- un compacteur pour le traitement, en milieu humide, desdits papiers et/ou cartons déchiquetés, alimenté par ledit broyeur, et leur production sous forme de balles de papiers et/ou cartons compactés ; ledit compacteur étant associé à un humidificateur desdits papiers et/ou cartons pour obtenir ledit milieu humide ;
- et des moyens de commande coopérant avec lesdits matériels précédents pour que lesdits papiers et/ou cartons collectés soient traités, de manière au moins partiellement automatisée, pendant des périodes de déplacements dudit véhicule.

Claims (10)
- Procédé de récupération de papiers et/ou cartons se présentant principalement sous la forme de cartons d'emballage perdu, caractérisé en ce que l'on effectue le ramassage desdits cartons au moyen d'un véhicule (1,2) comportant une plate-forme (1) équipée d'au moins un broyeur (3) et d'un compacteur (4) en milieu humide, en ce que l'on alimente ledit broyeur (3) en carton au fur et à mesure des ramassages effectués, ledit compacteur (4) étant monté en série avec ledit broyeur et adapté à humidifier et à compacter les cartons déchiquetés dans ledit broyeur, et en ce que l'on commande le fonctionnement du broyeur (3) et du compacteur (4) pour traiter successivement lesdits cartons de manière au moins partiellement automatisée pendant les déplacements du véhicule (1,2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les cartons et/ou papiers sont prélevés dans un conteneur ouvert (7) porté par ledit véhicule (1) et qui est mobile entre une position inférieure de ramassage et une position supérieure de vidage dans laquelle ledit conteneur (7) constitue un couvercle pour ledit broyeur (3,8).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le compacteur n'est mis en action qu'au bout d'un temps cumulé prédéterminé d'alimentation en cartons.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque la balle de cartons est terminée dans le compacteur (4) l'ensemble des matériels (3-9) est arrêté et le comptage du temps cumulé d'alimentation du compacteur est remis à zéro.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, destiné à la récupération des papiers et/ou cartons se présentant principalement sous la forme de cartons d'emballage perdu, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins, montés en série sur une plate-forme (1) d'un véhicule, la combinaison des matériels suivants :un conteneur ouvert de réception (7) pour la collecte desdits papiers et/ou cartons ;un broyeur (3) alimenté par ledit conteneur de réception (7), propre à déchiqueter lesdits papiers et/ou cartons collectés ;un compacteur (4) pour le traitement, en milieu humide, desdits papiers et/ou cartons déchiquetés, alimenté par ledit broyeur (3) et leur production sous forme de balles de papiers et/ou cartons compactés ; ledit compacteur (4) étant associé à un humidificateur (6) desdits papiers et/ou cartons pour obtenir ledit milieu humide ;et des moyens de commande (31-39) coopérant avec lesdits matériels précédents pour que lesdits papiers et/ou cartons collectés soient traités, de manière au moins partiellement automatisée, pendant des périodes de déplacement dudit vêhicule.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit broyeur comporte un dispositif d'alimentation par retournement d'un conteneur ouvert (7) de réception des cartons perdus à ramasser, ledit conteneur (7) étant mobile entre une position inférieure de ramassage et une position supérieure de basculement où il constitue un couvercle pour le broyeur (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif d'alimentation du compacteur (4) constitué par une gaine (5) munie d'un dispositif d'aspiration (9) et reliant le bas du broyeur (3) à la partie supérieure du compacteur (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une grue disposée à l'arrière du plateau (1) de manière à transporter et déplacer les balles de cartons réalisées dans le compacteur (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les différents matériels de l'installation (3,4,6,9) sont entraínés mécaniquement à partir du moteur de propulsion du véhicule (1,2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de commande sont constitués par un dispositif électronique comportant :un premier capteur (31) détectant l'alimentation en papiers et/ou cartons dudit broyeur (3), délivrant un signal de sortie commandant le démarrage du broyeur (3) et, via un premier temporisateur (35), le démarrage desdits dispositif d'aspiration (9) et de l'humidificateur (6) ;un deuxième capteur (32) détectant l'alimentation du compacteur (4) en papiers et/ou cartons, délivrant des premier et second signaux, le premier signal commandant, via une horloge de comptage (36) et un deuxième temporisateur (37), le démarrage du compacteur (4), et le second signal, émis en l'absence d'alimentation en papiers et/ou cartons, commandant directement le broyeur (3) ;et un troisième capteur (33), actionné en fin de l'opération de compactage, délivrant un signal de sortie commandant l'arrêt du broyeur (3), de l'aspirateur (9), de l'humidificateur (6) et du compacteur (3), et la réinitialisation de ladite horloge de comptage de temps (36).
