Claims (8)
- Procédé de contrôle du caractère aseptique du linge, préalablement à l'ouverture d'au moins une porte (14) d'une machine à laver le linge (10), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, dans l'ordre, les étapes successives suivantes :contrôle de l'arrivée d'une quantité d'eau minimale dans la cuve (22) de la machine (10) ;contrôle de la présence de produits lessiviels dans ladite cuve (22) ;vérification qu'une température minimale est atteinte par le bain contenu dans ladite cuve (22) ;émission d'un signal d'autorisation d'ouverture de ladite porte (14), un intervalle de temps prédéterminé après l'obtention de ladite température minimale dans ladite cuve (22).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le contrôle de l'arrivée de ladite quantité d'eau minimale est suivi par un contrôle de la rotation du tambour (24) de la machine.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, dans lequel la machine à laver (10) est intégrée dans une cloison étanche (16) séparant une pièce contaminée (18) d'une pièce propre (20) et possède au moins une porte (12,14) débouchant dans chacune desdites pièces, et dans lequel on verrouille dans un état fermé chaque porte (14) débouchant dans la pièce propre (20) jusqu'à l'émission dudit signal d'autorisation d'ouverture.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel on contrôle l'arrivée de ladite quantité d'eau en utilisant au moins l'une des techniques consistant à mesurer le débit de l'eau admise dans la cuve (22), à mesurer le volume de l'eau admise dans la cuve (22), à mesurer la masse de l'eau admise dans la cuve (22) et à mesurer la hauteur d'eau dans la cuve (22).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel on contrôle la présence des produits lessiviels en utilisant au moins l'une des techniques consistant à mesurer le pH du bain contenu dans la cuve (22), à mesurer le titre hydrotimétrique dudit bain, et à contrôler l'arrivée des produits lessiviels dans la cuve (22).
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel on vérifie que le pH du bain contenu dans la cuve est au moins égal à environ 9.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel on vérifie que le bain atteint une température minimale d'au moins environ 60°C.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel on émet le signal d'ouverture de la porte environ 20 minutes après l'obtention de ladite température minimale.
