Definitions

  • the EP 1 346 114 discloses a post-and-beam construction in which support profiles are provided which have a screw groove in the center in order to fix a pressure strip via screws.
  • the screw groove protrudes into a space between the end faces of adjacent filling elements. Drainage channels are formed adjacent to the screw groove and are delimited on the side facing away from the screw groove by a groove for fixing a sealing strip.
  • This construction has proven itself, but the formation of a screw groove with adjacent drainage channels leads to a greater width of the support profiles.
  • the screw groove protrudes from the support profile and therefore a safety distance must be provided between the end faces of the filling elements and the screw groove.
  • the WO 2005/035901 A1 discloses a framework for a facade, in which a groove is provided on a profile beam, into each of which a head of a threaded pin is inserted.
  • a clamping washer is clamped onto the outside of glass panes via a nut, in order to fix them in a clamping manner between sealing strips.
  • the head of the threaded pin is essentially positively received in the groove, so that the threaded pins can be shifted, but not pivoted about an axis parallel to the longitudinal direction of the groove.
  • the DE 38 12 223 A1 discloses a support structure made of mullion and transom profiles with an undercut groove on which the heads of fastening screws and steel profiles are inserted in order to fasten a pressure strip.
  • the term "displaceable" does not refer to the finished post-and-beam construction after final assembly, since the fastening means then presses the pressure strip against the filling element and the components are rigidly fixed. Rather, the fastening means can be moved along the groove with the head section during assembly, in order to position the at least one fastening means in the desired position on the support profile. In the case of longer support profiles, in particular, several fasteners are used that have to be positioned at certain intervals so that they can be moved along the groove to facilitate assembly.
  • the fastening element has a bolt that is connected to the head section. Tensile forces can then be transmitted between the head section and the pressure strip via the bolt in order to pretension them towards the support profile.
  • the bolt is fixed on the head section, which is held in a preassembled position in a pivotable manner on the groove of the support profile. As a result, the bolt can be pivoted about an axis parallel to the longitudinal direction of the groove during assembly of the glass pane, which reliably avoids damage if the bolt and the glass pane come into contact, since the bolt can be flexibly moved to the side.
  • an elastic or resilient element is provided on the at least one fastening means in order to fix the at least one fastening means on the support profile.
  • Such an elastic or resilient element enables the fastening means to be pre-fixed in such a way that it is displaced along the groove and then held in the desired position via the elastic or resilient element. Even with obliquely or vertically arranged support profiles, it is thus possible to align the fastening means in the desired position and then pre-fix it via the elastic or resilient element before the final fixation takes place after the filling elements and the pressure strip have been installed.
  • the elastic or resilient element preferably pretensions the bolt in an erect position perpendicular to the plane of the filling elements.
  • the bolt can then be pivoted back into the upright position via the elastic or resilient element.
  • the bolt can be locked in a pivoted position in order to be able to mount a filling element more easily. After unlatching from the pivoted position, the bolt is then automatically aligned into the upright position via the elastic or resilient element.
  • the head section is preferably made of metal in order to be able to transmit high forces.
  • On the head section or a bolt of the fastening element can then be held an elastic material, in particular made of a foam or an elastomer.
  • an elastic material in particular made of a foam or an elastomer.
  • the head section can be essentially prismatic, preferably cuboid, with the longitudinal extension of the cuboid preferably running parallel to the longitudinal direction of the groove so that tilting of the head section can be reliably avoided.
  • the elastic or resilient element is preferably arranged on the side facing away from and / or facing the bolt on a head section.
  • the fastening means can then be displaced along the groove by pressing the bolt against the groove, which simplifies handling.
  • the elastic element can be arranged circumferentially, like a sealing ring or a sealing band, around the head section.
  • the elastic element can be arranged in the form of a sealing cord or a foam strip in the longitudinal direction in the groove bottom of the groove.
  • an elastic or resilient element can be held displaceably on a bolt of the fastening means.
  • the displaceable element can then be displaced along the bolt after the fastening means has been positioned, in order to fix the fastening means in a clamping manner on the support profile.
  • At least one recess is provided on the groove on the support profile, at which the head section can be inserted into the groove. Because the groove is undercut and engages behind the head section with webs. By training one or more recesses in which the after inwardly directed webs of the groove are left out, the head section can be easily mounted.
  • the support profiles have a central groove for the fastening means and, adjacent to the central groove, a groove for fixing sealing strips which can be arranged directly adjacent to the central groove, the groove walls of the grooves being essentially the same height exhibit.
  • the support profile can be designed to be particularly compact and an interspace between the filling elements can be optimally designed for high thermal insulation via an insulating element.
  • the grooves offset in the support profile for example a central groove for the fastening means can protrude over the two adjacent grooves for fixing sealing strips. Especially when different support profiles are used in a post-and-rail construction, different drainage levels can then be formed more easily.
  • the head section is preferably connected to the bolt in order to pretension the pressure strip towards the support profile.
  • the bolt can then be fixable in a clamping or latching manner in an inclined position which is not aligned perpendicular to a plane of the filling elements. As a result, the bolt can be aligned precisely inclined, for example, to facilitate the assembly of a filling element.
  • a threaded section of a fastening means is passed through an opening in a pressure strip, the pressure strip being clamped in place by a nut to fix at least one filling element.
  • the fastening means can be set in the outer area by unscrewing the nut, while only a head section is inserted into the groove on the opposite side of the support profile, so that the head section only has to be secured against being pulled out of the groove, which is for example by means of a undercut formation of the groove is made possible, in which webs projecting inward are provided on the groove walls.
  • the support profile can be made particularly compact on the outside, which can also improve the thermal insulation.
  • the pressure strip preferably extends essentially over the entire length of the support profile. Then the pressure strip can be fixed to the support profile using several fastening means.
  • the openings on the pressure bar are at least partially designed as elongated holes that have a longitudinal extension parallel to the longitudinal direction of the groove of the support strip.
  • At least one recess for inserting a head section of a fastening means is provided on the groove on the support profile.
  • the groove By inserting a head section into the groove, the groove can be made comparatively short, since the head section is only inserted into the groove and is engaged from behind, so that the head section is secured against being pulled out.
  • the screw connection is made on the outside using a nut that is screwed onto a threaded section.
  • the support profile can be made particularly narrow and flat, and the assembly can also take place flexibly, since the fastening means can be freely positioned along the groove.
  • a recess is produced in the groove of the support profile for inserting the head section. Since the groove is undercut, the production of a recess in which at least the inwardly protruding webs on the groove are shortened or cut off can facilitate the insertion of a head section at one or more points of the support profile.
  • markings for aligning the fastening means can be applied to the support profile.
  • an even pressure should be applied so that the fastening means are preferably positioned and fixed at regular intervals.
  • Appropriate markings can be applied to the support profile to facilitate assembly.
  • a post-and-rail construction 1 comprises a support profile 2, which can be designed as a post or rail and is mounted, for example, on a facade, a light roof or a sloping roof.
  • the support profile 2 has two parallel grooves 3 on an outside, which surround a central groove 4.
  • a sealing strip 5 is held on each groove 3 in order to support an edge of a filling element 6 in the form of an insulating glass pane.
  • the filling element 6 is fixed on an outside by outer sealing strips 7, which are held by a pressure strip 8.
  • the pressure strip 8 is fixed to the support profile 2 via one or more fastening means 10 and, as a result, the filling elements 6 are clamped between the sealing strips 5 and 7.
  • a fastening means 10 fixed to the support profile 2 comprises a head section 11 which is received in the groove 4 and held in a displaceable manner.
  • the groove 4 is formed undercut and comprises webs 40 protruding inward on the groove walls, which engage behind the head section 11 so that it cannot be pulled out of the groove 4.
  • the head section 11 is essentially prismatic [cuboid] and can be displaced along the groove 4 until the fastening means 10 is arranged in the desired position. Then the further assembly can take place. It is also possible to design the head section 11 in such a way that it protrudes partially from the groove 4 and is not completely received within the groove 4.
  • a bolt 12 which is firmly connected to the head section 11 and which is formed with a threaded section 13 in the area of the pressure strip 8.
  • the bolt 12 can be fixed to the head section 11 by means of a thread, gluing, welding or other fastening techniques.
  • a nut 14 is fixed to the threaded section 13 in order to clamp the pressure strip 8 towards the support profile 2.
  • a cover profile 18 is snapped on.
  • a strip-shaped insulating element 15 can be provided in the space between adjacent end edges of the filling elements 6.
  • the insulating element 15 has two protruding arms 16, which extend essentially parallel to the plane of the filling elements 6 and are clamped with one end section between the sealing strip 7 and an outside of the filling elements 6.
  • a web extends essentially at right angles from the arms 16 to the support profile 2, on the end side of which projections 17 are formed which can also be elastic for a tolerance compensation with regard to the width of the gap between the filling elements 6.
  • the space between the filling elements 6 can be thermally insulated, wherein the insulating element 15 can assume a variety of shapes.
  • an elastic element 20 is provided on the head section 11 on the side facing away from the pressure strip 8, for example a strip that is glued on or pushed into a contour (not shown) a foam, an elastomer, a plastic or other material.
  • the head section 11 can be clamped in the groove 4 via the elastic element 20, so that after the fastening means 10 has been moved in the desired position, the fastening means 12 is held pre-fixed by the clamping forces, even if the support profile 2 is inclined or vertically aligned. It is also possible to dispense with the elastic element 20 on the head section 11 or to provide other means for the clamping fixation of the head section 11 of the fastening means 10, for example an element pretensioned by a spring.
  • FIG. 1B the mullion and transom construction 1 is shown during assembly.
  • Filling elements 6 are already attached to the support profile 2 and bear against the sealing strips 5 at the edge.
  • Bolts 12 of the fastening means 10 protrude between opposite end edges of the filling elements 6, with a threaded section 13 being formed on the protruding section of the bolts 12.
  • the insulating elements 15, which are designed in the form of strips and are optionally placed on the bolts 12 or mounted in individual sections between the bolts 12, are currently being mounted.
  • several strip-shaped projections 17 are formed on the web between the filling elements 6 instead of just one projection 17 in FIG. 1A, so that the space between the filling elements 6 is divided into several chambers, which improves the thermal insulation.
  • the pressure strip 8 After the insulation elements 15 have been installed, the pressure strip 8, on which sealing strips 7 have already been provided, is installed.
  • the pressure strip 8 has openings 22 in the form of elongated holes at a distance x which essentially corresponds to the distance x between two fastening means 10.
  • the pressure strip 8 can have a plurality of openings 22 over the entire length, for example with a length between 0.5 m to 5 m, through which the threaded sections 13 are inserted.
  • the design as an elongated hole makes it easier to compensate for tolerances with regard to the positioning of the fastening means 10.
  • the nuts 14 can be screwed onto the threaded sections 13 in order to fix the pressure strip 8.
  • the mullion and transom construction 1 is explained in more detail only with regard to the support profile 2 and the fastening means 10, the remaining components with regard to the filling elements 6, sealing strips 5 and 7 and the pressure strip 8 are identical to those in Figure 1 can be formed.
