Claims (6)
- Procédé de fabrication d'une couche protectrice, limitant la solubilité du cuivre dans l'eau, sur la surface intérieure d'un tuyau en cuivre,
caractérisé en ce que
le tuyau en cuivre est rempli d'une solution aqueuse d'oxydation contenant un sel de l'acide carbonique dans une concentration comprise entre 5 g/l et 500 g/l, solution composée d'agents oxydants dans une concentration comprise entre 5 g/l et 500 g/l, la valeur pH de la solution d'oxydation étant comprise dans une plage allant de 3 à 12 et la solution restant dans le tuyau en cuivre à une température comprise entre 10°C et 95°C sur une durée allant de 0,1h à 48h, après quoi le tuyau en cuivre est rincé avec de l'eau et séché ensuite. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
comme agents oxydants, on utilise le peroxyde d'hydrogène, le permanganate de potassium, le chlorate de potassium, le chlorite de sodium ou des mélanges de ceux-ci et, comme sels de l'acide carbonique, on utilise le carbonate de sodium, le carbonate d'ammonium, le carbonate de cuivre (I), le carbonate de cuivre (II), l'hydrogénocarbonate de sodium, l'hydrogénocarbonate de potassium, l'hydrogénocarbonate d'ammonium ou des mélanges de ceux-ci. - Procédé selon les revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que
des sels d'autres acides sont ajoutés à la solution d'oxydation. - Procédé selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que
comme sels des autres acides, on utilise le chlorure de sodium, le chlorure d'ammonium ou le sulfate de sodium. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce qu'
un agent mouillant est ajouté dans une proportion allant jusqu'à 50 g/l. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce qu'
un agent épaississant est ajouté dans une proportion allant jusqu'à 50 g/l.
