daß sich das (die) ausschließlich durch die mechanischen Mittel hergestellte(n) Vlies(e) mit dem ausschließlich durch das Ansaugsystem hergestellten Vlies auf einem Förderband (24) überlagert, und daß die mechanischen Mittel aus einem oder mehreren Kammzylindern (12, 22) bestehen, die sich in entgegengesetzter Richtung zur Haupttrommel (11) drehen und mit ihrem gezahnten Belag (14) einen Teil der aus der Haupttrommel (11) geförderten Fasern (16) entnehmen, der daraufhin von den Zylinderkondensatoren (17, 17', 27, 27') kondensiert wird, aus denen der genannte Teil der Fasern (16) durch Entnahmezylinder (20, 20', 30, 30') entnommen wird, die ihn in Form eines Vlieses auf ein Förderband (18, 19, 28, 29) legen, und daß sich unter der Haupttrommel (11) hinter den Kammzylindern (12, 22) eine Unterdruckkammer (21) befindet, unter der ein Ansaugsystem (23) angebracht ist, das sich in einer derartigen Position befindet, daß die restlichen Fasern (31) angesaugt werden, sich von der Haupttrommel (11) lösen und sich in Form eines Vlieses auf das Förderband (24) legen; über dieses Vlies lagern sich die von den anderen Förderbändern (19, 29) beförderten Vliese und bilden auf diese Weise ein mehrschichtiges Faservlies.
- Mehrschichtiges Vlies aus zufallsorientierten Fasern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es gleichförmig und kompakt ist, weil es durch eine Überlagerung mehrerer Vliese entsteht, die durch die Kopplung verschiedener Vorrichtungen für die Entnahme der Fasern aus der Haupttrommel (11), insbesondere durch "mechanische" Mittel (12, 17, 17', 20, 20', 18, 19, 22, 27, 27', 30, 30', 28, 29) und ein Ansaugsystem (21, 23, 25, 26) gemäß Anspruch 1 hergestellt wird, und weil die durch die "mechanischen" Mittel entnommenen Vliesfasern in Kettenrichtung sehr gleichförmig und widerstandsfähig sind und ihre Eigenschaften mit denen der durch das Ansaugsystem (21, 23, 25, 26) erzeugten Vliesfasern vereinen, die feiner sind, in sämtliche Richtungen zeigen und im Umkreis von 360° ein entschieden kompakteres, gleichmäßigeres, widerstandsfähigeres Vlies mit einer feineren Oberfläche ergeben, das ein erhebliches Gewicht erreichen kann.
