Claims (11)

1. Préparations de filage à base d'agents de lissage, d'agents émulsionnants, d'agents antistatiques et/ou d'agents mouillants, contenant des composés polymères sous forme d'émulsions aqueuses ou de solutions aqueuses, caractérisées en ce que celles-ci contiennent un ou plusieurs des composés polymères solubles dans l'eau suivants avec des moyennes pondérales de poids moléculaire, plus grandes que 106 : des poly(oxydes d'alcoylène) et/ou des polyacryl- et/ou polyméthacrylamides et/ou des copolymères à base d'acryl- et/ou de méthacrylamide et d'acides carboxyliques non saturés ayant de 3 à 5 atomes de carbone.
2. Préparations de filage selon la revendication 1, caractérisées en ce que les émulsions aqueuses ou les solutions aqueuses des préparations de filage renferment de 0,0001 à 0,3 % en poids, de préférence de 0,005 à 0,05 % en poids, de composés polymères solubles dans l'eau.

Préparations de filage selon l'une ou les deux revendications 1 à 2, caractérisées en ce que les émulsions aqueuses ou les solutions aqueuses des préparations de filage renferment des oxydes de polyéthylène solubles dans l'eau, des polyacrylamides solubles dans l'eau et/ou des copolymères solubles dans l'eau d'acrylamide et d'acides carboxyliques non saturés ayant de 3 à 5 atomes de carbone.
4. Préparations de filage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisées en ce que les émulsions aqueuses ou les solutions aqueuses de préparations de filage renferment des poly(oxyde d'éthylène) solubles dans l'eau.

Procédé pour diminuer l'élimination des préparations de filage de surfaces de fibres, caractérisé en ce que directement après la sortie des capillaires de la buse de filage, on applique les préparations de filage qui renferment un ou plusieurs des composés polymères solubles dans l'eau suivants ayant des moyennes pondérales de poids moléculaire plus grandes que 106 :

Utilisation de poly(oxydes d'acoylène) solubles dans l'eau ayant des moyennes pondérales de poids moléculaire plus grandes que 106 et/ou des polyacryl-, et/ou polyméthacrylamides solubles dans l'eau avec des moyennes pondérales de poids moléculaire plus grandes que 106 et/ou des copolymères solubles dans l'eau d'acryl- et/ou de méthacryl amide et d'acides carboxyliques non saturés ayant de 3 à 5 atomes de carbone, de poids moléculaires plus grands que 106, sous la forme d'émulsions aqueuses ou de solutions aqueuses de préparations de filage en vue de la diminution de l'élimination des préparations de filage, de surfaces de fibres.
10. Utilisation selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que l'on utilise des poly(oxydes d'éthylène) solubles dans l'eau, des polyacrylamides solubles dans l'eau et/ou des copolymères solubles dans l'eau d'acrylamide et d'acides carboxyliques non saturés ayant de 3 à 5 atomes de carbone.
