Claims (16)
- Outil pour fermer et ouvrir des raccords à fermeture rapide emboîtables pour des conduites hydrauliques (12), en particulier de machines de chantier, avec deux organes de prise (18) pouvant être mis en prise respectivement avec une moitié de raccord (14, 16) du raccord à fermeture rapide (10) et un mécanisme d'actionnement manipulable à la main (20) pour le mouvement d'emboîtement des moitiés de raccord (14, 16) au moyen d'un mouvement relatif mutuel des organes de prise (18), dans lequel le mécanisme d'actionnement (20) présente un guidage linéaire (28) composé de deux parties de guidage (32, 34) mobiles linéairement l'une par rapport à l'autre, et les organes de prise (18) sont saillants transversalement au chemin de guidage (30) sous forme de bras respectifs sur une partie de guidage, et dans lequel le mécanisme d'actionnement (20) comprend un levier pivotant (40) et un engrenage de renvoi (20) pour la transmission du mouvement du levier pivotant dans le mouvement linéaire des parties de guidage (32, 34), caractérisé en ce que l'engrenage de renvoi (20) comprend un levier de traction (44) à double articulation articulé sur le levier pivotant (40) et sur une partie de guidage (32) ainsi qu'un levier d'entraînement (50) articulé sur le levier pivotant (40) à distance du levier de traction (44), et en ce que le levier d'entraînement (50) est maintenu à distance de la partie de guidage à attirer (32) au moyen d'un ressort d'appui.
- Outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moitiés de raccord (14, 16) sont mobiles linéairement le long d'un axe d'emboîtement (64) s'étendant entre les organes de prise (18) à une distance latérale, parallèlement au chemin de guidage (30).
- Outil selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le guidage linéaire (28) comprend un tube de prise (32) et une tige (34) déplaçable en direction longitudinale dans celui-ci comme parties de guidage (32, 34), et en ce que le tube de prise (32) forme en même temps un levier manuel pour l'actionnement manuel.
- Outil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le tube de prise (32) s'étend parallèlement à un axe d'emboîtement et présente une poignée dans sa partie d'extrémité libre.
- Outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le guidage linéaire (28) est bloqué contre la rotation par un coulisseau (36) guidé dans une rainure (38) ou par une section transversale polygonale.
- Outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les organes de prise (18) peuvent être fixés sur les parties de guidage (32, 34) par des moyens d'assemblage détachables (54, 56).
- Outil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'assemblage (54, 56) présentent une zone de réglage s'étendant dans la direction du chemin de guidage (30), en particulier un filet de vis pour le réglage de la position des organes de prise (18).
- Outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les organes de prise (18) peuvent être assemblés par complémentarité de forme avec les moitiés de raccord (14, 16).
- Outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les organes de prise (18) présentent chacun une fourche (58) pour saisir latéralement une moitié de raccord (14, 16).
- Outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un organe de prise se présente sous la forme d'un crochet (68) et peut être suspendu à une moitié de raccord (14, 16) ou à un support (70) soutenant la moitié de raccord (14, 16).
- Outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le levier pivotant (40) est coudé à angle droit à son extrémité (46) couplée au guidage linéaire (28), de telle manière que, lors d'un actionnement pivotant, l'extrémité libre du levier pivotant (40) vienne occuper une position angulaire formant un petit angle avec une pièce de guidage (32) manipulable comme levier opposé.
- Outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le levier d'entraînement (50) est réglable en longueur sur la partie de guidage (34) dans la direction de guidage et peut être fixé, de préférence par autoblocage, dans une position de réglage désirée.
- Outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le levier d'entraînement (50) est monté avec du jeu par un passage de serrage (52) sur la partie de guidage (34) libre du levier de traction (44), de telle manière que la partie de guidage (34) vienne en assemblage serré dans le passage de serrage (52) lors d'un basculement du levier d'entraînement (50).
- Outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les organes de prise (18) peuvent être fermés chacun en forme de pince pour leur adaptation à différents diamètres des moitiés de raccord (14, 16).
- Outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les organes de prise (18) peuvent être couplés avec des pièces d'adaptateur, en particulier des disques d'adaptateur, pour leur adaptation à différents diamètres des moitiés de raccord (14, 16).
- Outil selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les pièces d'adaptateur peuvent être insérées dans un logement des organes de prise (18) ou posées sur les moitiés de raccord.
