Claims (16)

  1. Elément de construction destiné à être monté dans les joints de séparation de bâtiments, en particulier au niveau des paliers, pour la liaison insonorisante et en particulier la transmission des forces, de chaque côté de parties de bâtiment adjacentes (A, B), composé d'une plaque de séparation (1) à bétonner dans les parties de bâtiment adjacentes (A, B), la plaque de séparation (1) étant formée sensiblement en gradins ou en S en section verticale, la plaque de séparation présentant une structure multicouche composée de deux parois extérieures (1a, 1b) et d'au moins un autre élément intermédiaire (5), l'élément intermédiaire (5) étant composé d'une entretoise intérieure (5) qui relie les parois extérieures (1a, 1b) entre elles,
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'entretoise intérieure (5) est réalisé sous la forme d'une entretoise intérieure flexible (5) et que les parois extérieures et l'entretoise intérieure flexible sont fabriquées par coextrusion à partir de matériaux différents.
  2. Elément de construction selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'entretoise intérieure (5) de la plaque de séparation (1) est composée de PVC souple.
  3. Elément de construction selon au moins la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que les parois extérieures (1a, 1b) de la plaque de séparation (1) sont composées de PVC rigide.
  4. Elément de construction selon au moins la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la plaque de séparation (1) présente un palier en élastomère (2) situé à l'intérieur pour la transmission des forces.
  5. Elément de construction selon au moins la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que, sur au moins une paroi extérieure (1b) de la plaque de séparation (1), au moins un élément de fixation (7) est prévu pour une armature (3, 4) de la partie de bâtiment (B) adjacente à cette paroi extérieure (1b).
  6. Elément de construction selon au moins la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la fixation de l'armature (3, 4) à l'élément de fixation (7) est réalisée au moyen d'une liaison par encliquetage à complémentarité de formes et en particulier d'une liaison clipsée.
  7. Elément de construction selon au moins la revendication 5 ou 6,
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'armature (3, 4) est montée pivotante sur la plaque de séparation (1).
  8. Elément de construction selon au moins la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le palier en élastomère (2) est disposé dans une partie (1c) sensiblement horizontale de la plaque de séparation (1).
  9. Elément de construction selon au moins la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la plaque de séparation (1) présente au moins une arête de contre-dépouille (6) avec section en T en saillie par rapport à une paroi extérieure (1a, 1b).
  10. Elément de construction selon au moins la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la plaque de séparation (1) présente au moins une bande de protection contre l'incendie (9), en particulier en matériau intumescent.
  11. Elément de construction selon au moins la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'au moins un élément d'armature (3, 4) est composé au moins partiellement d'acier pour béton.
  12. Elément de construction selon au moins la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'armature (3, 4) présente une partie (3a, 4a) recourbée en forme de boucle.
  13. Elément de construction selon au moins la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'élément d'armature (3, 4) présente une partie d'ancrage horizontale (3b, 4b) et que l'élément d'armature (3, 4) est fixé à l'élément de fixation (7) de la plaque de séparation (1).
  14. Elément de construction selon au moins la revendication 13,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la partie (3a, 4a) recourbée en forme de boucle et la partie d'ancrage (3b, 4b) sont reliées entre elles.
  15. Elément de construction selon au moins la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la plaque de séparation (1) présente une pluralité d'entretoises intérieures flexibles (5) ayant une section verticale pliée ou courbée.
  16. Elément de construction selon au moins la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la plaque de séparation (1) présente, au niveau du palier en élastomère (2), des évidements (10) dans sa paroi extérieure (1b) recouvrant au moins partiellement le palier en élastomère.
