Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Verbinden von Vorgarn, welche insbesondere in Spinnmaschinen einsetzbar ist und eine erste Vorrichtung (3, 4) zum Verbinden des vorderen Endes des neuen, von einer vollen Spule (9) herrührenden Vorgarns mit dem alten, von einer zur Neige gehenden Spule (8) herrührenden Vorgarn und eine zweite Vorrichtung (3, 5) zum Verbinden des hinteren Endes des altes Vorgarns mit dem neuen, bereits in Betrieb befindlichen Vorgarn aufweist, wobei die erste Vorrichtung (3, 4) umfaßt:wobei die zweite Vorrichtung umfaßt:ein erstes, rohrförmiges Führungselement (3), dessen Achse (13) parallel zur Bewegungsachse des in Betrieb befindlichen Vorgarns angeordnet ist;eine Düse (4), welche Druckluft in das Innere des rohrförmigen Führungselementes (3) leitet und derart geneigt ist, daß der erzeugte Strahl (4) auch eine Komponente in derselben Richtung wie die Vorschubrichtung des in Betrieb befindlichen Vorgarns hat;dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßein zweites, rohrförmiges Führungselement (3), dessen Achse (13) parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung des in Betrieb befindlichen Vorgarns angeordnet ist;eine zweite Düse (5), welche Druckluft in das Innere des rohrförmigen Führungselementes (3) leitet und in die entgegengesetzte Richtung bezogen auf die Vorschubrichtung des neuen, in Betrieb befindlichen Vorgarns geneigt ist,
die ersten und zweiten, rohrförmigen Führungselemente (3)wegen des Vorhandenseins eines länglichen Schlitzes (12) einen ständig offenen Querschnitt haben,ständig dieselbe Achse (13) haben. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten und zweiten, rohrförmigen Führungselemente (3) zu einem einzigen Element (3) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form des offenen Querschnitts des rohrförmigen Führungselementes (3) rund ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form des offenen Querschnitts des rohrförmigen Führungselementes (3) elliptisch ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form des offenen Querschnitts des rohrförmigen Führungselementes (3) eine Umfängsevolvente ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form des offenen Querschnitts des rohrförmigen Führungselementes (3) eine Archimedesspirale ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Sperren des zur Neige gehenden Vorgarns eine Vorrichtung (2) vorgesehen ist, welche stromaufwärts von dem rohrförmigen Führungselement (3) positioniert ist.
- Verfahren zum gegenseitigen Verbinden wenigstens zweier Vorgarne in einer Spinnmaschine, umfassend:dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßeinen ersten Schritt, bei welchem das vordere Ende des neuen Vorgarns neben dem in Betrieb befindlichen, längs einer geradlinigen Achse gespannten Vorgarn positioniert wird;einen zweiten Schritt, bei welchem das vordere Ende des neuen Vorgams mittels eines um die Vorgarne rotierenden Luftwirbels um das in Betrieb befindliche Vorgarn gewickelt wird;einen dritten Schritt, bei welchem die miteinander verbundenen Vorgarne in die Streckvorrichtung eingelegt werden;einen vierten Schritt, bei welchem das hintere Ende des alten Vorgarns mittels eines anderen, um die Vorgarne rotierenden Luftwirbels um das neue, in Betrieb befindliche Vorgarn gewickelt und längs einer geradlinigen Achse gespannt wird,
der Luftwirbel des zweiten Schritts eine Komponente in Vorschubrichtung des in Betrieb befindlichen Vorgarns hat, um eine Anzahl von schraubenförmigen Windungen zu bilden, welche zum Erzeugen eines Reibungsgrades, wie etwa zum Sicherstellen eines Mitziehens, ausreicht, und daß der weitere Luftwirbel eine Komponente in der entgegengesetzten Richtung in bezug auf die Vorschubrichtung der in Betrieb befindlichen Vorgarne zwecks der Bildung weiterer schraubenförmiger Windungen aufweist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hintere Ende des alten Vorgarns durch den programmäßigen Riß des Vorgarns gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hintere Ende des alten Vorgams durch das natürliche Leerlaufen der Spule gebildet wird.
- Verfahren zum gegenseitigen Verbinden wenigstens zweier Vorgarne in einer Spinnmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hintere Ende des alten Vorgarns mittels eines Luftwirbels, welcher sich um die Vorgarne dreht und eine Komponente in der entgegengesetzten Richtung in bezug auf die Vorschubrichtung der in Betrieb befindlichen Vorgarne zwecks Bildung weiterer schraubenförmiger Windungen aufweist, um das neue, in Betrieb befindliche Vorgarn gewunden und dadurch entlang einer geradlimigen Achse gespannt wird.
