Claims (12)
- Système modulaire d'entraînement pour la construction d'un dispositif d'entraînement pour une machine de travail (1), en particulier une machine de formage, comprenant au moins les composants d'entraînement suivants :- une pluralité de raccords de machine de travail (2),- un nombre de transmissions (3) et- un nombre de moyens d'entraînement (4),- les composants d'entraînement étant prévus dans des formes de réalisation alternatives en termes de leurs propriétés techniques,- les composants d'entraînement du système modulaire d'entraînement étant configurés de telle sorte qu'un dispositif d'entraînement puisse être fabriqué par une combinaison quelconque des composants d'entraînement,- les raccords de machine de travail (2) du système modulaire d'entraînement étant chacun munis d'une bride de raccordement (12) pour la connexion à la transmission (3),- les transmissions (3) du système modulaire d'entraînement étant chacune munies d'une bride de raccordement (13) pour la connexion au raccord de machine de travail (2),- les raccords de machine de travail (2) du système modulaire d'entraînement étant munis de brides de raccordement identiques (12) pour la connexion à la transmission (3) et les transmissions (3) du système modulaire d'entraînement étant munies de brides de raccordement identiques (13) pour la connexion au raccord de machine de travail (2),- les transmissions (3) du système modulaire d'entraînement étant chacune munies d'une bride de raccordement (14) pour la connexion au moyen d'entraînement (4),- les moyens d'entraînement (4) du système modulaire d'entraînement étant chacun munis d'une bride de raccordement (15) pour la connexion à la transmission (3),- les transmissions (3) du système modulaire d'entraînement étant munies de brides de raccordement identiques (14) pour la connexion au moyen d'entraînement (4) et les moyens d'entraînement (4) du système modulaire d'entraînement étant munis de brides de raccordement identique (15) pour la connexion à la transmission (3).
- Système modulaire d'entraînement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on prévoit en tant que moyen d'entraînement (4) au choix au moins un moteur d'entraînement électrique ou un dispositif à volant d'inertie.
- Système modulaire d'entraînement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif à volant d'inertie muni d'un moyeu (5) et d'un volant d'inertie (6) est prévu.
- Système modulaire d'entraînement selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif à volant d'inertie présente une combinaison d'embrayage et de frein (7).
- Système modulaire d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs à volant d'inertie des moyens d'entraînement (4) du système modulaire d'entraînement se distinguent au moins par la masse du volant d'inertie (6).
- Système modulaire d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif à volant d'inertie est muni d'un moteur électrique (8).
- Système modulaire d'entraînement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le moteur d'entraînement électrique est un servomoteur ou un moteur-couple (9).
- Système modulaire d'entraînement selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le moteur d'entraînement électrique présente un frein (10).
- Système modulaire d'entraînement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les transmissions (3) du système modulaire d'entraînement se distinguent au moins par leurs rapports de démultiplication, de préférence au moins une transmission (3) étant pourvue d'un rapport de démultiplication de i=4 et une transmission (3) étant pourvue du rapport de démultiplication de i=6 en tant que partie du système modulaire d'entraînement.
- Système modulaire d'entraînement selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les transmissions (3) sont configurées au choix sous forme de transmissions à pignons droits ou de transmissions planétaires.
- Système modulaire d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le raccord de machine de travail (2) est une lanterne spécifique aux clients.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif d'entraînement pour une machine de travail (1), en particulier pour une machine de formage, comprenant au moins- un raccord de machine de travail (2),- une transmission (3), en particulier une transmission planétaire, et- un moyen d'entraînement (4),- s'agissant d'une combinaison des composants d'entraînement, en particulier d'un raccord de machine de travail (2), d'une transmission (3) et d'un moyen d'entraînement (4), constitué d'un système modulaire d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11,caractérisé en ce quea) un raccord de machine de travail (2) est sélectionné à partir du système modulaire d'entraînement,b) une transmission (3) est sélectionnée à partir du système modulaire d'entraînement,c) un moyen d'entraînement (4) est sélectionné à partir du système modulaire d'entraînement,d) le raccord de machine de travail (2), la transmission (3) et le moyen d'entraînement (4) sont connectés les uns aux autres par le biais des brides de raccordement.
