Abstract

L'invention concerne un matériau magnétique composite utilisé dans une bobine d'arrêt, formé par moulage par compression d'un mélange de poudre d'alliage magnétique avec une base en fer ou en nickel, d'un matériau d'isolation, et d'un liant constitué de silicium ou de résine acrylique. Ce matériau magnétique composite possède un taux de remplissage de poudre d'alliage magnétique élevé, une propriété diélectrique élevée, une faible perte d'âme, et une perméabilité élevée. Ce matériau peut être formé en une forme complexe.
