Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif d'emballage groupé de sachets de thé remplis, comprenant une rangée de sachets (12) immobilisée dans un couloir d'empilage (10) par un moyen de retenue de rangée (29) et par un moyen de poussée de rangée (30), un rotor (33) disposé en aval et muni d'au moins deux cassettes (35, 36) pour recevoir la rangée de sachets immobilisée, et un dispositif de transport constitué d'un autre moyen de retenue de rangée (37) et d'un autre moyen de poussée de rangée (38) et destiné à placer la rangée de sachets, à partir d'une cassette tournée, au-dessus d'une boîte (41) amenée en position, caractérisé en ce que, dans la zone d'entrée du couloir d'empilage (10), il est également prévu deux doigts de retenue fixes en vis-à-vis (16) qui sont associés à un moyen de retenue de sachets (17) pouvant coulisser dans la direction longitudinale lors de la formation de la rangée et entre lesquels les sachets de thé (11) amenés un par un par un dispositif d'amenée de sachets (14) peuvent être positionnés avant que le moyen de retenue de rangée (29) ne prenne le relais du moyen de retenue de sachets (17) pour retenir la rangée de sachets, et en ce qu'il est prévu un moyen d'introduction pour introduire la rangée de sachets dans la boîte.

  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque doigt (21) du moyen de retenue de sachets (17) est solidarisé à un élément glissant (25) qui est appliqué sous pression contre une barrette de freinage (26).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la barrette de freinage (26) est de forme concave et comporte au moins une rainure transversale (28) dans la zone antérieure.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de retenue de sachets (17) peut coulisser entre une position initiale et une position finale prédéfinie dans laquelle il libère la rangée de sachets (12) et revient en position initiale.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de retenue de rangée (29) prévu dans le couloir d'empilage (10) et l'autre moyen de retenue de rangée (37) du dispositif de transport sont amortis par friction.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que des barrettes de guidage (24) s'étendant latéralement sont prévues à l'intérieur du couloir d'empilage (10).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les deux cassettes (35, 36) sont décalées avec un écart angulaire par rapport à l'axe de rotation (34).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que dans les cassettes (35, 36) sont prévus des moyens de retenue latéraux jumelés (39, 40), parmi lesquels la paire antérieure de moyens de retenue (39) est fixe et la paire postérieure de moyens de retenue (40) est réglable dans la direction longitudinale.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que devant le dispositif d'amenée de sachets (14) est implanté un dispositif preneur en forme de pince (13) qui, avec sa tête orientée vers le bas, prélève le sachet de thé (11) dans une emballeuse de thé de conception connue.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un rail d'appui (15) est prévu sur le trajet de déplacement du dispositif preneur (13), devant le couloir d'empilage (10), à hauteur de sa surface inférieure d'appui.
