Claims (8)
- Aiguille à coulisse pour machine à tricoter comprenant une aiguille (1) munie d'un crochet (3) et une coulisse (2) chevauchant au moins partiellement l'aiguille et munie d'au moins un talon (14), d'un bec (12) et d'un épaulement (13), le fond de la coulisse étant fendu longitudinalement dans sa région distale comprenant le bec (12) et l'épaulement (13) de manière à permettre l'écartement du bec, la coulisse étant déplaçable relativement à l'aiguille pour fermer et ouvrir le crochet de l'aiguille et pour entraíner une maille par son épaulement,
caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente des moyens de positionnement et de guidage vertical (6) de la coulisse (2) en toutes positions de la coulisse lors de son déplacement relatif par rapport à l'aiguille (1), ces moyens de guidage et de positionnement vertical étant exclusivement et intégralement constitués par des formes particulières de l'aiguille et de la coulisse et tels que la coulisse se déplace selon une trajectoire en tous points contrôlée non rectiligne présentant des élévations et des abaissements. - Aiguille à coulisse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le fond de la coulisse (2) est ouvert (16) entre le talon (14) et environ le milieu (17) de la coulisse et que l'aiguille présente un bras (5) s'étendant de l'arrière vers l'avant sensiblement parallèlement au corps de l'aiguille, ce bras traversant la coulisse par son fond ouvert (16) pour s'étendre au-dessus de la partie pleine (29) de la coulisse, de manière à former, avec le corps de l'aiguille, une fourche (6) dans laquelle est guidée la coulisse.
- Aiguille à coulisse selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les côtés internes de ladite fourche (6) ainsi que le fond et le dos de la partie pleine (29) de la coulisse sont en forme de cames assurant le mouvement non rectiligne de la coulisse, c'est-à-dire son élévation et son abaissement relativement à l'aiguille.
- Aiguille à coulisse selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'aiguille (1) présente deux fraisages latéraux (30) réduisant l'ouverture du bec (12) de la coulisse par l'aiguille lorsque le bec est abaissé au-dessous du bord supérieur de l'aiguille.
- Aiguille à coulisse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le guidage est tel que lorsque l'aiguille (1) est en position de préparation de report de maille, coulisse en retrait maximal relativement à l'aiguille et bec de coulisse au-dessous du bord supérieur de l'aiguille, la maille est supportée par l'aiguille.
- Aiguille à coulisse selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le guidage est tel que lorsque la coulisse (2) avance à partir de sa position en retrait maximal en entraínant une maille, cette coulisse s'élève d'abord pour entraíner la maille sur son épaulement, puis redescend jusqu'à la position de fermeture du crochet de l'aiguille, puis remonte légèrement pour éviter un accrochage de filaments de maille par le crochet et finalement redescend de manière à réduire la traction sur la maille.
- Aiguille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la coulisse présente, à l'arrière, au moins un point d'appui (33, 34) coopérant avec le corps de l'aiguille (35, 36) pour empêcher le basculement intempestif de la coulisse et/ou pour induire un déplacement dans un plan vertical de l'arrière de la coulisse relativement à l'aiguille.
- Aiguille selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'un des côtés (35, 36) du corps de l'aiguille sur lequel s'appuie le point d'appui (33, 34) est en forme de came.
