Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kochfeldpplatteneinheit, für eine Kochvorrichtung, mit einem transparenten Grundkörper nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Es ist aus der Patentschrift DE 100 14 373 C2 ein Kochfeld mit einer Glaskeramikplatte bekannt, welche eine an ihrer Hinterseite aufgebrachte metallartige Schicht aufweist. Außerdem sind ebenfalls an der Hinterseite großflächige Dekors angebracht.
  • Die Gebrauchsmusterschift DE 20 2004 015 925 U1 offenbart eine Kochfeldplatteneinheit mit einem transparenten Grundkörper, einem Dekorabschnitt und einer metalartigen Schicht.
  • Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, eine gattungsgemäße Platteneinheit hinsichtlich eines langlebigen Dekors bereitzustellen.
  • Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst, während vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung den Unteransprüchen entnommen werden können.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft einer Kochfeldplatteneinheit, für eine Kochvorrichtung, umfassend einen transparenten Grundkörper mit einer Sichtseite und einer der Sichtseite gegenüber angeordneten Hinterseite, eine metallartige Schicht und zumindest einen Dekorabschnitt, die, von der Sichtseite aus betrachtet, hinter der Hinterseite angeordnet sind.
  • Die metallartige Schicht weist einen Abschnitt auf, der den Dekorabschnitt, von der Sichtseite aus betrachtet, von hinten überdeckt. Es kann dadurch ein vorteilhafter Schutz des Dekorabschnitts erzielt werden. Vorzugsweise ist der Abschnitt ein zusammenhängender Abschnitt der metallartigen Schicht. Die Kochfeldplatteneinheit für eine kann. bei einem Induktions-, Elektro- oder Gasherd eingesetzt werden. Der Dekorabschnitt bildet vorzugsweise ein linienartiges Dekormotiv, welches zur Andeutung einer bestimmten Funktionszone der Platteneinheit, wie insbesondere einer Kochzone, einer Anzeigezone, in welcher eine Information angezeigt werden kann, dient. Dabei ist die Funktionszone vorzugsweise einem Funktionsbauteil der Kochvorrichtung zugeordnet, wie z.B. einem Heizkörper, einem Anzeigeelement usw. Der Dekorabschnitt kann außerdem eine Beschriftung des transparenten Grundkörpers darstellen, die z.B. zur Andeutung einer bestimmten Funktion und/oder einer Funktionsweise eines am Grundkörper angeordneten Bedienelements dient. Ferner kann der Dekorabschnitt als ästhetische Verzierung des Grundkörpers ausgebildet sein. Die Kochfeldplatteneinheit kann mehrere Dekorabschnitte umfassen, welche jeweils eine unterschiedliche Farbe aufweisen. Es können außerdem mehrere Farben für einen Dekorabschnitt gewählt werden. Vorzugsweise ist der Dekorabschnitt aus einer organischen Lösung, insbesondere einer organometallischen Lösung, hergestellt, wodurch Herstellungskosten vermindert werden können.
  • Unter einem transparentes Grundkörper soll ein Grundkörper aus einem Material verstanden werden, welches zumindest für sichtbares Licht durchlässig ist. Vorteilhafterweise ist das Material zusätzlich für eine Infrarotstrahlung durchlässig, was sich für einen Einsatz der Kochfeldplatteneinheit für eine einen Heizwiderstand aufweisende Kochvorrichtung besonders eignet. Unter einem durchlässigen Material soll in diesem Zusammenhang ein Material mit einer Durchlässigkeit, die größer ist als 10 % und bevorzugt größer als 30 % und besonders bevorzugt größer als 50 %, verstanden werden. Der transparente Grundkörper ist vorzugsweise aus Glas oder aus Glaskeramik hergestellt. Ferner soll unter einer metallartigen Schicht eine Schicht aus einem Material verstanden werden, welches zumindest eine metallische Eigenschaft aufweist. Hierzu kann die Schicht z.B. aus einem Metall, einer Lösung, welche ein Metall beinhaltet, einem metallischen Polymer, einem organischen Metall usw. hergestellt werden. Unter der Sichtseite des Grundkörpers soll eine Seite des Grundkörpers verstanden werden, welche bei einer Anwendung der Platteneinheit durch einen Bediener dem Bediener zugewandt ist. Die Sichtseite ist als Auflagefläche zum Auflegen von Kochgeschirren ausgeführt.
  • Es wird außerdem vorgeschlagen, dass der Abschnitt die Hinterseite durchgehend zumindest im Wesentlichen abdeckt. Dadurch kann eine Schutzfunktion der metallartigen Schicht vorteilhaft erweitert werden, indem die metallartige Schicht zum Schützen der Hinterseite dient.
  • Da der Dekorabschnitt an der Hinterseite an liegt, kann eine hohe Sichtbarkeit des Dekorabschnitts für einen Bediener erreicht werden:
  • In diesem Zusammenhang wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Dekorabschnitt auf der Hinterseite aufgedruckt ist. Dadurch kann mittels gängiger Verfahren ein einfaches Aufbringen des Dekorabschnitts auf die Hinterseite erreicht werden, wobei ein zusätzliches Befestigungsmittel zur Befestigung des Dekorabschnitts, z.B. zur Herstellung eines Stoffschlusses, vermieden werden kann. Vorzugsweise ist der Dekorabschnitt durch ein Emaillierverfahren auf die Hinterseite aufgebracht, wodurch ein besonders langlebiger Dekorabschnitt erreicht werden kann.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung wird vorgeschlagen, dass die metallartige Schicht an der Hinterseite anliegt, wodurch eine kompakte Bauweise der Platteneinheit erreicht werden kann.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise ist die Hinterseite mit der metallartigen Schicht beschichtet, wodurch ein besonders festes Halten der metallartigen Schicht an der Hinterseite ohne Einsatz von zusätzlichen Befestigungsmitteln erreicht werden kann. Die Kochfeldplatteneinheit wird vorzugsweise durch ein Aufbringen, insbesondere ein Aufdrucken des Dekorabschnitts auf die Hinterseite, und anschließend durch eine Beschichtung der Hinterseite mit der metallartigen Schicht hergestellt, wodurch ein besonders vorteilhaftes Einbetten des Dekorabschnitts in der metallartigen Schicht erreicht werden kann. Um eine hohe Homogenität der metallartigen Schicht zu erreichen, kann diese Beschichtung vorteilhafterweise in einem Herstellungsschritt erfolgen. Nach der Beschichtung der Hinterseite mit der metallartigen Schicht kann die metallartige Schicht mit einer weiteren Schutzschicht beschichtet werden, wodurch ein vorteilhafter Schutz der metallartigen Schicht bei einer weiteren Bear-beitung der Kochfeldplatteneinheit oder deren Montage, in einer Kochvorrichtung, erreicht werden kann. Die metallartige Schicht kann aus einer anorganischen Lösung hergestellt sein. Vorzugsweise ist die metallartige Schicht aus einer organischen, insbesondere einer organometallischen Lösung hergestellt, wodurch Herstellungskosten reduziert werden können.
  • In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung wird vorgeschlagen, dass die metallartige Schicht als Metallstück ausgebildet ist, wodurch ein einfaches Herstellen der Platteneinheit erreicht werden kann. Vorteilhafterweise kann ein langlebiges Metallstück erreicht werden, wenn dieses aus einem Edelmetall, wie z.B. aus Platin, Silber, Kupfer usw., hergestellt ist. Alternativ kann das Metallstück einen Grundkörper aufweisen, welcher mit einer Schicht aus einem Edelmetall beschichtet ist. Das Metallstück kann durch ein Kleben an der Hinterseite des Grundkörpers befestigt werden. Alternativ oder zusätzlich kann es mit Hilfe eines Befestigungsmittels und/oder durch eigene Kraft gegen die Hinterseite des Grundkörpers gedrückt werden.
  • Der Dekorabschnitt ist im Metallstück integriert, wodurch ein besonders langlebiger Dekorabschnitt erreicht werden kann. Der Dekorabschnitt kann in einem an einer Seite des Metallstücks aus dem Metallstück ausgesparten Raum angeordnet sein.
  • Der Dekorabschnitt ist in der metallartigen Schicht zumindest teilweise eingebettet . Dadurch kann ein besonders hoher Schutz des Dekorabschnitts erreicht werden. Unter einem teilweisen Einbetten des Dekorabschnitts in der metallartigen Schicht kann ein zumindest partielles Umgreifen des Dekorabschnitts durch ein Material der metallartigen Schicht verstanden werden. Dabei weist der Dekorabschnitt zumindest einen Bereich auf, welcher, von der Sichtseite aus betrachtet, erkennbar ist.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Grundkörper eine Funktionszone umfasst und die metallartige Schicht einen ausgesparten Bereich aufweist, welcher der Funktionszone zugeordnet ist. Unter einer Funktionszone soll insbesondere ein Bereich verstanden werden, welcher einem Funktionsbauteil einer Vorrichtung, in der die Kochfeldplatteneinheit eingesetzt ist, zugeordnet ist. Dadurch können eine unerwünschte Auswirkung der metallartigen Schicht auf eine Funktion des Funktionsbauteils und/oder eine Auswirkung des Funktionsbauteils auf die metallartige Schicht vorteilhaft reduziert werden.
  • Die Funktionszone kann z.B. eine Kochzone als Auflagefläche zum Auflegen eines Kochgeschirrs sein, welche einem Heizkörper der Kochvorrichtung zugeordnet ist. Durch den ausgesparten Bereich der metallartigen Schicht im Bereich der Kochzone können ein unerwünschtes Erhitzen der metallartigen Schicht und Energieverluste reduziert werden. Dies eignet sich insbesondere, wenn die metallartige Schicht als Metallstück ausgebildet ist. Der Bereich kann über einen Teil der Dicke ausgespart sein oder er kann über die gesamte Dicke der metallartigen Schicht ausgespart sein, wobei er eine Öffnung der Schicht bildet.
  • Vorzugsweise ist die metallartige Schicht aus einem ein Edelmetall beinhaltenden Material hergestellt. Dadurch kann eine besonders langlebige metallartige Schicht erreicht werden.
  • Es wird ferner eine Kochvorrichtung vorgeschlagen, die eine Kochfeldplatteneinheit aufweist, welche einen transparenten Grundkörper mit einer Sichtseite und einer der Sichtseite gegenüber angeordneten Hinterseite, eine metallartige Schicht und zumindest einen von der metallartigen Schicht differienden Dekorabschnitt, die, von der Sichtseite aus betrachtet, hinter der Hinterseite angeordnet sind, umfasst, wobei die metallartige Schicht einen Abschnitt aufweist, der den Dekorabschnitt, von der Sichtseite aus betrachtet, von hinten überdeckt und der Dekorabschnitt an der Hinterseite anliegt, wobei der Dekorabschnitt in Aussparungen en der metallartigen Schicht eingebettet ist. Es kann eine Kochvorrichtung mit einem langlebigen Dekorabschnitt erreicht werden, wodurch ein hoher Bedienkomfort der Kochvorrichtung erzielt werden kann.
  • Weitere Vorteile ergeben sich aus der folgenden Zeichnungsbeschreibung. In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung dargestellt.

    ein in einer Arbeitsplatte integriertes Kochfeld mit einem Rahmen und einer mit Dekors versehenen Kochfeldplatteneinheit in einer Ansicht von oben,

    die Kochfeldp platteneinheit aus Figur 1 in einer Schnittansicht mit einer Ke- ramikplatte, den auf der Keramikplatte aufgedruckten Dekors und einer metallischen Beschichtung der Keramikplatte,
  • Figur 1 zeigt eine als Kochfeld ausgebildete Kochvorrichtung 10 mit einer Kochfeld platteneinheit 12 und einem Rahmen 14, an welchem die Kochfeld platteneinheit 12 befestigt ist. Die Kochvorrichtung 10 ist in einer Arbeitsplatte 16 integriert (Figur 2). Der Rahmen 14 ist aus einem rostfreien Material, wie z.B. aus Edelstahl oder Aluminium, hergestellt. Die Kochfeld platteneinheit 12 umfasst einen als Glaskeramikplatte ausgebildeten Grundkörper 18. Der Grundkörper 18 weist mehrere Funktionszonen 20, 22, 24, 26 auf, die durch Dekorabschnitte 28a, 30a, 32a, 34a, 36a der Kochfeldplatteneinheit 12 bezeichnet sind. Die Funktionszonen 20, 22, 24, 26 sind als Kochzonen ausgebildet und stellen hierzu jeweils eine Auflagefläche zum Auflegen eines Kochgeschirrs dar, die einem unterhalb des Grundkörpers 18 angeordneten Heizkörper der Kochvorrichtung 10 zugeordnet ist. Dieser Heizkörper ist z.B. ein Heizwiderstand oder eine Heizspule. Die Dekorabschnitte 28a, 30a, 32a, 34a, 36a sind als linienartige Motive ausgeformt. Die Funktionszonen 20, 22, 24, 26 werden insbesondere mit Hilfe geschlossener, gekrümmter Konturen, insbesondere mit Hilfe von Kreisen, bezeichnet. Es sind weitere Dekorabschnitte 38a, 40a der Kochfeldplatteneinheit 12 zu sehen, welche jeweils eine Funktionszone 42 bzw. 44 des Grundkörpers 18 bezeichnen. Diese Funktionszonen 42, 44 sind als Anzeigezonen ausgebildet, innerhalb welcher eine Information einem Bediener während eines Betriebs der Kochvorrichtung 10 mit Hilfe eines unterhalb des Grundkörpers 18 angeordneten oder im Grundkörper 18 integrierten Displays (nicht gezeigt) angezeigt werden kann. Die Dekorabschnitte 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40 sind, aus der Sicht eines Bedieners betrachtet, hinter dem Grundkörper 18 angeordnet (siehe Figur 2), welcher insbesondere für sichtbares Licht transparent ist. Durch die Anordnung der Dekorabschnitte 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40 hinter dem Grundkörper 18 können besonders langlebige Dekorabschnitte erreicht werden. Insbesondere kann ein Verschleiß durch ein wiederholtes In-Kontakt-Treten mit heißen Kochgeschirren oder die Benutzung von Reinigungsmitteln vermieden werden.
  • In Figur 2 ist eine Schnittansicht der als Kochfeld ausgebildeten Kochvorrichtung 10 entlang einer Linie II-II (Figur 1) dargestellt. Die Kochvorrichtung 10 ist in einer Aussparung der Arbeitsplatte 16 angeordnet. Der Rahmen 14 weist einen Stützbereich 46 zur Stützung der Kochvorrichtung 10 an der Arbeitsplatte 16 auf. Dieser ist von einem Fortsatz 48 des Rahmens 14 gebildet. Der als Glaskeramikplatte ausgebildete Grundkörper 18 der Platteneinheit 12 ist durch nicht näher dargestellte Befestigunsmittel am Rahmen 14 befestigt. Im in der Figur gezeigten montierten Zustand der Kochfeldplatteneinheit 12 ist eine Sichtseite 50 des Grundkörpers 18 einem Bediener der Kochvorrichtung 10 zugewandt. Eine der Sichtseite 50 gegenüber angeordnete Hinterseite 52 des Grundkörpers 18 ist in der Figur ebenfalls zu sehen. Es sind des Weiteren die Dekorabschnitte 32a, 34a, 36a zu erkennen, die auf der Hinterseite 52 des Grundkörpers 18 aufgedruckt sind.
  • Die Dekorabschnitte 28a, 30a, 32a, 34a, 36a, 38a, 40a sind aus einer, vorzugsweise anorganischen temperaturbeständigen Farbe hergestellt. Sämtliche Dekorabschnitte können die gleiche Farbe aufweisen, oder sie können mit Hilfe unterschiedlicher Farben hergestellt sein, wodurch z.B. zwischen den jeweiligen Funktionen der von den Dekorabschnitten bezeichneten Funktionszonen unterschieden werden kann.
  • Die Kochfeldplatteneinheit 12 weist ferner eine metallartige Schicht 54a auf, die auf der Hinterseite 52 des Grundkörpers 18 aufgebracht ist. Die metallartige Schicht 54a ist aus einer, vorzugsweise anorganischen Lösung, welche ein Edelmetall, wie z.B. Platin, beinhaltet, hergestellt. Alternativ kann die metallartige Schicht 54a aus einer organometallischen Lösung hergestellt werden. Die metallartige Schicht 54a weist einen zusammenhängenden Abschnitt 56a auf, welcher durchgehend die Hinterseite 52 des Grundkörpers 18 abdeckt. Hierbei überdeckt der Abschnitt 56a die Dekorabschnitte 32a, 34a, 36a, von der Sichtseite 50 aus betrachtet, von hinten, wodurch ein vorteilhafter Schutz der Dekorabschnitte 32a, 34a, 36a erreicht werden kann. Durch die metallartige Schicht 54a kann zusätzlich zum Schutz der Dekorabschnitte 32a, 34a, 36a ein weiterer dekorativer edelmetallartiger Effekt erzielt werden. In einer weiteren Ausführungsform kann die metallartige Schicht 54a mehrere einzelne Abschnitte aufweisen, die voneinander getrennt sind und jeweils einen der Dekorabschnitte 32a, 34a, 36a von hinten überdecken, wodurch eine weitere Betonung der Funktionszonen 20, 22, 24, 26, 42, 44 der Kochvorrichtung 10 erzielt werden kann. Es ist auch denkbar, dass weitere Abschnitte der metallartigen Schicht 54a auf dem Abschnitt 56a aufgebracht werden. Insbesondere können weitere Abschnitte der metallartigen Schicht 54a auf dem Abschnitt 56a aufgebracht werden, durch welche ein Helligkeitskontrast zwischen den Funktionszonen 20, 22, 24, 26, 42, 44 und einem Zwischenraum zwischen diesen Funktionszonen erreicht werden kann.
  • Bei einem Herstellen der Platteneinheit aus Figur 2 werden zuerst die Dekorabschnitte 28a, 30a, 32a, 34a, 36a, 38a, 40a auf der Hinterseite 52 aufgedruckt. In einem weiteren Herstellungsschritt wird die Hinterseite 52, auf welcher diese Dekorabschnitte schon aufgebracht sind, mit der metallartigen Schicht 54a beschichtet. Dies kann z.B. durch einen Emaillierprozess erfolgen. Bei der Beschichtung werden die Dekorabschnitte 28a, 30a, 32a, 34a, 36a, 38a, 40a in den Abschnitt 56a der metallartigen Schicht 54a teilweise eingebettet. Durch die Anordnung dieser Dekorabschnitte hinter dem Grundkörper 18 und die Einbettung der Dekorabschnitte in die metallartige Schicht 54a können unerwünschte optische Effekte, wie insbesondere Reflexionen der Dekorabschnittsmotive auf die metallartige Schicht 54a, vermieden werden.

Claims (14)

  1. Kochfeldplatteneinheit umfassend einen transparenten Grundkörper (18) mit einer Sichtseite (50) und einer der Sichtseite (50) gegenüber angeordneten Hinterseite (52), eine metallartige Schicht (54a) und zumindest einen von der metallartigen Schicht (54a) differierenden Dekorabschnitt (32a, 34a, 36a), die, von der Sichtseite (50) aus betrachtet, hinter der Hinterseite (52) angeordnet sind, wobei die metallartige Schicht (54a) einen Abschnitt (56a) aufweist, der den Dekorabschnitt (32a, 34a, 36a), von der Sichtseite (50) aus betrachtet, von hinten überdeckt, und der Dekorabschnitt (32a, 34a, 36a) an der Hinterseite (52) anliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dekorabschnitt (32a, 34a, 36a) in Aussparungen der metallartigen Schicht (54a) eingebettet ist.
  2. Kochfeldplatteneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt (56a) die Hinterseite (52) durchgehend zumindest im Wesentlichen abdeckt.
  3. Kochfeldplatteneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dekorabschnitt (32a, 34a, 36a) auf der Hinterseite (52) aufgedruckt ist.
  4. Kochfeldplatteneinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die metallartige Schicht (54a) an der Hinterseite (52) anliegt.
  5. Kochfeldplatteneinheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hinterseite (52) mit der metallartigen Schicht (54a) beschichtet ist.
  6. Kochfeldplatteneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die metallartige Schicht (54a) als Metallstück ausgebildet ist.
  7. Kochfeldplatteneinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (18) eine Funktionszone (24, 26) umfasst und die metallartige Schicht (54a) einen ausgesparten Bereich aufweist, welcher der Funktionszone (24, 26) zugeordnet ist.
  8. Kochfeldplatteneinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die metallartige Schicht (54a) aus einem ein Edelmetall beinhaltenden Material herstellbar ist.
  9. Kochfeldplatteneinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dekorabschnitt (32a, 34a, 36a) durch ein Emaillierverfahren auf die Hinterseite (52) aufbringbar ist.
  10. Kochfeldplatteneinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die metallartige Schicht (54a) aus einer organischen Lösung herstellbar ist.
  11. Kochfeldplatteneinheit nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die metallartige Schicht (54a) aus einer organometallischen Lösung herstellbar ist.
  12. Kochfeldplatteneinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dekorabschnitt (32a, 34a, 36a) ein linienartiges Dekormotiv bildet.
  13. Kochvorrichtung mit einer Kochfeldplatteneinheit (12) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
  14. Kochfeldplatteneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer Schnittebene, senkrecht zu der Hinterseite (52) entlang einer Linie (II-II), die metallartige Schicht (54a) senkrecht zur Hinterseite (52) größere Ausdehnungen aufweist als die Dekorabschnitte (32a, 34a, 36a).
