Dispositif (10) destiné à influencer le mouvement d'ouverture et/ou de fermeture d'un battant de porte ou d'un vantail de fenêtre, avec un bras coulissant pouvant être agencé entre le battant ou le vantail et un cadre fixe, ledit bras étant disposé d'une part de façon fixe en rotation au niveau du battant ou du vantail ou au niveau du cadre et étant guidé d'autre part à l'aide d'un coulisseau (12) du dispositif (10) dans un rail coulissant du dispositif (10) disposé au niveau du cadre et/ou au niveau du battant ou du vantail, ainsi qu'avec des moyens (14) réglables de façon variable intégrés dans le rail coulissant ou associés à lui pour réaliser l'amortissement du mouvement d'ouverture et/ou le ralentissement du mouvement de fermeture du battant ou du vantail, les moyens (14) d'amortissement d'ouverture et/ou de ralentissement de fermeture comprenant un carter (16), un piston (20) disposé dans une chambre de logement (18) du carter (16) et un doigt d'entraînement (22) interagissant avec le coulisseau (12) et couplé au piston (20), ledit doigt pouvant être amené en prise avec le coulisseau (12) pendant une phase prédéfinissable du mouvement d'ouverture et/ou de fermeture du battant ou du vantail, caractérisé en ce que le doigt d'entraînement (22) est guidé de telle sorte qu'il ne soit pas en prise avec le coulisseau dans une première phase du mouvement d'ouverture et/ou de fermeture du battant ou du vantail, qu'il soit en prise avec le coulisseau (12) pendant la phase prédéfinissable du mouvement d'ouverture et/ou de fermeture du battant ou du vantail et qu'il libère le coulisseau (12) pendant le mouvement d'ouverture et/ou de fermeture restant suivant et le doigt d'entraînement (22) étant couplé au piston (20) par l'intermédiaire d'une tige de piston (26) articulée d'une part au doigt d'entraînement (22) et d'autre part au piston (20).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le doigt d'entraînement (22) est guidé dans un guide à coulisse (24) du carter (16) de telle sorte qu'il soit en prise avec le coulisseau (12) pendant la phase prédéfinissable du mouvement d'ouverture et/ou de fermeture du battant ou du vantail et qu'il libère le coulisseau (12) pendant le mouvement d'ouverture et/ou de fermeture restant.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que le piston (20) est réalisé sans soupape de retenue pour la formation d'une chambre d'amortissement (28) respective sur les deux côtés du piston.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que le piston (20) est pourvu d'une soupape de retenue pour la formation d'une chambre d'amortissement (28) sur un des deux côtés du piston et pour la formation d'une chambre sans pression sur le côté opposé du piston.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une soupape d'étranglement est associée à la chambre d'amortissement (28) respective.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une unité de ressort sollicitant le doigt d'entraînement (22) ou le piston (20) pour soutenir notamment le mouvement de fermeture du battant ou du vantail.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une chambre d'amortissement (28) et notamment une chambre sans pression sont prévues sur les côtés opposés l'un par rapport à l'autre du piston (20) et qu'une unité de ressort de rappel (36) est disposée dans la chambre d'amortissement (28), ladite unité étant tendue pendant la phase prédéfinissable du mouvement d'ouverture ou de fermeture du battant ou du vantail pendant laquelle le doigt d'entraînement (22) d'amortissement d'ouverture et/ou de ralentissement de fermeture est en prise avec le coulisseau (12), pour rappeler juste après le doigt d'entraînement après la libération réussie du coulisseau (12).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de ressort de rappel (36) comprend un ressort de pression.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le doigt d'entraînement (22) est articulé de façon à pouvoir pivoter au niveau d'un patin (40) guidé dans le carter (16) et est pourvu d'une rampe inclinée (42) interagissant avec une butée (44) fixée au carter pour faire pivoter le doigt d'entraînement (22) dans une position de libération juste après la phase prédéfinissable du mouvement d'ouverture et/ou de fermeture du battant ou du vantail en vue de libérer le coulisseau (12).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le doigt d'entraînement (22) est couplé au piston (20) via une tige de piston (26) articulée d'une part au patin (40) et d'autre part au piston (20).
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des moyens (48) intégrés dans le rail coulissant ou associés à lui pour ralentir davantage dans le temps ou interrompre brièvement le mouvement de fermeture du battant ou du vantail.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (48) de ralentissement supplémentaire dans le temps du mouvement de fermeture du battant ou du vantail comprennent une clavette d'encliquetage (50) à l'aide de laquelle le coulisseau (12) est maintenu après sa libération par le doigt d'entraînement (20) juste après la phase prédéfinissable du mouvement de fermeture du battant ou du vantail jusqu'à ce que la position de rappel du doigt d'entraînement (22) induite par l'unité de ressort de rappel (36) disposée et notamment comprimée dans la chambre d'amortissement soit au moins pour l'essentiel opérée.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la clavette d'encliquetage (50) peut coulisser dans le carter (16) transversalement à la direction de déplacement du piston (20) et est traversée par la tige de piston (26), la tige de piston (26) possédant une section (52) d'une section transversale davantage réduite alignée avec la clavette d'encliquetage (50) au niveau de l'extrémité de la position de rappel du doigt d'entraînement (22), de sorte que la clavette d'encliquetage (50) puisse être déplacée à travers le coulisseau (12) en vue de libérer le coulisseau (12) hors de sa position de maintien.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une soupape de surpression (62) et une soupape de régulation (64) sont associées à une chambre d'amortissement (28) respective connexe au piston (20), la soupape de régulation (64) contenant de façon préférée une mousse à pores ouverts comprimée par une vis ou son équivalent.
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le doigt d'entraînement (22) peut être détaché du piston et/ou de la tige de piston pour la désactivation de la de l'amortissement d'ouverture et/ou du ralentissement de fermeture et peut être déplacé dans une position neutre (56) dans laquelle il n'est plus en prise avec le coulisseau (12).
