Claims (8)
- Erdungssteckdosenvorrichtung (1) der Art, umfassend einerseits einen leitenden Erder (2) aus Metall in Form eines profilierten, geraden Stabes mit geradem, deutlich gleichmäßigen Querschnitt und länglichen Flügeln mit ebenen und orthogonal durch denselben Punkt gehenden flachen Seiten, die winkelmäßig voneinander entfernt sind, andererseits einen abnehmbaren Anschlußschuh aus Metall, der gleitend aufsteckbar auf das obere äußere exponierte Ende des Stabes und mit einem innengewindeten Loch (14) versehen ist, das durch eine Druckschraube (13) durchquert wird, deren Kopf (15) außerhalb des Schuhs (5) und in Richtung der eigenen Längsachse deutlich senkrecht zur eigenen länglichen Erstreckungsachse besagten Leiters (2) liegt, wobei sie sich deutlich in der halbierenden Ebene des hohlen Flächenwinkels befindet, der zwischen zwei anliegenden Flügeln begrenzt und zu diesem ausgerichtet einspringt, wobei besagter Schuh (5) dazu dient, das freiliegende oder freigelegte äußere Ende (6) eines Erdungsleitungskabels, abnehmbar am Leiter zu befestigen, das dazu bestimmt ist, im Boden des besagten hohlen einspringenden Flächenwinkels untergebracht zu werden und von besagter Druckschraube in reibendem Kontakt gegen besagten Leiter eingespannt zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß besagter Leiter (2) durch ein handelsübliches genormtes stählernes Winkelprofil gebildet wird, das an einem äußeren Ende in einer Eindringspitze (4) endet, und besagter Schuh (5) im allgemeinen ringförmig ist und dabei einen steifen, deutlich unverformbaren Ring bildet, der dazu bestimmt ist, besagtes Winkelprofil (2) durch seine zentrale Aussparung in Form eines deutlich gleichschenkligen, rechtwinkligem Dreiecks an der Spitze (10) der gleichen seitlichen Schenkel (8) zu umgeben, verbunden mit dem von besagtem Winkelprofil (2) gebildeten hervorspringenden rechten Flächenwinkel und dessen paralleler Basisschenkel (7) in aufgebauter Position des Schuhs in der die länglichen Seiten der zwei Flügel dieses Winkelprofils beinhaltenden Ebene von besagter Schraube (13) durchquert wird und in Festspannposition derselben leicht entfernt von besagter Ebene derart ist, daß die zwei gleichen seitlichen Schenkel (8) und besagter rechter Winkel an der Spitze (10) besagter Aussparung in Form eines gleichschenkeligen Dreiecks (9) sich dann dem entsprechenden außen hervorspringenden Flächenwinkel besagten Winkelprofils (2) anpassen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vorgenannter Schuh (5) aus einem einzigen Blockstück in Form eines Bügels mit flachem Boden (7) gebildet ist, der deutlich symmetrisch im Verhältnis zu den zwei mittleren orthogonalen, jeweils längs und quer verlaufenen Ebenen ist und deren zwei parallele Arme (8) jeweils zwei ebene Wandabschnitte bilden, die jede die besagte Aussparung (9) umfassen, wobei jede bevorzugt eine Außenkontur hat, die wenigstens ungefähr homolog der Form besagter Aussparung (9) ist und zwischen ihnen an ihrer Basis durch einen flachen, deutlich rechtwinkligen Steg (7) verbunden sind, der mit einem zentralen, innengewindeten Loch (14) versehen ist, das durch die vorgenannte Druckschraube (13) durchquert wird.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei parallelen länglichen Ränder gegenüber des vorgenannten rechtwinkligen Steges (7) jeweils die Basisschenkel der vorgenannten dreieckigen Aussparungen (9) bilden.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorgenannten Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vorgenannte Schuh (5) mit seiner Druckschraube (13) und eventuell dem vorgenannten Leiter (2) oberflächlich gegen Korrosion geschützt, bevorzugt feuerverzinkt sind.
- Serienmäßiges Herstellungsverfahren von elektrischen Anschlußschuhen (5) für Erdungssteckdosenvorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, der Art der gleichzeitigen Ausführung, mittels eines Werkzeugs, durch progressives Folgen aufeinander folgender Posten, auf einer selben festen Presse mit paarigen Reihen von Löchern und Matrizen in zugeordneter zusammenwirkender verbundener Form aufgebaut ist, und so viele unterschiedliche Einzelwerkzeuge, Bearbeitungsvorgänge bildet, die die verschiedenen aufeinander folgenden Stufen der progressiven Formgebung, vom Rohwerk bis zur Endbearbeitung des zu erhaltenden Stücks, darstellen, die auf einem durchgehenden flächigen Blechband (17) realisiert werden, das horizontale in besagter Presse unter besagter Werkzeugreihe gemäß einer periodischen Bewegung durchläuft, die regelmäßig aussetzend, mit dem Betrieb der Presse synchronisiert ist und einen konstanten Vorschub hat, der deutlich dem Achsabstand zwischen besagten Werkzeugen mit einer konstanten Frequenz und Verweildauer hat, die jeweils der Frequenz und der Dauer der Durchgänge oder sich wiederholenden Arbeitsläufen der Presse auf den aufeinander folgenden evolutiven Arbeitsbereichen (A bis E) besagten Blechbandes (17) entspricht, welche sich jedes Mal jeweils unter besagten Werkzeugen befinden und jeweils progressive Formungszustände der fortschreitenden Erarbeitung ab dem Eintritt bis zum Austritt aus der Presse aufweisen, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Arbeitsvorgänge:seitliches Aussparen durch gleichzeitiges Ausschneiden zweier Öffnungen in Form gleichschenkliger Dreiecke (9), die quer verlaufend zwischen ihren benachbarten Basisschenkeln entfernt und symmetrisch im Verhältnis zur vertikalen, mittleren Längsebene des Blechbandes (17) sind;Stanzen eines runden zentralen Lochs (14), das später zu bohren ist, dessen eigene Längs- oder vertikale Achse sich an der Schnittstelle der vertikalen, mittleren Längsebene des Blechbandes (17) und der quer verlaufenden vertikalen Symmetrieebene der zwei vorgenannten dreieckigen Öffnungen (9) befindet;Kantenaussparungen durch Ausschneiden mit Entfernen von überschüssigem Material zwischen zwei nacheinander seitlich ausgesparten und gelochten Bereichen zur Bildung einer Halbkontur jedes Flügels (8) auf jedem Bereich an jeder Seite des durchgehenden länglichen Blechstreifens (7) zwischen den zwei nacheinander seitlich ausgesparten und gelochten Arbeitsbereichen, wobei besagter Streifen in Verlängerung der zwei Stege (7) fluchtrecht angeordnet ist, die jeweils die zwei dreieckigen Aussparungen jedes Bereichs trennen;Vollkantschnitt durch doppeltes Abtrennen besagten Blechbandes zum Trennen des somit ausgeschnittenen Zuschnitts, der die entwickelte Form in der Ebene des zu erhaltenden Schuhs (5) darstellt;Durchbiegung besagten Zuschnitts zum Erhalt des in U-Form gebogenen Endstücks (5) mit flachem Boden.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei vorgenannte Vorgänge in demselben Arbeitsbereich durch ein einziges zusammengesetztes Werkzeug ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 5 oder 6, gekennzeichnet durch eine Feuerverzinkung des fertigen Schuhs (5), eventuell vor der Gewindebohrung des vorgenannten Lochs (14).
- Einen elektrischen Anschlußschuh bildendes Produkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es durch das Herstellungsverfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7 erhalten wird und eine allgemeine Ringform in Form eines steifen Rings aufweist, der eine zentrale Aussparung in Form eines deutlich gleichschenkeligen Dreiecks mit rechtem Winkel an der Spitze (10) der gleichen Seitenschenkel (8) trägt, und dessen Basisschenkel (7) in seiner vertikalen Symmetrieachse durch ein rundes zentrales Loch durchquert wird, das für den Durchgang einer Druckschraube durch Befestigung eines leitenden Erdungskabels (6) an einem leitenden Erder aus Metall (2) bestimmt ist.
