Claims (12)

  1. Flan (1) pour former une boîte, le flan comprenant
    une partie inférieure (6), une partie de couvercle (7) et une paroi de liaison (4) qui est reliée de manière pivotante à la partie inférieure et à la partie de couvercle ; et
    des premières parois latérales (12, resp. 34) reliées respectivement aux parties inférieure (6) et de couvercle (7) sur leurs côtés opposés à la paroi de liaison (4) ; et
    des secondes parois latérales (11, 13, resp. 33, 35) reliées aux deux autres côtés de la partie inférieure, resp. de la partie de couvercle ; et
    les premières parois latérales (12, 34) comprenant un premier (20, 42) et un second (22, 44) panneau, le premier panneau étant relié à la partie inférieure ou à la partie de couvercle associée par une première ligne de pliage (9, 31), le second panneau étant relié au premier panneau par une seconde ligne de pliage (21, 43) parallèle à la première ligne de pliage, caractérisé en ce que
    le second panneau d'une des premières parois latérales possède au moins un évidement (47) sur son côté opposé à la seconde ligne de pliage,
    l'autre première paroi latérale possède au moins une saillie (25) le long de sa seconde ligne de pliage devant être enfoncée dans ledit évidement pour maintenir la boîte dressée fermée.
  2. Flan selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une des secondes parois latérales (11, 13, resp. 33, 35) comprend un premier (14, 36) et un second (16, 38) panneau, le premier panneau étant relié à la partie inférieure ou de couvercle associée par une première ligne de pliage (8, 10, 30, 32), le second panneau étant relié au premier panneau par une seconde ligne de pliage (15, 37) parallèle à la première ligne de pliage, dans lequel le second panneau se trouve sur son côté opposé au premier panneau doté d'un évidement (19, 41), les premières parois latérales (12, 34) comprenant un troisième panneau (24, 46) présentant une saillie (26, 48) devant être enfoncée dans l'évidement (19, 41) pour bloquer les premières et secondes parois latérales dans un état dressé.
  3. Flan (1) pour former une boîte, le flan comprend une partie inférieure (6), une partie de couvercle (7) et une paroi de liaison (4) qui est reliée de manière pivotante à la partie inférieure et à la partie de couvercle ; et
    des premières parois latérales (12, resp. 34) reliées respectivement aux parties inférieure (6) et de couvercle (7) sur leurs côtés opposés à la paroi de liaison (4) ; et
    des secondes parois latérales (11, 13, resp. 33, 35) reliées aux deux autres côtés de la partie inférieure, resp. de la partie de couvercle, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une des secondes parois latérales (11, 13, resp. 33, 35) comprend un premier (14, 36) et un second (16, 38) panneau, le premier panneau étant relié à la partie inférieure ou de couvercle associée par une première ligne de pliage (8, 10, 30, 32), le second panneau étant relié au premier panneau par une seconde ligne de pliage (15, 37) parallèle à la première ligne de pliage, dans lequel le second panneau se trouve sur son côté opposé au premier panneau doté d'un évidement (19, 41), les premières parois latérales (12, 34) comprenant un troisième panneau (24, 46) présentant une saillie (26, 48) devant être enfoncée dans l'évidement (19, 41) pour bloquer les premières et secondes parois latérales dans un état dressé.
  4. Flan selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les premières parois latérales (12, 34) comprenant un premier (20, 42) et un second (22, 44) panneau, le premier panneau étant relié à la partie inférieure ou partie de couvercle associée par une première ligne de pliage (9, 31), le second panneau étant relié au premier panneau par une seconde ligne de pliage (21, 43) parallèle à la première ligne de pliage, dans lequel le second panneau d'une des premières parois latérales possède au moins un évidement (47) sur son côté opposé à la seconde ligne de pliage, l'autre première paroi latérale possède au moins une saillie (25) le long de sa seconde ligne de pliage devant être enfoncée dans ledit évidement pour maintenir la boîte dressée fermée.
  5. Flan selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale est dotée, sur un côté orienté à l'opposé de la partie inférieure et/ou de la partie de couvercle, d'une surface de butée (18, 24, 40, 46) qui est reliée de manière pivotante à un panneau, laquelle surface s'étend parallèlement à la partie inférieure ou à la partie de couvercle associée et vient au moins partiellement en butée contre celle-ci une fois que la boîte a été pliée.
  6. Flan selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la surface de butée est pratiquement de la même taille que la partie inférieure ou la partie de couvercle associée.
  7. Flan selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la surface de butée, qui est pratiquement de la même taille que la partie inférieure ou la partie de couvercle associée, est dotée d'au moins une saillie qui peut être reliée à un évidement situé près d'une autre surface de butée.
  8. Flan selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de liaison qui est connectée de manière pivotante à la partie inférieure et à la partie de couvercle est dotée à une extrémité d'un rabat de fermeture (53) qui est relié de manière pivotante à la paroi de liaison, lequel rabat de fermeture est positionné entre les panneaux d'une paroi latérale dans la position pliée d'une boîte.
  9. Flan selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le rabat de fermeture a la forme d'un quart de cercle.
  10. Flan selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un panneau d'une paroi latérale est doté d'un rabat de liaison (29, 51) qui est relié de manière pivotante au panneau, lequel rabat est positionné entre les panneaux d'une autre seconde paroi latérale s'étendant transversalement vers cette paroi latérale dotée du rabat de liaison (29, 51) dans la position pliée d'une boîte.
  11. Flan selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une paroi latérale du couvercle est dotée d'une cavité pour le pouce (49) près de la ligne de pliage entre deux panneaux.
  12. Boîte formée à partir d'un flan selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle
    - les parois latérales sont formées en pliant le premier panneau perpendiculairement à la partie inférieure ou à la partie de couvercle associée et en pliant le second panneau sur le premier panneau et
    - les parois latérales sont maintenues dressées en enfonçant la saillie d'une première paroi latérale dans l'évidement d'une seconde paroi latérale adjacente et/ou
    - la boîte est maintenue fermée en enfonçant la saillie d'une des premières parois latérales dans l'évidement de l'autre première parois latérale.
