Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hochfrequenz Koaxialverbinder (1) mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Verbinderteil (2, 3). Der erste Verbinderteil (2) weist einen Aussenleiter (5) und einem gegenüber diesem mittels eines Isolators (6) gehaltenen Innenleiter (4) auf, der in einer Öffnung (11) des Isolators (6) angeordnet ist. Der Innenleiter (4) weist ein Endstück (8) auft, welches mit einer Verbindungshülse (10) elektrisch leitend wirkverbunden ist. Die Verbindungshülse (10) ist mit dem Isolator (6) über erste Wirkverbindungsmittel (12, 13) mechanisch wirkverbunden, so dass die Verbindungshülse (10) gegenüber dem Innenleiter (4) gekippt werden kann. Eine Axialverschiebung kann über die Wirkverbindung mit dem zweiten Verbinderteil (3) ermöglicht werden.

Description

HOCHFREQUENZ KOAXIALVERBINDER
Die vorliegende Erfindu ng betrifft einen Hochfrequenz Koaxialverbinder, respektive ein koaxiales Verbinderteil fü r einen Hochfrequenz Koaxialverbinder gemäss dem Oberbegriff des u nabhängigen Patentanspruchs.
Aus dem Stand der Technik sind diverse Hochfrequenz Koaxialverbinder zu r Wirkverbindu ng von Leiterplatten bekannt.
US4925403 wu rde 1 988 im Namen der Gilbert Engineering Co. hinterlegt. US'403 zeigt einen Koaxialverbinder bestehend aus zwei Verbinderteilen u nd einem zwischen diesen angeordneten Übergangsstück. Alle drei Verbinderteile weisen einen vergleichsweise komplizierten koaxialen Aufbau auf. Der Verbinder ist so aufgebaut, dass ein gewisser seitlicher Versatz kompensiert werden kann. Aufgrund des Aufbaus ist in axialer Richtu ng keine Kompensation möglich. Das Übergangsstück wird in das erste u nd das zweite Verbinderteil lösbar eingeschnappt.
EP0793299 wu rde 1 997 im Namen der Otto Du nkel GmbH hinterlegt. EP'299 zeigt einen Koaxialverbinder, welcher zu m gegenseitigen Verbinden von in parallel zueinander angeordneten Leiterplatten verlaufenden Leiterbahnen dient. Der Verbinder umfasst ebenfalls zwei Verbinderteile u nd ein Übergangsstück, welches in die Verbinderteile eingeschnappt werden kann. Gegenü ber dem Stand der Technik soll eine erhebliche Vereinfachu ng daraus resu ltieren, dass die Isolatoren der Verbinderteile einheitlich ausgestaltet werden.
US5980290 wu rde 1 998 im Namen der Fa. Radiall SA hinterlegt. US'290 befasst sich ebenfalls mit einem Koaxialverbinder. Der Verbinder besteht aus zwei koaxial aufgebauten Verbinderteilen, welche in Querrichtu ng eine gewisse Fehlstellu ng zu kompensieren vermö- gen. Die Verbinderteile weisen einen vergleichsweise komplizierten, kosten intensiven Aufbau auf.
EP1028490 wu rde 2000 im Namen der Fa. Radiall SA hinterlegt. EP'490 zeigt einen einteiligen Koaxialverbinder, welcher auf zu verbindende Platinen aufgelötet wird. Der Verbinder weist zwar einen einfachen Aufbau auf, kann aber nach der Montage nicht mehr gelöst werden.
WO0052788 wu rde 2000 im Namen derselben Anmelderin hinterlegt. WO'788 zeigt einen Koaxialverbinder mit zwei Verbinderteilen u nd einem zwischen diesen angeordneten Übergangsstück. Der Koaxialverbinder kann sowohl radiale als auch axiale Fehlstellu ngen kompensieren. Die Verbinderteile u nd das Übergangsstück werden du rch Schnappverbindu ngen miteinander gekoppelt. Kugelige Flächen ermöglichen das erforderliche Spiel.
EP1 207592 wu rde 2001 im Namen der Fa. Rosenberger hinterlegt. EP'592 zeigt einen Koaxialverbinder mit zwei Verbinderteilen u nd einem zwischen diesen angeordneten ebenfalls koaxial ausgebildeten Übergangsstück. Dieses ermöglicht es, dass sowohl in axialer als auch in radialer Richtu ng eine gewisse Kompensation möglich ist. Der Verbinder weist einen vergleichweise komplizierten Aufbau auf.
US20021 1 1057 wu rde 2002 im Namen der Fa. Harting hinterlegt. US'057 zeigt in einer Ausfü hru ngsform einen Mehrfachverbinder mit zwei Verbinderteilen, die allerdings keinen koaxialen Aufbau aufweisen. Eines der Verbinderteile weist mehrere Hü lsen auf, die zu m Konnektieren der Leiter dienen. Die Hü lsen sind in seitlicher Richtu ng in gewissem Mass beweglich u nd werden du rch ein äusseres Gehäuse gestützt. Der Verbinder eignet sich nicht zu m Übertragen von hohen Frequenzen. US2003060069 wu rde 2002 im Namen der Fa. Tyco hinterlegt. US'069 zeigt einen Koaxialverbinder zu m Wirkverbinden der Leiterbahnen von zwei parallel angeordneten Platinen. Der Verbinder besteht nu r aus einem Verbinderteil mit federnd angeordneten Verbindungsmitteln, welche direkt auf Leiterbahnen der einen Platine konnektieren. Aufgru nd der pu nktförmigen Verbindung kann nu r wenig Leistu ng ü bertragen werden.
Weiterhin sind aus folgenden Pu blikationen Koaxialverbinder bekannt, welche zu r Kompensation von gewissen Fehlstellungen geeignet sind: US2004038586A, US2007026698A, US2007251 808A, US20061 94465A, US2007004276A, CN2879475Y, US2008057782A, US2009149086A oder CN 101459304A. Alle Verbinder weisen einen vergleichsweise komplizierten Aufbau auf.
Eine Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, einen Verbinder zu zeigen mittels dem Hochfrequenz Steckverbindu ngen zwischen mehreren verstreuten Pu nkten auf einer Leiterplatte (PCB) u nd z.B. einer dazu parallelen Front eines Modu ls einfach u nd kostengü nstig hergestellt werden können. Eine weitere Aufgabe der Erfindu ng besteht darin, einen Verbinder zu zeigen, welcher Positionsu ngenau igkeiten auszugleichen vermag.
Diese Aufgabe wird du rch das in den u nabhängigen Patentansprüchen definierte koaxiale Verbinderteil, respektive den Hochfrequenz Koaxialverbinder gelöst.
I n einer Ausfü hrungsform besteht ein Hochfrequenz Koaxialverbinder aus einem ersten koaxialen Verbinderteil u nd einem damit wirkverbindbaren zweiten Verbinderteil. Das erste Verbinderteil so ausgestaltet, dass es in eine Frontplatte eines Gehäuses (Modu l) integriert werden kann. Pro erstem Verbinderteil wird an einer korrespondierenden Position ein Kontaktstift (zweiter Verbinderteil) auf einer Leiterplatte, z.B. du rch Löten befestigt. Der Kontaktstift kann auf einer Oberfläche der Leiterplatte befestigt oder du rch eine Bohru ng in der Leiterplatte hindu rch gesteckt u nd dann z.B. verlötet werden. I n einer Ausfü hru ngsform weist der erste Steckverbinder einen Isolator, einen stiftförmigen I nnenleiter u nd eine auf den I nnenleiter aufgesteckte Verbindu ngshü lse auf. Die Verbindu ngshü lse hat am hinteren Ende einen Flansch der in montiertem Zustand in einer Nut des Isolators gehalten wird.
Das leiterplattenseitige Ende des I nnenleiterstiftes ist so ausgestaltet, dass er eine gewisse seitliche Auslenku ng der kontaktierenden Buchse in einem definierten Bereich zu lässt. Mit Vorteil weist der I nnenleiter an seinem leiterplattenseitigen Ende einen kugelförmigen Endbereich auf, welcher im montierten Zustand in die Buchse hineinragt u nd diese entlang einer I nnenfläche elektrisch leitend kontaktiert. Je nach Anforderu ngen können anders geformte Endbereiche verwendet werden. Z.B. kann bei einer von einer Kugelform abweichenden Endfläche eine Rückstellkraft erzeugt werden, indem die federelastisch ausgebildete Verbindungshü lse bei einer Auslenku ng kontrolliert deformiert wird.
Isolator, I nnenleiterstift u nd Buchse können als vormontierte Baugru ppe in der Frontplatte z.B. du rch Einpressen befestigt werden. Die Frontplatte kann als Aussenleiter des Verbinders dienen. Als Hochfrequenzabschirmu ng zwischen Frontplatte u nd Leiterplatte wird mit Vorteil eine leitende EMI-Dichtung (Elektromagnetische I nterferenz) eingesetzt. I n einer Ausfü hrungsform wird diese Abschirmu ng ü berstehend in der Frontplatte eingelassen. Die EMI- Dichtu ng kontaktiert die Masse der Leiterplatte. I n wirkverbu ndenem Zustand wird die Abschirmu ng in axialer Richtu ng zusammengedrückt, abhängig vom Abstand zwischen Front- und Leiterplatte.
Aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Lösu ngen basieren in der Regel auf einem Steckverbinderpaar mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Verbinderteil, welche du rch ein koaxial aufgebautes Übergansstück miteinander wirkverbindbar sind. Sowohl die Verbinderteile als auch das Übergangsstück weisen einen koaxialen, häufig komplizierten Aufbau auf u nd sind damit vergleichsweise teuer. Andere aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Verbinder kontak- tieren die Leiterplatte ohne genügende HF-Abschirmung oder weisen einen ungenügenden Toleranzausgleich auf. Ein erfindungsgemässer Verbinder weist diese Nachteile nicht auf und beschränkt sich auf ein Minimum an Bauteilen.
In einer Ausführungsform umfasst der Koaxialverbinder ein erstes koaxiales Verbinderteil mit einem Aussenleiter und einem gegenüber diesem mittels eines Isolators gehaltenen Innenleiter. Der Innenleiter ist in einer Öffnung des Isolators angeordnet und weist ein Endstück auf, welches mit einer elektrisch leitfähig ausgestalteten Verbindungshülse elektrisch leitend wirkverbunden ist. Die Verbindungshülse ist mit dem Isolator über erste Wirkverbindungs- mittel mechanisch wirkverbunden. Die mechanische Wirkverbindung ist so ausgestaltet, dass die Verbindungshülse in seitlicher Richtung um einen Winkel α gekippt werden kann. Ein Längenausgleich in axialer Richtung (senkrecht zur gegenüberliegenden Leiterplatte) wird z.B. durch die Wirkverbindung mit einem zweiten, stiftförmigen Verbinderteil wie nachfolgend beschrieben ermöglicht.
Das erste Verbinderteil kann ein kugelförmig ausgebildetes Endstück aufweisen, welches in montiertem Zustand mit einer Innenfläche der Verbindungshülse zusammenwirkt. Das Wirk- verbindungsmittel kann aus einer an der Verbindungshülse ausgebildeten Verdickung und einer im Innern der Öffnung des Isolators angeordnete Nut bestehen, in welche die Verdickung im montierten Zustand eingreift. Die Verdickung und die Nut sind mit Vorteil so ausgestaltet, dass die Verbindungshülse in seitlicher Richtung bis zu einem gewissen Kippwinkel, resp. Auslenkwinkel, verkippt werden kann. Gute Resultate werden erzielt, wenn die Verdickung oberhalb des Endstückes angeordnet ist, da dadurch der mögliche Kippwinkel nicht negativ eingeschränkt wird. Bei Bedarf kann die Verbindungshülse Schlitze aufweisen, welche die Randbereiche elastisch machen, so dass die Verbindungshülse eingeschnappt werden kann. In einer Ausführungsform weist die Verbindungshülse einen nach innen gerichteten Vorsprung mit einer konisch ausgebildeten Leitfläche auf, die in eine Verbindungsöffnung mündet, welche zur Aufnahme eines stiftförmigen zweiten Verbinderteils geeignet ist. Der Aussenleiter kann eine Kontaktfläche aufweisen, welche zum Kontaktieren einer Leiterbahn auf einer Leiterplatte dienen kann. Alternativ oder in Ergänzung kann der Aussenleiter mit einer elektrisch leitenden Dichtung wirkverbunden sein, welche zum Kontaktieren einer Leiterbahn auf einer Leiterplatte dient. Der erfindungsgemässe Verbinder bietet eine gute Hochfrequenz-Abschirmung und erlaubt es gleichzeitig, Positionsungenauigkeiten in axialer und radialer Richtung auszugleichen. In einer Ausführungsform des Koaxialverbinders, welcher zur Überbrückung einer Distanz von 9 mm zwischen einer Leiterplatte (PCB) und einer Cerä- tefrontplatte geeignet ist, kann ein Axialversatz von bis zu 1 mm, sowie ein Radialversatz von bis zu 0.5 mm kompensiert werden. Bei entsprechender Ausgestaltung sind andere Bereiche möglich. Der erfindungsgemässe Verbinder eignet sich besonders für eine kostengünstige "schwimmende" Anbindung von Hochfrequenz-Komponenten auf eine Leiterkarte. Auf der Leiterkarte muss in der Regel lediglich ein einfacher Innenleiterstift angelötet werden. Die Hochfrequenzabschirmung kann optimal gewährleistet werden, auch wenn es geometrische Fluchtabweichungen zwischen den zu kontaktierenden Elementen gibt. In einem Anwendungsgebiet wird ein Filter direkt mit einer Platine eines Duplexers in einer Mobilfun kbasisstation wirkverbunden.
Anhand der nachfolgenden Figuren werden Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung beschrieben. Es zeigen
Fig.1 eine erste Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemässen Koaxialverbinders in einer perspektivischen Darstellung von schräg oben; den Koaxialverbinder gemäss Figur 1 in einer Explosionsdarstellung; Fig. 3 den Koaxialverbinder gemäss Figu r 1 in montiertem Zustand;
Fig. 4 den Koaxialverbinder gemäss Figu r 1 in einer Seitenansicht;
Fig. 5 eine Schnittdarstellu ng du rch den Koaxialverbinder entlang der Schnittlinie AA gemäss Figu r 4;

Figur 1 zeigt eine erste Ausfü hru ngsform eines erfindu ngsgemässen Koaxialverbinders 1 in einer perspektivischen Darstellu ng von schräg oben. Figur 2 zeigt denselben Koaxialverbinder 1 in einer Explosionsdarstellu ng. Figur 3 zeigt den Koaxialverbinder 1 in montiertem Zustand. Figur 4 zeigt den Koaxialverbinder 1 in einer Seitenansicht u nd Figur 5 zeigt den Koaxialverbinder 1 in einer Schnittdarstellu ng entlang der Schnittlinie AA. Figur 6 zeigt eine zweite Ausfü hru ngsform eines erfindu ngsgemässen Koaxialverbinders 1 in einer Seitenansicht u nd Figur 7 zeigt den Koaxialverbinder 1 in einer Schnittdarstellu ng entlang der Schnittlinie BB. I n den einzelnen Ausfü hrungsformen sind sich entsprechende Bereiche mit denselben Bezugszeichen versehen.
I n den Figuren 1 u nd 2 ist der Koaxialverbinder 1 aufgeschnitten dargestellt, damit das I nnenleben des Koaxialverbinders 1 besser sichtbar wird.
Der Koaxialverbinder 1 besteht aus einem ersten Verbinderteil 2 u nd einem zweiten Verbinderteil 3. Der erste Verbinderteil 2 wird z.B. an einem Gehäuse befestigt oder ist in dieses integriert. Je nach Anwendu ngsgebiet kann der erste Verbinderteil 2 auch so ausgestaltet werden, dass er auf einer Leiterplatte befestigt werden kann.
Der erste Verbinderteil 2 weist einen I nnenleiter 4, einen Aussenleiter 5, sowie einen Isolator
6 auf. Der Isolator 6 dient zu r Halteru ng u nd Positionieru ng des I nnenleiters 4 gegenü ber dem Aussenleiter 5 (teilweise geschnitten dargestellt). Der I nnenleiter 4 wird von oben her (z-Richtu ng) bis zu einem Anschlag in den Isolator 5 eingepresst. Der Isolator 5 ist in der gezeigten Darstellu ng von u nten her in den Aussenleiter 6 eingepresst. Andere Befestigu ngsarten u nd Aufbauten sind bei Bedarf möglich. I n der gezeigten Ausfü hru ngsform gemäss den Figuren 1 -5 ist der Aussenleiter 6 Teil eines Gehäuses 18 einer nu r schematisch dargestellten grösseren Vorrichtu ng. Der Aussenleiter 6 ist vorstehend ausgebildet. Er ragt du rch eine Öffnung 22 einer Abschirmung 21 hindu rch, welche auf einer Platine 14 angeordnet ist. Wie in Figur 3 gezeigt, kann der Aussenleiter 5 auch als separates Teil ausgebildet sein, das sich z.B. du rch Einpressen oder Löten zu m Wirkverbinden mit einem Gehäuse und/oder einer Leiterplatte eignet.
Am u nteren, platinenseitigen Ende des Aussen leiters 5 ist hier eine Dichtu ng (EMI Dichtu ng)
7 befestigt. Die Dichtu ng 7 besteht aus elektrisch leitendem Material u nd bildet eine elektrisch leitende Wirkverbindu ng zwischen dem Aussenleiter 6 u nd Leiterbahnen (nicht näher dargestellt) der Platine 14. Bei Bedarf kann die Dichtu ng 7 aus deformierbarem Material hergestellt sein, welches bei einer vergleichsweise geringen Kontaktkraft eine gut leitfähige Verbindung bildet. Ein weiterer Vorteil besteht darin, dass die Dichtung eine Abschirmu ng des I nnenlebens gegen äussere Einflüsse ermöglicht. Je nach Anwendu ngsgebiet kann der Aussenleiter 5 auch direkt mit den Leiterbahnen der Platine 14 in Wirkverbindu ng treten.
Der I nnenleiter 2 weist ein Endstück 8 mit einer hier kugelförmigen Endfläche 9 auf, welche in montiertem Zustand in eine Verbindu ngshü lse 1 0 eingreift u nd mit dieser elektrisch lei- tend in Kontakt steht. Je nach Anwendungsgebiet kann die Endfläche 9 auch eine von einer Kugelfläche abweichende Ausgestaltung aufweisen, sofern die seitliche Bewegung nicht negativ beeinträchtigt wird.
Der Isolator 6 weist eine axial durchgehende Öffnung 11 auf, in welcher die Verbindungshülse 10 angeordnet ist. Die Öffnung 11 weist einen Hinterschnitt 12 (umlaufende Nut) auf, in welchen eine am hinteren Ende der Verbindungshülse 10 angeordnete, radial nach aussen vorstehende Verdickung 13 eingeschnappt ist. Die umlaufende Nut 12 und die Verdickung 13 bilden gemeinsam erste Wirkverbindungsmittel. Der Hinterschnitt 11 ist in der gezeigten Ausführungsform oberhalb eines Zentrums 25 der kugelförmigen Endfläche 9 angeordnet, wodurch eine feste mechanische Kopplung und eine guter maximaler Auslenkwinkel erreicht wird. Gegen das untere Ende hin weitet sich die Öffnung 11 trichterförmig auf, so dass die Verbindungshülse 10 - wie in Figur 5 dargestellt - in seitlicher Richtung um einen Auslenkwinkel α auslenkbar ist. Die Öffnung 11 ist in der gezeigten Ausführungsform so ausgestaltet, dass sie die Verbindungshülse 10 bei maximaler Auslenkung seitlich stützt. Der Flansch 13 und der Hinterschnitt 12 sind so ausgebildet, dass sie dem Verkippen der Verbindungshülse 10 nicht ungewollt entgegenwirken.
Die Verbindungshülse 10 wirkt in wirkverbundenem Zustand (vgl. Figuren 1, 3 und 5) mit einem Kontaktstift 3 (zweites Verbinderteil) zusammen, der auf einer dem Gehäuse 18 gegenüberliegenden Platine 14 z.B. durch Auflöten (Variante gemäss Figur 5) oder Durchstecken und Verlöten (Variante gemäss Figuren 1-3) befestigt wird. In der gezeigten Ausführungsform weist die Verbindungshülse 10 am unteren Ende einen nach innen gerichteten Vorsprung 15 auf, der eine Kontaktöffnung 16 bildet vor der eine trichterförmige Leitfläche 17 angeordnet ist. Der Kontaktstift 3 greift in wirkverbundenem Zustand in die Kontaktfläche 16 ein und bildet mit dieser eine elektrisch leitende Verbindung. Die Leitfläche 17 hilft dabei die Verbindungshülse 10 gegenüber dem Kontaktstift 3 auch bei einem gewissen seitlichen Versatz in die richtige Position zu bringen. Die Verbindungshülse 10 ist in entlang des Kontaktstiftes 3 verschiebbar angeordnet, so dass ein axialer Längenausgleich (z- Richtung) möglich ist. Der maximal mögliche axiale Längenausgleich wird u. a. durch die Länge des Kontaktstiftes, sowie der Ausgestaltung der Kontakthülse 10 bestimmt.
Damit die Verdickung 13 am hinteren Ende der Verbindungshülse 10 in die umlaufende Nut 12 eingeschnappt werden kann, weist die Verbindungshülse 10 erste Schlitze 23 auf, welche dafür sorgen, dass das hintere Ende beim Einschnappen federelastisch deformiert werden kann. Am vorderen Ende weist die Verbindungshülse 10 zweite Schlitze 24 auf, die dafür sorgen, dass das vordere Ende der Verbindungshülse 10 im Bereich der Kontaktöffnung 16 elastisch federnd aufgeweitet werden kann, so dass der Kontaktstift 3 in diese eingeschoben werden kann.
Der Innenleiter 4, der Aussenleiter 5, sowie die Verbindungshülse 10 sind bevorzugt als Drehteile (Decolletage-Teile) aus Metall hergestellt.
Die Ausführungsform gemäss den Figuren 6 und 7 weist vom Prinzip her denselben Aufbau auf wie die Ausführungsform gemäss den Figuren 1-5. Bezüglich der allgemeinen Beschreibung wird auf die entsprechenden Ausführungen verwiesen. Wie in der Schnittdarstellung gemäss Figur 7 zu erkennen ist, sind in der zweiten Ausführungsform zwei EMI-Dichtungen 7 vorhanden, welche den Aussenleiter 5 mit der Platine über eine Aussenleiterhülse 26 wirkverbinden. In der gezeigten Ausführungsform sind die beiden EMI-Dichtungen 7 und die Aussenleiterhülse 24 mit der Platine 14 verklebt und bleiben beim Lösen des ersten Verbinderteils an dieser haften. Bei Bedarf sind andere Trennungen sind möglich. Z.B. können die obere Dichtung 7, sowie die Aussenleiterhülse 24 am ersten Verbinderteil 1 haften bleiben. In einer weiteren Ausführungsform können beide Dichtungen 7 und die Aussenleiterhülse 24 beim Lösen des ersten Verbinderteils 2 vom zweiten Verbinderteil 3 am ersten Verbinder- teil 2 haften bleiben. Der Isolator 6 wird durch eine hier ringförmige Halterung 27 im Aussen leiter 5 fixiert.
Ein weiterer Unterschied besteht darin, dass der Isolator 6 eine kürzere Ausgestaltung aufweist. Die Verbindungshülse 10 ist in seitlicher Richtung um einen Auslenkwinkel α aus- lenkbar. Sie wird bei maximaler Auslenkung durch die Seitenwand der trichterförmigen Öffnung 11 seitlich gestützt. Der gezeigte Verbinder 1 ist so ausgestaltet, dass ein seitlicher Versatz (radiale Richtung xy-Ebene) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Verbinderteil 2, 3 von bis zu 0.6 mm und in axialer Richtung (z-Richtung) vom 1mm problemlos kompensiert werden kann.

Claims

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Koaxiales Verbinderteil (2) mit einem Aussenleiter (5) und einem gegenüber diesem mittels einem Isolator (6) gehaltenen Innenleiter (4), der in einer Öffnung (11) des Isolators (6) angeordnet ist und ein Endstück (8) aufweist, welches mit einer Verbindungshülse (10) elektrisch leitend wirkverbunden ist und wobei die Verbindungshülse (10) mit dem Isolator (6) über erste Wirkverbindungsmittel (12, 13) mechanisch wirkverbunden ist, so dass die Verbindungshülse (10) gegenüber dem Innenleiter (4) um einen Kippwinkel α gekippt werden kann.
2. Koaxiales Verbinderteil (2) gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endstück (8) kugelförmig ausgebildet ist und in montiertem Zustand mit einer Innenfläche (19) der Verbindungshülse (10) zusammenwirkt.
3. Koaxiales Verbinderteil (2) gemäss einem der vorangehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Wirkverbindungsmittel (12, 13) durch eine an der Verbindungshülse (10) ausgebildete Verdickung (13) und einer im Innern der Öffnung (11) des Isolators angeordnete Nut (12) gebildet werden, in welche die Verdickung (13) im montierten Zustand eingreift.
4. Koaxiales Verbinderteil (2) gemäss Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verdickung (13) in axialer Richtung (z) oberhalb eines Zentrums des Endstückes (8) angeordnet ist.
5. Koaxiales Verbinderteil (2) gemäss einem der vorangehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (11) im Isolator (6) so ausgestaltet ist, dass die Verbindungshülse (10) bei einem maximalem Kippwinkel α durch die Innenwand der Öffnung (11) seitlich gestützt ist.
6. Koaxiales Verbinderteil (2) gemäss einem der vorangehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungshülse (10) einen nach innen gerichteten Vorsprung (15), welcher eine Kontaktöffnung (16) bildet und eine konisch ausgebildeten Leitfläche (17) aufweist, welche zur Aufnahme eines stiftförmigen zweiten Verbinderteils (3) geeignet ist.
7. Koaxiales Verbinderteil (2) gemäss einem der vorangehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aussenleiter (5) eine Kontaktfläche aufweist, welche zum Kontaktieren einer Leiterbahn auf einer Leiterplatte dient.
8. Koaxiales Verbinderteil (2) gemäss einem der vorangehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aussenleiter (5) mit einer elektrisch leitenden Dichtung (7) wirkverbunden ist, welche zum Kontaktieren einer Leiterbahn auf einer Leiterplatte (14) dient.
9. Koaxialverbinder (1) mit einem ersten Verbinderteil (2) gemäss einem der vorangehenden Patentansprüche und einem zweiten Verbinderteil (3), welches zur Wirkverbindung mit dem ersten Verbinderteil geeignet ist.
10. Koaxialverbinder gemäss Patentanspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Verbinderteil (3) stiftförmig ausgebildet ist.
11. Koaxialverbinder gemäss Patentanspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Verbinderteil (3) in die Kontaktöffnung (16) eingreift und gegenüber dieser in axialer Richtung (z) verschiebbar ist.
