Claims (11)

  1. Procédé de traitement de finissage pour des vêtements en tissu de coton, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend la séquence suivante d'étapes de traitement :
    mettre à l'envers lesdits vêtements ;
    introduire lesdits vêtements dans un container approprié ensemble avec une quantité prédéterminée d'une substance réactive exothermique sous forme solide, et d'une quantité prédéterminée d'une substance solide, abrasive et spongieuse;
    traiter à sec lesdits vêtements dans ledit container avec ladite substance réactive et avec ladite substance solide, abrasive et spongieuse, de façon à les soumettre à une action mécanique consistant à secouer et/ou mélanger, pendant une période de temps prédéterminée ;
    laver avec des substances contenant de l'eau qui éliminent les restants de ladite substance réactive.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite susbtance réactive exothermique sous forme solide est de l'hydroxyde de sodium en flocons.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite substance abrasive est de la pierre ponce italienne en grains.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend le traitement à sec concomitant desdits vêtements avec une quantité prédéterminée d'une substance solide inactive, de façon à réguler l'action de ladite substance réactive exothermique.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite substance inactive est de la perlite.
  6. Procédé de traitement de finissage pour vêtements en coton, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend la séquence suivante d'étapes de traitement :
    mettre lesdits vêtements à l'envers ;
    introduire lesdits vêtements dans un container approprié ensemble avec des quantités prédéterminées d'hydroxyde de sodium en flocons, de pierre ponce italienne en grains et de perlite ;
    traiter à sec les vêtements dans ledit container avec ledit hydroxyde de sodium en flocons, ladite pierre ponce italienne en grains et ladite perlite, par une action mécanique consistant à secouer et/ou mélanger pendant une période de temps prédéterminée ;
    laver lesdits vêtements avec des substances contenant de l'eau de façon à neutraliser et/ou éliminer les restants de ladite substance réactive.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdites substances permettant l'élimination des restants de ladite substance réactive sont des quantités prédéterminées d'eau et d'acide acétique.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits vêtements sont en particulier des pantalons en jean et en ce que, avant d'être mis à l'envers, lesdits pantalons sont soumis à une action mécanique consistant à frotter et/ou gratter de façon à produire des effets particuliers de décoloration.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'action mécanique consistant à frotter et/ou gratter est réalisée sur le devant desdits pantalons.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite action mécanique consistant à frotter est réalisée sur les parties latérales desdits pantalons prés de l'arête de fermeture dans une direction essentiellement horizontale suivant une pluralité de lignes d'action essentiellement parallèles.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite action mécanique consistant à gratter est réalisée sur la partie supérieure des jambes desdits pantalons dans une direction essentiellement verticale.
