  • the outer face 111 of the substrate can be polished in a polishing step carried out before the outer layer deposition step 13 and before the inner layer deposition step 12, in order to avoid damaging said layers.
  • the visual appearance of the decoration of the cladding component 10 can be particularly rich and attractive insofar as, in addition to the contrast between the possible color difference of the inner layer 12 and the outer layer 13, there is also the contrast between the different surface finishes of the portions of the inner face 110 and the outer face 111 of the substrate 11, on which said layers are respectively deposited. Furthermore, the process according to the invention makes it possible to generate a visual depth effect between the inner layer 12 and the outer layer 13.
  • the inner layer 12 and/or the outer layer 13 can be made up of a stack of thin layers, in a way known per se to a person skilled in the art.

Claims (11)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Zierkomponente (10) für eine Uhr, ein Modeaccessoire oder einen Schmuck- bzw. Juwelierartikel, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Aufbringen einer inneren Schicht (12) auf der gesamten Oberfläche oder auf einem Teil der Oberfläche einer Innenseite (110) eines Substrats (11), das aus einem transparenten Material besteht,
    - lokale Abtragung der inneren Schicht (12), wobei ein Teil der genannten inneren Schicht (12) auf einem ersten Bereich der Innenseite (110) des Substrats (11) beibehalten wird, wobei die Abtragung so durchgeführt wird, dass mindestens eine Tasche (14) entsteht, die auf einen zweiten Bereich der Innenseite (110) des Substrats (11) mündet, und wobei dieser zweite Bereich gleichzeitig strukturiert wird.
    - Oberflächenbehandlung der inneren Schicht (12) und des zweiten Bereichs der Innenseite (110) des Substrats (11),
    und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass folgende weiteren Schritte durchgeführt werden:
    - Aufbringen einer äußeren Schicht (13) auf der gesamten Oberfläche oder auf einem Teil der Oberfläche einer Außenseite (111) des Substrats (11),
    - lokale Abtragung und/oder Gravur der äußeren Schicht (13),
    - Oberflächenbehandlung der äußeren Schicht (13).
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Polierschritt, der vor dem Aufbringen der inneren Schicht (12) durchgeführt wird, die Innenseite (110) des Substrats poliert wird.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor der Durchführung des Oberflächenbehandlungsschritts der inneren Schicht (12) und des zweiten Bereichs der Innenseite (110) des Substrats (11) ein Gravurschritt der inneren Schicht (12) erfolgt, bei dem ein Teil der inneren Schicht (12) entfernt wird, sodass die genannte Schicht gemäß einer vorgegebenen Form ausgestaltet wird, ohne dass die Innenseite (110) des Substrats (11) beeinträchtigt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt der lokalen Abtragung der inneren Schicht (12) mittels Laserstrahl durchgeführt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Gravurschritt des Substrats (11) durchgeführt wird, um ein Motiv innerhalb der Dicke des genannten Substrats (11) zu erzeugen, ohne die Innenseite (110) und die der Innenseite (110) gegenüberliegende Außenseite (111) des genannten Substrats (11) zu beeinträchtigen.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt der lokalen Abtragung der äußeren Schicht (13) so durchgeführt wird, dass:
    - ein Teil der äußeren Schicht (13) auf einem ersten Bereich der Außenseite (111) des Substrats (11) erhalten bleibt,
    - mindestens eine Tasche (15) gebildet wird, die auf einen zweiten Bereich der Außenseite (111) des Substrats (11) mündet, wobei sich der genannte zweite Bereich zumindest gegenüber dem zweiten Bereich der Innenseite (110) des Substrats (11) erstreckt, und
    - den genannten zweiten Bereich der Außenseite (111) des Substrats (11) zu strukturieren.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gravurschritt der äußeren Schicht (13) so durchgeführt wird, dass ein Teil der äußeren Schicht (13) entfernt wird, um die genannte äußere Schicht (13) gemäß einer vorgegebenen Form auszugestalten, ohne dass die Außenseite (111) des Substrats (11) beeinträchtigt wird.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gravurschritt der äußeren Schicht (13) vorteilhaft so durchgeführt wird, dass die innere Schicht (12) durch das Substrat (11) hindurch sichtbar ist.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor den Schritten des Aufbringens der äußeren Schicht (13) und der inneren Schicht (12) ein Polierschritt durchgeführt wird, bei dem die Außenseite (111) des Substrats poliert wird.
  10. Uhrzifferblatt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es durch die Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 gebildet ist.
  11. Modeartikel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Zierkomponente umfasst, die durch die Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 gebildet ist.
