Claims (12)

  1. Procédé d'élimination d'un résidu à base d'isocyanate d'un substrat, selon lequel le résidu est dissous du substrat avec un mélange comprenant un polyol, une base inorganique et une amine, le polyol étant choisi dans le groupe constitué par le propanediol, le butanediol, le pentanediol ou l'hexanediol, et les deux groupes hydroxyle de ce polyol étant reliés à des atomes de carbone voisins.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mélange est constitué de 10 à 50, de préférence de 15 à 35 et de manière particulièrement préférée de 20 à 30 pour cent en poids de l'amine.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'amine est une amine primaire ou une amine secondaire, et de préférence une amine primaire.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'amine comprend au moins un groupe hydroxyle.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'amine est la monoéthanolamine.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le mélange est constitué de 40,00 à 89,99, de préférence de 60,00 à 84,90 et de manière particulièrement préférée de 68,00 à 79,50 pour cent en poids du polyol.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la base inorganique est un hydroxyde alcalin, un hydroxyde alcalino-terreux ou l'hydroxyde d'ammonium.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la base inorganique est choisie dans le groupe constitué par LiOH, NaOH, KOH et de manière particulièrement préférée KOH.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le mélange est constitué de 0,01 à 10, de préférence de 0,1 à 5 et de manière particulièrement préférée de 0,5 à 2,0 pour cent en poids de la base inorganique.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le mélange ne contient pas de substances toxiques, ni de substances cancérogènes, mutagènes, toxiques pour la reproduction (substances CMR).
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le mélange présente une température de 100 à 250 °C et de préférence de 120 à 180 °C.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le résidu comprend un polymère de polyuréthane ou en est constitué.
