Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Zuschneiden von Paneelen oder dergleichen aus einer mit einer insbesonderen im wesentlichen aus Papier bestehenden Dekorschicht (3) versehenen Holzfaserplatte (6), wobei das Breiten- und/oder Längenmaß der Dekorschicht (3) nach dem Aufbringen auf die Holzfaserplatte (6) von seinem Ursprung abweicht, mittels mindestens einer eine Säge (1) aufweisenden Plattenaufteilanlage, wobei die Säge (1) gebildet wird durch eine Mehrzahl angeordneter, im parallelen Abstand zueinander einstellbarer Sägeblätter (S1, S2,...Sn), mit folgenden Schritten:die Holzfaserplatte (6) wird gegenüber mindestens einer ersten Kamera (4a) ausgerichtet,über die erste Kamera (4a) und eine zweite Kamera (4b) wird je ein definiert vorgegebener Punkt (P1, P2) in der Dekorschicht (3) erfasst,der Abstand (L) zwischen den Punkten (P1 und P2) wird ermittelt,durch Vergleich der Istlage mit der Solllage der Punkte (P1 und P2) wird die Abweichung des Breiten- oder Längenmaßes ermittelt,das Maß der ermittelten Abweichung (A) wird ins Verhältnis zur Anzahl (n) der Sägeblätter (Sn) gesetzt undder parallele Abstand (a) der Sägeblätter (Sn) zueinander wird um das Maß des Verhältnisses der Abweichung zur Anzahl der Sägeblätter (A/n) verändert,die Ausrichtung der Holzfaserplatte (6) zur Säge (1) relativ zueinander wird um die Hälfte der ermittelten Abweichung (A) zu einer Seite versetzt, und anschließendwird die Holzfaserplatte (6) zum Ausschneiden der Paneele in Richtung der Säge (1) transportiert.
- Verfahren zum Zuschneiden von Paneelen oder dergleichen aus einer mit einer insbesonderen im wesentlichen aus Papier bestehenden Dekorschicht (3) versehenen Holzfaserplatte (6), wobei das Breiten- und/oder Längenmaß der Dekorschicht (3) nach dem Aufbringen auf die Holzfaserplatte (6) von seinem Ursprung abweicht, mittels mindestens einer eine Säge (1) aufweisenden Plattenaufteilanlage, wobei die Säge (1) gebildet wird durch eine Mehrzahl angeordneter, im parallelen Abstand zueinander einstellbarer Sägeblätter (S1, S2,...Sn), mit folgenden Schritten:die Holzfaserplatte (6) wird gegenüber mindestens einer ersten Kamera (4a) ausgerichtet,über die erste Kamera (4a) und eine zweite Kamera (4b) wird je ein definiert vorgegebener Punkt (P1, P2) in der Dekorschicht (3) erfasst,der Abstand (L) zwischen den Punkten (P1 und P2) wird ermittelt,durch Vergleich der Istlage mit der Solllage der Punkte (P1 und P2) wird die Abweichung des Breiten- oder Längenmaßes ermittelt,der Abstand (L) wird ins Verhältnis zur Anzahl (n) der Sägeblätter (Sn) gesetzt undder parallele Abstand der Sägeblätter wird auf das Maß des Verhältnisses von Abstand zur Anzahl der Sägeblätter (L/n) eingestellt,die Ausrichtung der Holzfaserplatte (6) zur Säge (1) wird relativ zueinander um die Hälfte der ermittelten Abweichung (A) zu einer Seite versetzt, und anschließendwird die Holzfaserplatte (6) zum Ausschneiden der Paneele in Richtung der Säge (1) transportiert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassüber eine dritte Kamera (4c)ein weiterer definiert vorgegebener Punkt (P3) erfasst wird,der Abstand zwischen den Punkten (P1 und P3) wird ermittelt,durch Vergleich der Istlage mit der Solllage der Punkte(P1, P3) die Abweichung des anderen des Breiten- oder Längenmaßes ermittelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass anstelle definierter Punkte am Rand in der Dekorschicht 3 aufgebrachte Markierungen detektiert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sägeblätter (Sn) auf einer gemeinsamen Welle (2) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie ermittelte Abweichung (A) zuzüglich eines Toleranzbereichs (T) gespeichert wird,die einer ersten Holzfaserplatte (6) nachfolgenden weiteren Holzfaserplatten (6) gegenüber der ersten Kamera (4a) ausgerichtet werden,die Abweichung (Ai) des Breiten- und/oder Längenmaßes ermittelt wird,die Abweichung (Ai) verglichen wird mit der Summe aus der Abweichung (A) und dem Toleranzbereich (T) undeine erneute Einstellung des parallelen Abstands der Sägeblätter (Sn) erfolgt, wenn die Abweichung (Ai) größer als die Summe der Abweichung (A) und dem Toleranzbereich (T) ist.
