Claims (23)
- Procédé d'ennoblissement d'une plaque de bois ou de matériau dérivé du bois, en particulier une plaque du type MDF ou HDF ayant une face supérieure et une face inférieure, comprenant les étapes suivantes :a) application d'une couche de vitrification en résine mélaminique sur la face supérieure de la plaque,b) impression sur la couche de vitrification d'un décor qui présente des couleurs résistantes à la chaleur, de préférence consistant en des couleurs résistantes à la chaleur,c) application sur le décor d'une couche de protection à base de résine mélaminique,d) pressage de la plaque sous action de la température, jusqu'à ce que la couche de protection et la couche de vitrification fondent et se lient ensemble en incluant le décor imprimé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :e) application d'une couche de vitrification en résine mélaminique sur la couche inférieure de la plaque,f) application sur la couche de vitrification d'une couche de couleur qui présente des couleurs résistantes à la chaleur,g) application d'une couche de protection à base de résine mélaminique sur la couche de couleur,h) pressage de la plaque sous action de la température, jusqu'à ce que la couche de protection et la couche de vitrification fondent et se lient ensemble en incluant la couche de couleur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on ennoblit en même temps la face supérieure et la face inférieure.
- Procédé, selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on applique plusieurs couches individuelles pour la couche de vitrification et/ou la couche de protection, et on assèche chaque couche individuelle avant l'application de la suivante.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on ponce la plaque avant d'appliquer la couche de vitrification.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que du corindon est mêlé à au moins une couche individuelle de la couche de protection.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que du corindon est saupoudré sur au moins une couche individuelle de la couche de protection.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'on mêle des additifs antistatiques et/ou antibactériens dans au moins une couche individuelle de la couche de protection.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'on saupoudre des additifs antistatiques et/ou antibactériens sur au moins une couche individuelle de la couche de protection.
- Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on met au moins une charge dans la couche de vitrification et/ou la couche de protection.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise en tant que charge des fibres de bois, des poussières de bois, des métaux, des matières minérales, des matières synthétiques ou des cendres.
- Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ennoblissement de la face supérieure de la plaque ne s'effectue que par zones.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'ennoblissament s'effectue sur une surface s'étendant en biais par rapporta à la face supérieure.
- Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on estampe une structure dans la couche de protection, ou au moins une fente en V.
- Plaque en matériau dérivé du bois, en particulier panneau de plancher, consistant en une plaque de support du type HDF ou MDF, comportant, une face supérieure et une face inférieure, la face supérieure présentant un décor, de préférence un décor bois ou carrelage, une couche de vitrification sur laquelle est imprimé un décor étant appliquée sur la planque de support, le décor présentant des couleurs résistantes à la chaleur, et consistant de préférence en des couleurs résistantes à la chaleur, le décor étant recouvert par au moins une couche de protection, caractérisée en ce que la couche de vitrification consiste en de la résine mélaminique ou uréique.
- Plaque en matériau dérivé du bois selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que le décor est imprimé directement sur la couche de vitrification.
- Plaque en matériau dérivé du bois selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la couche de protection est une couche de laque.
- Plaque en matériau dérivé du bois selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que la couche de laque est durcie par UV ou par rayonnement électronique.
- Plaque en matériau dérivé du bois selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des moyens de structure ou des grains de corindon sont appliqués sur le décor pour augmenter la résistance à l'usure.
- Plaqua en matériau dérivé du bois selon la revendication 17 ou 19, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de structure ou grains de corindon sont encastrés dans la couche de laque.
- Plaque en matériau dérivé du bois selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de support est lissée sur la face supérieure et/ou la face inférieure.
- Plaque en matériau dérivé du bois selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de support est poncée sur la face supérieure et/ou la face inférieure.
- Plaque en matériau dérivé du bois selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une structure ou au moins une fente en V est estampée dans la couche de protection.
