Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Aufbau einer einteiligen Auskleidung für Pfannen, Gießwannen und ähnliche Behälter, die in der Eisen- und Stahlindustrie benutzt werden, wobei die Auskleidung aus einer oder mehreren Schichten eines feuerfesten Materials, einer Arbeitsauskleidung und mehreren Schichten (5), (6) von Bindemitteln auf Aluminiumoxid- und/oder Zirkonium-Basis besteht und das Bindemittel ein Additiv umfasst, das eine Mischung von Carbonaten umfasst, die, ausgedrückt als deren entsprechenden Oxide, in Gewichtsprozenten 0 bis 1 % Fe2O3, 65 bis 80 % CaO, 20 bis 30 % SiO2, 0 bis 2 % Al2O3 und 0 bis 1 % MgO umfasst, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:Aufbringen einer ersten Schicht eines schützenden, bindenden und isolierenden Gipsputzes (2), basierend auf Keramik- oder Aluminiumoxidfasern, auf das Metallgehäuse (1) der Pfanne;Legen einer ersten Schutzschicht (3) aus Platten oder Ziegeln, eben oder mit einer geeigneten Krümmung, zusammengefügt mit dem Bindemittel (5), auf den Gipsputz (2);Aufbringen einer Schicht des Bindemittels (5) auf die Ziegeloberfläche, nach und nach auf kleine Abschnitte der Wand, um deren vollständige Aushärtung zu vermeiden, bevor die Ziegel der nächsten Schutzschicht niedergelegt werden;Legen der Ziegel einer weiteren Schutzschicht (4), zusammengefügt mit demselben Bindemittel (5);Aufbringen einer Schicht (6), hergestellt aus genau demselben Bindemittel wie die Schicht (5), auf die gesamte Oberfläche;vollständiges Trocknen der Schicht (6);Aufbringen der Ziegel der letzten Schicht der Wand (7).
- Auskleidung für Pfannen, Gießwannen und ähnliche Behälter, die in der Eisen- und Stahlindustrie benutzt werden, erhältlich durch das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bestehend aus:einer ersten Schicht eines schützenden und isolierenden Materials (2), etwa 2 mm dick, basierend auf Keramik- oder Aluminiumoxidfasern, aufgetragen auf die Metallgehäuse (1) der Pfannen, als bindender Gipsputz;einer ersten schützenden Ziegelschicht (3), gelegt auf das Material (2) und zusammengefügt durch ein Material (5);einer Schicht desselben Bindemittels (5), etwa 2 mm dick, aufgetragen als bindender Gipsputz auf die erste Ziegelschicht;einer weiteren schützenden Ziegelschicht (4), zusammengefügt mit demselben Bindemittel (5);einer Schicht (6), die aus demselben Bindemittel wie die Schicht (5) hergestellt ist;einer letzten Arbeitsauskleidung (7), wobei das Bindemittel (5), (6) ein Bindemittel auf Aluminiumoxid- und/oder Zirkoniumbasis ist, umfassend ein Additiv, das eine Mischung von Carbonaten umfasst, die, ausgedrückt als deren entsprechenden Oxide, in Gewichtsprozenten 0 bis 1 % Fe2O3, 65 bis 80 % CaO, 20 bis 30 % SiO2, 0 bis 2 % Al2O3 und 0 bis 1 % MgO umfasst.
- Auskleidung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialien der Schichten (5), (6) Aluminiumoxid, Zirkoniumsilicat und/oder alkalische oder saure Elemente enthalten.
- Auskleidung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialien der Schichten (5), (6) eine Hitzebeständigkeit bis zu 1700 °C aufweisen.
