Abstract
L'unité de moulage par injection proposée comporte plusieurs unités d'entraînement électromécaniques (A) disposées symétriquement par rapport à l'axe d'injection et servant à pousser l'unité de moulage par injection jusqu'à ce que la buse repose contre le moule, ainsi que plusieurs unités d'injection électromécaniques (E) disposées symétriquement par rapport à l'axe d'injection et servant à déplacer le pont d'injection (25) par rapport au bloc de support (10). A cet effet, le pont d'injection et le bloc de support peuvent être déplacés le long d'éléments de guidage (83) linéaires. Ces éléments de guidage (83) sont disposés symétriquement par rapport à l'axe d'injection, tandis que les unités d'entraînement (A), les unités d'injection (E) et les éléments de guidage (83) se trouvent dans des plans différents (h-h, e-e, f-f) qui comprennent l'axe d'injection (s-s).
