Claims (10)
- Gasbrenner mit mindestens zwei Flammenringen, bestehend aus:- einem Injektorhalter (6), der mit einem einzelnen vertikalen Injektor (22) verse-hen ist, der zentral auf der Basis des Injektorhalters (6) angeordnet ist,- einem Flammenteiler (4) mit einer äußeren Kammer (26) einer insgesamt ring-förmigen Entwicklung und einer inneren Kammer (28) einer insgesamt kreisför-migen Entwicklung, zwischen denen ein ringförmiger Hohlraum (29) angeordnet ist,- einem Deckel (8),und in dem Gasbrenner:- umfasst der Flammenteiler (4) an seinem unteren Teil Auflagemittel (30, 23) des Flammenteilers an dem Injektorhalter (6, 12) und dessen Verbindung damit,- umfasst die innere kreisförmige Kammer (28) des Flammenteilers (4) einen ein-zelnen im Wesentlichen vertikalen Kanal (46), der dem einzelnen vertikalen In-jektor (22) des Injektorhalters (6) zugewandt ist, wobei sich die im Wesentlichen vertikale Leitung (46) in eine radiale Kammer (47) für einen Venturi-Effekt öffnet, die in der inneren Kammer (28) des Flammenteilers (4) definiert und oberseitig durch den zentralen scheibenförmigen Abschnitt (54) des Deckels (8) begrenzt ist,- umfasst der Flammenteiler (4) mindestens einen im Wesentlichen radialen Ka-nal (36) zur fluidischen Verbindung zwischen der inneren kreisförmigen Kammer (28) und der äußeren ringförmigen Kammer (26), wobei der radiale Kanal (36) oberseitig durch einen entsprechenden radialen Teil (56) des Deckels (8) ge-schlossen ist,- wobei die mindestens zwei Flammenringe einen ersten Flammenring, der an Öffnungen (42, 43) erzeugt wird, die in der Außenwand (32) der äußeren ring-förmigen Kammer (26) des Flammenteilers (4) bereitgestellt sind, und mindestens einen zweiten Flammenring umfassen, der an Öffnungen (42, 43), die in der In-nenwand (34) der äußeren ringförmigen Kammer (26) des Flammenteilers (4) be-reitgestellt sind, oder an Öffnungen (42, 43), die in der Seitenwand (35) der inne-ren Kammer (28) des Flammenteilers (4) bereitgestellt sind, oder an Öffnungen (42, 43) erzeugt werden kann, die in sowohl der Innenwand (34) der äußeren ringförmigen Kammer (26) als auch der Seitenwand (35) der inneren kreisförmi-gen Kammer (28) bereitgestellt sind,- wobei der Deckel (8) einstückig ist und einen zentralen scheibenförmigen Ab-schnitt (54), der oberseitig die innere kreisförmige Kammer (28) schließt, und ei-nen ringförmigen Abschnitt (52), der oberseitig die äußere ringförmige Kammer (26) schließt, umfasst,- wobei der im Wesentlichen vertikale Kanal (46), der dem einzelnen vertikalen Injektor (22) zugewandt ist, innerhalb einer Rohrleitung (30) definiert ist, die sich nach unten von der inneren Kammer (28) des Flammenteilers (4) erstreckt,und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- der Injektorhalter (6, 12) schalenförmig ist und mit Öffnungen (13) zur Aufnahme von Primärluft von unterhalb eines Kochfelds (10), in dem der Brenner instal-liert werden soll, versehen ist, und dadurch, dass die Auflagemittel (30, 23) die Rohrleitung (30) umfassen, die abgedichtet in den schalenförmigen Injektorhalter (6, 12) eingesetzt ist.
- Brenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- die Öffnungen (13) für den Einlass von Primärluft, die von unterhalb des Koch-felds (10) aufgenommen wird, seitlich an der Schale des Injektorhalters (6) bereit-gestellt sind, wobei die Seitenwand der Schale (12) mit einem ersten Flansch (14), der nach außen vorsteht, um von unterhalb an dem Blech des Kochfelds (10) anzuliegen, versehen ist, wobei sich die Seitenwand der Schale (12) ober-halb des ersten Flanschs (14) erstreckt, um einen Kragen (15) zu definieren, an dem der Flammenteiler (4) aufliegt und gestützt wird,- die Rohrleitung (30) in den Kragen (15) der Schale (12) des Injektorhalters (6) eingesetzt ist, bis die obere Kante des Kragens (15) an der Unterseite (27) eines zweiten Flanschs, der die Rohrleitung (30) umgibt, anliegt, wobei durch diesen Kontakt ein abgedichteter Abschluss definiert wird, der verhindert, dass Primärluft von oberhalb des Kochfelds in die Schale (12) des Injektorhalters (6) eintritt.
- Brenner nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohrlei-tung (30) derart bemessen ist, dass sie an der Innenwand eines oberen Kragens (15), der in dem schalenförmigen Injektorhalter (6, 12) bereitgestellt ist, derart an-liegt, dass sie somit einen abgedichteten Abschluss definiert, der verhindert, dass Primärluft von oberhalb des Kochfelds in den schalenförmigen Injektorhalter (6, 12) eintritt.
- Brenner nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagemittel umfassen:- eine Rohrleitung (30), die sich nach unten von der inneren Kammer (28) des Flammenteilers (4) erstreckt und in dem Fall, in dem der Injektorhalter (6, 12) als eine Schale geformt ist, die mit Öffnungen (13) zur Aufnahme von Primärluft von unterhalb eines Kochfelds (10), in dem der Brenner installiert werden soll, verse-hen ist, abgedichtet in den Injektorhalter (6, 12) eingesetzt ist,- geformte Vorsprünge (23), die nach unten von der Basis des Flammenteilers (4) vorstehen und in dem Fall, in dem der Injektorhalter (6, 16) als ein Becher geformt ist, der sowohl seitlich als auch an seiner Basis geschlossen ist, derart in den In-jektorhalter (6, 16) eingreifen, dass Öffnungen zum Einlass in den Injektorhalter von Primärluft (19), die von oberhalb des Kochfelds (10), in dem der Brenner in-stalliert werden soll, aufgenommen wird, definiert werden.
- Brenner nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flammenteiler (4) durch die Auflagemittel (30, 23) der-art an dem Injektorhalter (6) aufliegt, dass er derart von einem Kochfeld (10) be-abstandet ist, dass damit Öffnungen für den Einlass, in den ringförmigen Hohl-raum (29), von Sekundärluft (25), die für den zweiten Flammenring bestimmt ist, definiert werden.
- Brenner nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Öffnung (41), die einen Zwischenzün-dungskanal bildet, in der äußeren ringförmigen Kammer (26) bereitgestellt ist.
- Brenner nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen, die in der Außenwand (32) der äußeren ringförmigen Kammer (26) des Flammenteilers (4) und/oder in der Innenwand (34) der äußeren ringförmigen Kammer (26) des Flammenteilers (4) und/oder in der Seitenwand (35) der inneren kreisförmigen Kammer (28) bereitgestellt sind, Hauptöffnungen (42) und Sekundäröffnungen (43) umfassen.
- Brenner nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flammenteiler (4) zwei radiale Kanäle (36) zur fluidi-schen Verbindung zwischen seiner inneren kreisförmigen Kammer (28) und sei-ner äußeren ringförmigen Kammer (26) umfasst.
- Brenner nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wände, die die radialen Kanäle (36) des Flammenteilers (4) begrenzen, Zwischenzündungsse-kundäröffnungen zum Verbreiten der Flammen zwischen dem Flammenring, der an den Öffnungen (42, 43) erzeugt wird, die in der Innenwand (34) der äußeren ringförmigen Kammer (26) des Flammenteilers (4) bereitgestellt sind, und dem Flammenring, der an den Öffnungen (42, 43) erzeugt wird, die in der Seitenwand (35) der inneren kreisförmigen Kammer (28) des Flammenteilers (4) bereitgestellt sind, umfassen.
- Brenner nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Injektorhalter (6) einen Arm (60) zum Tragen einer Zündkerze (62), die in dem ringförmigen Hohlraum (29) angeordnet ist, um-fasst.
