Claims (7)
- Métier pour la réalisation de franges à tête gansée comportant perpendiculairement à un bâti longitudinal (2), un support (3) portant un dévidoir (5) d'un cordon d'âme (6), un touret rotatif (7) portant des bobineaux (9) de cordons retors (10) pour les franges, des moyens (13) renvoyant les faisceaux de cordons (6, 10) parallèlement à la direction longitudinale de déplacement de deux nappes (17) de fils de chaíne, métier dans lequel un crochet (19) à mouvement alternatif vient saisir l'un des cordons retors (10) s'enroulant autour de l'âme (6) pour le faire passer entre les deux nappes (17) et former une frange (22), avant d'aller saisir un autre cordon, caractérisé en ce que la tige (30, 50) du crochet frangeur (19) est montée avec possibilité de débrayage par rapport à ses moyens d'entraínement (32, 52) et comporte, à son extrémité opposée à celle du crochet (19), un talon (33a, 50a) apte à venir, en fin de course de frangeage, en appui sur au moins l'une des faces de butées (34a, 34b, 60a, 70a) d'un organe (35, 40, 60, 72) déplaçable séquentiellement pour modifier la course du crochet en rapport avec la forme de l'ondulation devant être donnée aux franges.
- Métier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le crochet (19) est ménagé sur la tige avant (30) d'un vérin pneumatique (32), à double effet et à double tiges, dont la tige arrière (33) porte le talon (33a) coopérant avec l'organe (35, 40, 60, 70) portant les butées (34a, 34b,...60a et 70a).
- Métier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, avec un crochet (19) ménagé sur une tige cintrée (50) reliée, par un bras (52) saillant radialement d'un axe (53), à des moyens (54) aptes à l'entraíner en translation circulaire sur un arc de cercle et alternativement dans un sens ou dans l'autre, la liaison en rotation entre l'axe (53) et les moyens d'entraínement (54) est réalisée avec interposition d'un embrayage, tandis que le bras (52) est soumis à l'action de moyens à ressort (56) le rappelant contre une butée (57) des moyens d'entraínement (54).
- Métier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'organe portant les butées (34a, 34b,...) est constitué par un plateau (35) qui, rotatif autour d'un axe sensiblement parallèle à la direction de déplacement de la tige, est relié à des moyens (37) aptes à le faire pivoter pas à pas, ce plateau portant en saillie de sa face tournée en direction du talon (33a, 50a), des butées réglables (34a, 34b), de longueurs différentes et espacées angulairement de la valeur d'un pas de rotation du plateau (35).
- Métier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'organe portant les butées est constitué par un coulisseau (40), monté coulissant dans une glissière (41) du bâti (2) et portant des butées réglables (34a, 34b) de longueurs différentes, ces butées étant espacées longitudinalement sur le coulisseau avec un pas constant (n) de valeur égale au pas de déplacement de moyens moteurs (42).
- Métier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'organe portant les butées est constitué par une vis (60), calée en rotation mais libre en translation dans le bâti (2), cette vis coopérant avec un écrou (63) qui, calé en translation mais libre en rotation dans le bâti (2), est relié par une transmission de mouvement (64 à 66) à l'arbre de sortie d'un moteur électrique pas à pas (67), à deux sens de rotation.
- Métier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'organe portant les faces de butées est constitué par une came rotative (72) calée sur l'arbre d'un moteur électrique (73) pivotant d'un tour pour un cycle de fabrication.
