Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1.
  • the transmission device has a closed plastic collar with tongues striving downwards and inwards from the collar opening or a tube extension narrowing inwards downwards.
  • the collar is placed on the upper end of a lower shaft element.
  • the shaft element to be held has a larger outer diameter than the inner diameter defined by the tongues or by the pipe extension.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a device of the type mentioned, in which while maintaining the advantage that damage to the substructure when walking or driving over the shaft element are avoided by the limited holding force of the transmission device, a simple and yet reliably maintainable adjustment when Installation is possible.
  • the tensioning ring that can be actuated for tensioning, it is possible to first select the holding force of the transmission device so that a simple height adjustment of the shaft element is possible. By increasing the holding force to the final value, the adjustment position can be reliably secured and the risk of an adjustment due to the dead weight can be eliminated before the floor material is installed. If the set holding force is exceeded when walking on or moving over or when lowering the ground, the clamping ring forms a coupling that yields under overload between the shaft element and the substructure, but the holding force is maintained.
  • the clamping ring comprises the shaft element while it is supported on the support.
  • the clamping ring slips on the shaft element to be held.
  • the clamping ring can be pre-assembled on the shaft element.
  • the clamping ring is inside or outside of the top piece or to the Support applied while the shaft element to be held sits on it.
  • the clamping ring can be preassembled on the support, on the substructure or on the top piece.
  • the shaft element is then placed on the pre-assembled clamping ring and adjusted.
  • the embodiment according to claim 4 is particularly advantageous.
  • the force with which the clamping ring is applied can be adapted to the respective requirements, i.e. to the requirements for adjustment and leveling and then to the requirements for later use.
  • the shaft element can first be roughly adjusted during installation by means of the clamping ring. Fine adjustment or leveling is then possible using the height adjustment elements without actuating the clamping ring. It is expedient if the height adjustment elements are arranged on the clamping ring from the outset.
  • a clamping ring type can be used universally even with a large diameter difference.
  • the reducing ring may compensate for large diameter differences that are detrimental to the function of the clamping ring.
  • the embodiment according to claim 7 is structurally simple and easy to handle.
  • the ring segments can be attached separately from the side to the shaft element or to the other components and assembled and tensioned to form the clamping ring.
  • the ring segments are easy to manufacture and individually to tension rings of different sizes or to the circumference of the Shaft element adapted clamping ring can be put together.
  • the tension ring does not necessarily have to be round; Different geometrical configurations are conceivable, depending on the circumferential surface to which the clamping ring is placed.
  • the multi-part structure of the clamping ring also has the advantage of a uniform contact force and a large-area power transmission without local and possibly harmful load concentrations. In addition, the relatively short ring segments can be easily transported and handled.
  • the embodiment according to claim 10 is advantageous because the structuring with the holding force of the clamping ring leads to an improved holding effect. If necessary, the ribs press in under the frictional connection to support the holding effect.
  • the embodiment according to claim 11 is advantageous because the ring segments have a light weight and are true-to-shape parts that can be handled comfortably. A reinforcement of the molded plastic parts allows large transmission forces.
  • the ring segments can be identical to one another, provided that the clamping ring is composed of a large number of such ring segments. It can be Form any clamping ring diameter using the number of ring segments using a single ring segment type.
  • a shaft S to a substructure U can be seen in FIG. 1, the substructure having an annular part which is either anchored in the ground or on an underlying object, e.g. a container 2, for example a fat separator or a sewer system, is supported.
  • a container 2 for example a fat separator or a sewer system
  • FIG. 1 shows the concept of a relatively deep shaft.
  • a top piece 3 is placed and fixed with an annular clamp 4.
  • the attachment piece 3 tapers upwards and has at the upper end a circumferential flange forming a support 5 with depressions 6 or a circumferential groove.
  • an approximately tubular shaft element 7 which has a seat 8 for a shaft cover 9.
  • the manhole cover 9 is to be adjusted flush with the floor level N and must be walkable or, if necessary, passable and therefore kept stable.
  • a support A is provided for the shaft element 7, which is formed in the left half of Figure 1 by the top piece 3 and a transmission device B.
  • the transmission device B consists of a clamping ring 11 (see FIG. 2), which is composed of several, in the present case three segments, and which bears against the outer peripheral wall 10 of the shaft element 7 with a clamping surface 12.
  • the ring segments R are connected to one another with tensioning elements 14, for example tensioning screws, and are tightened with selectable pressure on the shaft element 7, so that there is a frictional connection between the tensioning ring 11 and the shaft element 7, thanks to which the shaft element 7 in the set height position relative to the substructure U is held.
  • the clamping surface 12 of the clamping ring can be provided with a structure (13), for example with circumferential ribs, which under the clamping force penetrate into the outer peripheral wall 10 of the Press in shaft element 7.
  • the clamping ring 11 is composed of a plurality of ring segments R, in the present case of three ring segments R which are identical to one another.
  • Each ring segment R has at least one receptacle 15 for a height adjustment element 17, in the present case a height adjustment screw.
  • Locking nuts 16 are fixed in the receptacles 15, in which the height adjustment elements 17 can be screwed for fine adjustment of the position of the manhole cover 9. With their lower ends, the height adjustment elements 17 are supported in the recesses 6 of the top piece 3.
  • the lower part of the shaft can be built from several stacked top sections 3.
  • the uppermost shaft element 7 is then placed on the uppermost attachment piece in the aforementioned manner by means of the clamping ring 11.
  • each ring segment R has two ends 21, 22.
  • the receptacle 15 for the adjusting element 17 is not set in the middle, but closer to the one end 22, because in the joint areas between the mutually facing ends 21, 22 the greatest contact pressure may be exerted the shaft element 7 is present and it is expedient to transmit the pressure down as close as possible to the parting line.
  • the ring segments R are expediently formed from plastic, and reinforced plastic can also be used.
  • the structuring 13 of the clamping surface 12 of the clamping ring 11 can also be designed in a different way in such a way that a combined positive and positive connection results on the shaft element.
