- the plug with the handle part is made of glass or a vitreous material.
- these closure elements have a sealing element of deformable synthetic or natural material.
- the sealing function of the sealing element is based on its deformability. With regard to the plastics, this deformability is essentially achieved by the presence of plasticizers in the respective plastic.
- the plasticizers and their components in the literature a toxic and allergenic effect and a migration ability in liquids and thus drinks in a bottle attributed. This also applies to glass stopper with a plastic sealing ring.
- glass stopper without plastic seals are particularly sensitive to mechanical stresses during transport. They are therefore used primarily in the laboratory and are hardly suitable for a broad consumer supply.
- the present invention based on the object to provide a closure element for a container, in particular a glass beverage bottle, and a method of closure hereby having a high reliability, durability and food compatibility.
- a closure element for a container in particular a beverage bottle made of glass, consisting of a plug and a stopper associated holding member which is releasably connected to the container, wherein the plug is made of a solid material and the plug in the closed state of Container within an opening to be closed of the container rests, the stopper is held in the opening on the holding element in the closed state of the container and the holding element cap-shaped with a base plate and a subsequent thereto ring is formed.
- High reliability, durability and food compatibility is achieved in that the holding element is connected to the plug via a connecting element.
- the stopper according to the invention makes it possible to limit the contact of the contents of the bottle with the solid material of the stopper and the container material.
- this plug can also be used for the closure of beverage bottles, especially bottled water bottles without dissolving plasticizer by the direct contact of a sealing surface made of plastic. A broad consumer supply is thus possible.
- the stopper is made of glass, ceramic, wood, metal, aluminum, stone or silicon.
- the plug can be optimally protected, characterized in that it rests completely in the closed state of the container in an adjoining the opening channel. Preferably, then the plug closes with its outwardly facing surface in the closed state of the container flush to an opening adjacent to the end of the container. It is important that the plug does not stick out of the opening.
- the reliability and thus tightness of the closure element is increased by the fact that the stopper is held in the opening via the retaining element in the closed state of the container and the retaining element is connected to the stopper via a connecting element.
- a connecting element is an adhesive as a connecting element. This can transmit a sufficiently large force to remove the stopper from the opening of the bottle with release of the holding element.
- the connecting element is elastic, so that forces acting from outside on the holding part are transmitted only damped to the plug.
- the holding element can be formed cap-shaped with a base plate and a subsequent thereto ring. Then the connecting element between the base plate and the plug is arranged.
- the connecting element is arranged in the edge region of the plug.
- the holding element is more stable than in the middle and thus in turn forces acting on the holding part from outside are transmitted only damped to the stopper, since these are introduced into the neck portion of the bottle.
- the cavity remaining adjacent to the connecting element and between the base plate and the plug may serve to protect the plug.
- the holding element is designed as a rotary closure and thus an internal thread is arranged on the holding element and an external thread is arranged on a neck portion of the container.
- a bore to be arranged centrally in the base plate and for a seal adhesive to at least partially connect the stopper, the retaining element and the neck part to one another via the bore.
- the sealant allows easy securing of the closure element and can be designed visually appealing.
- the holding element facing top of the plug is roughened.
- the glue can thus adhere better.

- the plug 6 is flat or concave, the bottom 6u flat, convex or concave.
- the material of the plug 6 is equal to the material of the bottle.
- the material of the plug 6 can be adapted to the material of the bottle so that the plug follows the expansion behavior of the neck part 1 with a temperature change so that a temperature-induced pressure build-up between plug 6 and neck part 1 is minimized.
- the plug 6 is inserted in the usual way in the opening 3 and thus the channel 2.
- the shape of the plug 6 and thus its outer surface 6a is adapted to the inner surface 2i of the channel 2.
- the plug 6 is shown in its sealing seat. It is important that the stopper 6 does not protrude beyond the end 4 of the holding part 1 to the outside and is flush with the maximum end 4 of the holding part 1.
- the rotationally symmetrical plug 6 is configured in the region of its outer surface 6a conical or cone-like. This outer surface 6 a is in sealing engagement with the inner surface 2 i of the channel 2 in the neck part 1.
- the outer surface 6a of the plug 6 has a fine roughness to limit the direct adhesion to the inner surface 2i. This roughness is generated by abrasive, corrosive or laser thermal processes.
- the edges of the plug 6 are ground, executed with a phase, with a radius or with a combination of the aforementioned variants.
- a sealing surface is created in the channel 2 of the neck part 1, which corresponds to the execution of the outer surface 6 a of the plug 6.
- the processing of the inner surface 2i of the channel 2 via a rotating laser beam or loops.
- the outer surface 6a of the plug 6 is minimized in its function as a sealing surface so far that the escape of liquids is still prevented, however, the passage of gas molecules is possible.

- the holding element 7 is formed as a cap and consists essentially of a base plate 8 and a ring 9.
- the base plate 8 is according to the outer contour of the end 4 of the neck part 1 a disc, which is followed by a rounding of the ring 9.
- the holding element 7 and thus the base plate 8 is releasably secured to the neck part 1.
- the holding element 7 is preferably made of aluminum; it can also be made of plastic.
- the closure element 5 is designed as a rotary closure.
- the neck part 1 has on its outer peripheral surface 1 a a circumferential external thread 10 and the ring 9 of the closure element 5 on its inner peripheral surface 9 ii an internal thread 1 1.
- the base plate 8 of the closure element 5 minimally spaced a distance a from the top 6o of the plug 6.
- a cavity 12 is formed between the upper side 6o of the plug 6 and the inner side 8i of the base plate 8 of the closure element 5.
- the closure element 5 can thus absorb any shock loads limited and thus protect the plug 6.
- the base plate 8 is connected with its plug 6 facing the inside 8i via connecting elements 13 with the plug 6.
- adhesive is used, with which at least partially the cavity 12 is filled.
- the plug 6 is thus elastically connected to the base plate 8 of the closure element 5.
- FIG. 1 shows an annular bead of adhesive.
- the connecting element 13 is selected such that, when the bottle is opened, the dissolving forces are reliably transmitted from the closure element 5 to the stopper 6 and thus the stopper 6 is safely removed from the opening 3.
- the adhesive connection between the plug 6 and the holding element 7 is preferably made only when the bottle is closed.
- the bottle is closed with the stopper 6, then 5 adhesive is applied to the inside 8i of the base plate 8 of the closure element and then the holding element 7 is screwed or pressed.
- the closure element 5 is integrally formed by plastic deformation of the outer peripheral surface 1 a of the neck portion 1. In this case, however, mechanical pressure on the plug 6 is avoided.
- the adhesive reaches its final strength immediately after closure of the bottle. This is triggered or assisted by an adjusted pot life of the adhesive or by the activation of its solidification by light, heat or vibrations.
- the adhesive is applied in the edge region of the plug 6 or the base plate 8 of the closure element 5, so that mechanical forces on the center of the base plate 8 are not transferred directly from the adhesive to the plug 6, but the transmission is limited to the particularly stable edge region of the base plate 8.
- the upper surface 6o of the plug 6 is provided with a roughness which improves the adhesion of the adhesive.
- the adhesive can be chosen so that for recycling purposes, the plug 6 made of glass can be solved again by the retaining element 7, for example, an adhesive that dissolves when heated and / or in alkalis, use.
- a retaining ring 14 is fixed to the base plate 8 facing away from the end of the ring 9, with the closure element 5 is secured on the neck part 1 in the usual way.
- the retaining ring 14 is broken.
- the retaining ring 14 thus has the function of a tamper-evident feature.
- plug 6 clear or colored, to be provided with ornaments on one or more surfaces or within.
- a combination of ornaments and color can then serve as a coding or originality feature.
- FIG. 2 shows a cross section corresponding to FIG. 1 with a closure element 5 according to a second embodiment.
- the basic structure of the closure element 5 is consistent with the above, so reference is made to the description there.
- the main difference is the use of a seal adhesive 15 to secure the holding member 7 in the closed state of the bottle against unrecognized opening as a kind of proof of originality.
- the plug 6 has a lower height h than that of Figure 1.
- the base plate 8 has a central bore 16 and the ring 9 is shorter than that designed according to FIG.
- the sealant 15 can thus be introduced into the bore 16 and thus on the top 6o of the plug 6 and the adjacent inner edge of the base plate 8. From there, the seal adhesive 15 extends at least partially over the base plate 8 and the adjacent ring 9 until the outer peripheral surface 1 a of the holding part 1 is reached. After solidification of the Seal adhesive 15 thus the desired securing of the holding part 7 is achieved.
- imprinting a signature or graphic on the seal adhesive 15 the restoration of the seal can be made more difficult or a definable break line can be prepared, which makes a reclosure recognizable.
- the imprinting of a signature or graphic can induce a break line, which prevents a restoration of the seal with falling points.
- the shutter member 5 is described in connection with a bottle.
- this closure element 5 is also suitable to close other containers such as bottles.
- the closure element 5 can also be designed as a crown cap. In all cases, the closure element 5 is positively connected to the container, in particular the neck part 1 of a bottle.
