Claims (7)

  1. Baguette de recouvrement (10) pour être fixée à un élément de construction (1), par exemple, un encadrement de fenêtre ou de porte, à la jonction avec une zone adjacente, adjacente de paroi ou de crépi (2) ayant un profilé de couverture (11) qui se fixe à l'élément de construction (1),

    la languette d'étanchéité (12) est guidée de manière mobile par une seconde zone de bord (14) dans un logement (20) en forme de U du profilé de couverture (11),
    la languette d'étanchéité (12) ayant une zone de talon (17) munie du cordon de colle (15) qui se fixe à la construction, une zone intermédiaire (18) élastique, flexible et une zone de guidage (21), côté extrémité.
  2. Baguette de recouvrement (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que
    la zone intermédiaire élastique, flexible (18) de la languette d'étanchéité (12) est formée avec des points de rétrécissement de la matière (24) et/ou en une matière souple en flexion.
  3. Baguette de recouvrement (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que
    la zone de talon (17) dans la direction longitudinale de la languette d'étanchéité (12), il y a une lèvre protectrice (23) qui s'applique contre la zone adjacente de paroi ou de crépi (2) dans la position de montage déterminée de la baguette de recouvrement (10).
  4. Baguette de recouvrement (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que
    le profilé de couverture (11) comporte une lèvre protectrice (19) dans la direction longitudinale de la baguette de recouvrement (10), cette lèvre s'appliquant contre la zone adjacente de paroi ou de crépi (2) dans la position de montage déterminée de la baguette de recouvrement (10).
  5. Baguette de recouvrement (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que
    le profilé de couverture (11) comporte une branche de couverture (22), dirigée vers l'élément de construction (1) au bord opposé à la zone adjacente de paroi ou de crépi (2).
  6. Procédé de mise en place d'une baguette de recouvrement (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 sur un élément de construction (1), par exemple un encadrement de fenêtre ou de porte,
    selon lequel
    - on fait expanser dans l'intervalle avec la zone adjacente de paroi ou de crépi (2), une mousse (3), développée localement par exemple, une mousse de polyuréthane,
    procédé caractérisé par les étapes consistant à :
    - enlever partiellement la mousse locale (3) à l'entrée de l'intervalle entre l'élément de construction (1) et la zone de paroi ou de crépi (2) pour réaliser une cavité (4),
    - enlever le film de couverture du cordon de colle à élasticité permanente (15),
    - coller le cordon de colle à élasticité permanente (15) à la zone de paroi ou de crépi (2), au moins en partie dans la cavité (4),
    - remonter la languette d'étanchéité (12) et écarter par basculement, le profilé de couverture (11) par rapport à l'élément de construction (1),
    - enlever le film protecteur d'une bande adhésive (16) du profilé de couverture (11), et
    - descendre le long de la languette d'étanchéité (12) et rabattre vers le haut, le profilé de couverture (11) pour coller la bande adhésive (16) à l'élément de construction (1).
  7. Système comprenant une baguette de recouvrement (10) avec un profilé de couverture (11), un élément de construction (1) par exemple un encadrement de fenêtre ou de porte et une zone adjacente de paroi ou de crépi (2), la baguette de recouvrement (10) ayant un système d'étanchéité intégré avec une languette d'étanchéité (12) qui comporte une première zone de bord (13) munie d'un cordon de colle à élasticité permanente (15) dans la direction longitudinale de la baguette de recouvrement (10) pour être fixée à la zone adjacente de paroi ou de crépi (2), système caractérisé en ce que
    la languette d'étanchéité (12) est guidée de manière mobile avec une seconde zone de bord (14) dans un logement (20) en forme de U du profilé de couverture (11),
    - la languette d'étanchéité (12) ayant une zone de talon (17) avec le cordon de colle (15) qui se fixe à l'élément de construction, une zone intermédiaire (18), élastique, flexible et une zone de guidage (21), côté extrémi té.
