Definitions

  • the invention relates to a receptacle, a dispenser and one Slider for separating pallets, as in the preambles of claims 1, 2, 14 and 29 are described.
  • Such dispensing devices and receptacles are used to e.g. Objects provided on pallets, for example in perforated pallets inserted pipette tips and the like, isolated from the receptacle in pallets remove.
  • Such Device for providing a large number of objects, in particular pipette tips and a method for providing is known from DE 44 19 291 A1.
  • the one another as a result of their conicity a stack of pipette tips stacked in individual pieces by means of a device dispensed, wherein the device has a bottom plate provided with openings the shipping carton opened on the floor is put on.
  • the openings in the base plate are for the passage of the pipette tips or to retain them in the packaging, adjustable in size or position.
  • a disadvantage here is the undefined location in the Packaging pipette tips and the associated difficulty of Assignment to the openings of the removal device when the packaging is open.
  • the object of the invention is a receptacle, a slide and an output device to create to separate, to protect the product and environmental influences Shipping and simplified handling for a single delivery of the products can be reached directly from the receptacle.
  • the surprising advantage here is that the receptacle has a height through the receptacle Pick up the specified batch of consumption units properly can, by inserting the stack into the receptacle by the bottom and also the lid or placing the receptacle on a stack is an automatable one and thus sterile packaging is also possible. For removing individual consumption units then only the associated slide needs to be pushed onto the receptacle be by sliding back and forth relative to the receptacle after opening or removing the bottom opening the individual delivery of the consumption units from the Bottom of the stack allowed.
  • the receptacle is due to its simple shape rational and also made of various materials, preferably also the cardboard housing or made of plastic.
  • An easy-to-handle and functionally reliable receptacle is created, which is suitable for receiving and dispensing a wide variety of consumption units, especially also sensitive and sterile to pack units.
  • a simple design of the separation device and the separation process can be achieved by the embodiment according to claim 5.

  • the receptacle can simultaneously as a magazine be used to output the pallets.
  • the embodiment variant according to claim 9 not only simplifies the filling of the receptacle, but also enables refilling or refilling of pallets, that were accidentally removed from the receptacle in too large numbers.
  • an embodiment according to claim 10 is also advantageous since it does so without additional Measures in the receptacle can also be used by the pallets the parts used are towered over in the direction of the bottom opening.
  • An inexpensive manufacture of the receptacle is characterized by the features 11 possible.
  • the embodiment according to claim 13 is also advantageous since the receptacle also does so used at the same time for the transport of the pallet and for the subsequent individual removal can be.
  • the object of the invention can also be solved independently by the slide according to claim 14. It is advantageous here that the consumption units can be retained in the receptacle only by pushing the slide on the outside of the receptacle by means of retaining projections or limit stops arranged thereon, and when the limit stops or the holding arms are deformed by the resulting release of the pallets or consumption units these individually from the example can be removed from a receptacle, wherein the falling out of a further consumption unit or pallet can be reliably prevented by the elastic resilience of the holding arms.
  • an embodiment according to claim 16 is also advantageous since it causes slipping Consumption units before they can still pass through the bottom opening, as long can be retained until the consumption unit previously released for output or pallet has passed through the bottom opening through a receptacle.
  • a further lifespan and a higher retention force can be achieved through further training Claim 18 can be achieved.
  • a user-friendly solution for the slide is characterized in claim 20. in this connection it is advantageous if the guide sleeve is designed according to claim 21.
