- Dispositif de réglage (10) pour une partie de véhicule (52) mobile par rapport à une carrosserie (54) d'un véhicule (50), en particulier une porte de véhicule ou un hayon de véhicule, comprenant :• un ensemble d'entraînement (12)• avec une unité d'entraînement (14), et• au moins un capteur d'état de mouvement (16) pour détecter un état de mouvement de l'unité d'entraînement (14) et pour émettre des signaux d'état de mouvement correspondants,• un élément de réglage (22) qui peut être déplacé par rapport à l'ensemble d'entraînement (12) au moyen de l'unité d'entraînement (14), et• une unité de commande (24) associée à l'ensemble d'entraînement (12) pour activer et désactiver l'unité d'entraînement (14),dans lequel l'unité de commande (24) présente une entrée de signal (36) à laquelle est relié ledit au moins un capteur d'état de mouvement (16) pour la transmission des signaux d'état de mouvement à l'unité de commande (24), et dans lequel l'unité de commande (24) est conçue pour, lorsque les signaux d'état de mouvement transmis par le capteur d'état de mouvement (16) à l'unité de commande (24) indiquent un état de mouvement réel de l'unité d'entraînement (14) différent d'un état de mouvement de consigne, actionner l'unité d'entraînement (14) en l'adaptant à l'état de mouvement réel, l'état de mouvement de consigne étant un état de repos de l'unité d'entraînement (14) ou un état de mouvement prédéterminé de l'unité d'entraînement (14),dans lequel l'unité de commande (24) est en outre conçue pour distinguer un schéma de mouvement, détecté par le capteur d'état de mouvement (16), d'un actionnement manuel de la partie de véhicule (52) mobile par rapport à la carrosserie (54) du véhicule (50), d'un schéma de mouvement, détecté par le capteur d'état de mouvement (16), d'un actionnement par gravité de la partie de véhicule (52) mobile par rapport à la carrosserie (54) du véhicule (50),caractérisé en ce qu'une accélération détectée par le capteur d'état de mouvement (16), avec laquelle la partie de véhicule (52) mobile par rapport à la carrosserie (54) du véhicule (50) se met en mouvement, est utilisée comme critère de distinction, en ce que l'unité de commande (24) est en outre conçue pour n'actionner l'unité d'entraînement (14) en l'adaptant à l'état de mouvement réel que si un schéma de mouvement de l'état de mouvement réel au début d'un mouvement de la partie de véhicule (52) mobile par rapport à la carrosserie (54) du véhicule (50) remplit au moins une condition prédéterminée en ce qui concerne l'accélération, à savoir qu'il correspond au schéma de mouvement de l'actionnement manuel et non au schéma de mouvement de l'actionnement par gravité de la partie de véhicule (52) mobile par rapport à la carrosserie (54) du véhicule (50), eten ce qu'un dispositif de freinage (20) est associé à l'unité d'entraînement (14), dans lequel le dispositif de freinage (20) est un dispositif de freinage à action permanente.
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (24) est conçue pour, lorsque les signaux d'état de mouvement transmis par le capteur d'état de mouvement (16) à l'unité de commande (24) indiquent un état de mouvement réel de l'unité d'entraînement (14) différent d'un état de mouvement de consigne, actionner l'unité d'entraînement (14) dans le sens d'une assistance au mouvement provoquant l'état de mouvement réel. - Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce qu'une force de freinage du dispositif de freinage (20) est supérieure à une force de gravité agissant sur la partie de véhicule (52) mobile par rapport à la carosserie (54) du véhicule (50) tant que le véhicule est sur un sol dont l'inclinaison n'excède pas une valeur prédéterminée, par exemple 15°. - Dispositif de réglage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de freinage (20) comprend un élément de freinage (42) tournant avec un arbre de sortie (28) de l'unité d'entraînement (14) et un élément de freinage (44) monté en rotation sur l'ensemble d'entraînement (12) et en prise par friction l'un avec l'autre. - Dispositif de réglage selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (24) comporte une entrée de signal (38) à laquelle peut être connecté au moins un capteur de détection d'obstacle (40) ne faisant pas partie du dispositif de réglage (10) pour transmettre des signaux de détection d'obstacle à l'unité de commande (24), et en ce que l'unité de commande (24) est conçue pour désactiver l'unité d'entraînement (14) lorsque les signaux de détection d'obstacle indiquent la présence d'un obstacle dans le trajet de déplacement de la partie de véhicule (52). - Dispositif de commande selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de réglage (22) comprend une tige.
- Dispositif de réglage selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'arbre de sortie (28) de l'unité d'entraînement (14) est orthogonal à la direction de réglage (A) de l'unité de réglage (22). - Dispositif de commande selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'arbre de sortie (28) de l'unité d'entraînement (14) porte une roue à vis sans fin (30), dans lequel la roue à vis sans fin (30) s'engrene de préférence avec une roue dentée (32) qui comporte radialement à l'intérieur un écrou de tige (34) qui est en prise par filetage avec un filetage de l'élément de réglage (22). - Dispositif de réglage selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble d'entraînement (12) est pourvu d'une unité de liaison (27) pour relier l'ensemble d'entraînement (12) à un module (54) du véhicule (50) de rang supérieur, c'est-à-dire n'appartenant pas au dispositif de réglage (10), tandis que l'élément de réglage (22) est pourvu d'une autre unité de liaison (26) pour relier l'élément de réglage (22) à un autre module (52) du véhicule (50) de rang supérieur, c'est-à-dire n'appartenant pas au dispositif de réglage (10). - Véhicule automobile (50) comportant une carrosserie (54) et une partie de véhicule (52) mobile par rapport à la carrosserie (54), qui est équipée d'un dispositif de réglage (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Véhicule automobile selon la revendication 10,
caractérisé en ce que la partie de véhicule (52) mobile par rapport à la carrosserie (54) du véhicule (50) est dépourvue d'une bande d'arrêt formée avec des positions préférentielles.
