Claims (17)

  1. Einheit für einen Parkplatz, Folgendes umfassend:
    - eine Schranke zum Absperren eines Fahrzeugzufahrtsweges,
    - Kommunikationseinrichtungen, die eine Zufahrtsanforderungsnachricht, die eine Fahreridentifizierung umfasst, von einem Mobiltelefon, das mit entsprechenden Kommunikationseinrichtungen ausgestattet ist, empfangen können,
    - Überprüfungseinrichtungen, um die Zufahrtsanforderungsnachricht zu überprüfen und das Öffnen der Schranke anzusteuern, wenn die Identifizierung erkannt wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kommunikationseinrichtungen Nahbereichskommunikationseinrichtungen der Art Bluetooth sind, und dass die Zufahrtsanforderungsnachricht eine Zufahrtsanforderungsnachricht der Art Bluetooth ist.

  7. Geschlossener Parkplatz nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Verwaltungsserver umfasst, um es einem Betreiber des Parkplatzes zu ermöglichen, Zufahrten zum Parkplatz und Zahlungsvorgänge zu überwachen.
  8. Geschlossener Parkplatz nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein lokales drahtgebundenes Netz umfasst, das die Säule mit dem Verwaltungsserver verbindet.

Geschlossener Parkplatz nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zufahrtsweg ein Zufahrtsweg zum Ausfahren von Fahrzeugen ist, und dass die Säule dazu konfiguriert ist, eine elektronische Bescheinigung zu verschicken, die auf Grundlage eines oder mehrerer der folgenden Datenelemente berechnet ist: Anmeldenummer oder Berechnungsnummer, Informationen, die die Parkbucht ausweisen, und Daten, die sich auf die Parkzeit, die Kosten und die Gesamtkosten während eines Monats beziehen.
  15. Verfahren zur Verwaltung eines geschlossenen Parkplatzes nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es umfasst:
    - Empfangen von Nahbereichskommunikationseinrichtungen der Art Bluetooth einer Zufahrtsanforderungsnachricht der Art Bluetooth, die eine Identifizierung eines Fahrers umfasst:
    - Verifizieren der Zufahrtsanforderungsnachricht durch die Überprüfungseinrichtungen, und
    - Ansteuern der Überprüfungseinrichtungen zum Öffnen einer Schranke, wenn die Identifizierung erkannt wird, wobei die Schranke einen Fahrzeugszufahrtsweg zur Einfahrt eines Fahrzeugs auf eine Freifläche oder zur Ausfahrt aus dieser versperrt, auf der verschieden Parkbuchten realisiert sind.
  16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darüber hinaus umfasst, wenn die Identifizierung erkannt wird, eine Nahbereichskommunikationsnachricht der Art Bluetooth an das Ziel Mobiltelefon zu verschicken, die eine Identifizierung des geschlossenen Parkplatzes und das Datum und die Uhrzeit der Einfahrt des Fahrzeugs umfasst.
  17. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darüber hinaus umfasst, sobald die Bezahlung für das Parken beglichen wurde, eine Nahbereichskommunikationsnachricht der Art Bluetooth an das Ziel Mobiltelefon zu verschicken, wobei die Nachricht eine elektronische Bescheinigung mit Daten bezüglich des Preises für das Parken und seiner Dauer umfasst.
